【摘要】：隨著大批人口涌入城市,居住區(qū)、商業(yè)區(qū)、公共服務(wù)區(qū)等需求量劇增,城市建筑占地面積快速增長,樓房越蓋越高,樓間距越來越小,到處是水泥森林景象。綠地面積所剩無幾,城市土地資源日益緊缺。哈爾濱市作為上千萬人口的大都市,城市生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益突出——市區(qū)熱島效應(yīng)增強、水質(zhì)污染、空氣污染等有害人類健康的狀況愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重。哈爾濱市將如何更好地理解與利用城市空間,改善城區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境,屋頂綠化可作為解決此問題的一個可行途徑。1930年,美國建筑師柯布西耶提出了綠色城市理論,主張充分利用高層建筑空間,建立屋頂花園城市,為屋頂綠化研究提供了理論依據(jù)。德國人提出建筑破壞了自然,要用綠化給予補償?shù)睦砟?率先進行屋頂綠化的實施并獲得成功。新加坡后來居上,取得把城市建在花園里的驕人成績。本文圍繞“屋頂綠化是城市發(fā)展的生態(tài)補償方式”這一核心理念,進行了全面的探討。本文就哈爾濱地區(qū)屋頂綠化可行性的問題進行研究,首先,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外屋頂綠化的經(jīng)驗與借鑒、屋頂綠化方面法律法規(guī)制定與實施的經(jīng)驗與借鑒,分析哈爾濱地區(qū)的歷史文化與建筑文化的淵源,然后探討研究屋頂綠化存在的問題和不足,并提出解決問題的策略。本文旨在探究出一條城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生態(tài)之路。
[Abstract]:With the influx of a large number of people into the city, the demand for residential areas, business districts, public service areas and other areas has increased rapidly, the area of urban buildings has increased rapidly, the buildings are higher and higher, the distance between buildings is getting smaller and smaller, and there is a scene of cement forest everywhere. There is little green space left, and urban land resources are increasingly scarce. Harbin, as a metropolis with a population of tens of millions, is becoming more and more serious in terms of urban ecological environment problems, such as the enhancement of urban heat island effect, water quality pollution, air pollution and other harmful conditions to human health. How Harbin will better understand and make use of urban space and improve the urban ecological environment, roof greening can be used as a feasible way to solve this problem. In 1930, American architect Corbusier put forward the green city theory. It is suggested that the space of high-rise buildings should be fully utilized and the roof garden city should be established, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of roof greening. The Germans put forward the idea that the building destroyed nature and should be compensated by greening, and took the lead in the implementation of roof greening and achieved success. Singapore came from behind and made remarkable achievements in building the city in the garden. This paper focuses on the core concept of "roof greening is the ecological compensation mode of urban development", and makes a comprehensive discussion. This paper studies the feasibility of roof greening in Harbin area. First of all, it summarizes the experience and reference of roof greening at home and abroad, and the experience and reference of formulating and implementing laws and regulations on roof greening. This paper analyzes the origin of historical culture and architectural culture in Harbin, then probes into the existing problems and shortcomings of roof greening, and puts forward some strategies to solve the problems. The purpose of this paper is to explore an ecological road of urban sustainable development.
