【摘要】：正3月13日,由中國音樂家協(xié)會、中共凱里市委、凱里市人民政府共同主辦,國音樂家協(xié)會高校音樂聯(lián)盟承辦的第四屆"金蘆笙"中國民族器樂大賽第二次論證會在北京召開。第四屆"金蘆笙"中國民族器樂大賽將在2013年舉辦,為了確保本次大賽各項賽事活動高規(guī)格、高質(zhì)量的順利進行。中國音協(xié)特安排和邀請了該活動相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及專家出席、舉行研
