【摘要】：商業(yè)步行街不僅是為人們提供購物、休閑、娛樂等活動(dòng)的場所,也是代表著城市風(fēng)貌和特色的公共空間。隨著近些年城市商業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,商業(yè)步行街在城市公共生活的地位越來越重要,而商業(yè)步行街的建設(shè)也是當(dāng)前城市建設(shè)的熱門問題。面對當(dāng)前商業(yè)步行街普遍存在的人性化缺失等問題,本文以南京為背景,選取典型案例進(jìn)行分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出改善策略,對我國商業(yè)步行街的建設(shè)具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先對商業(yè)步行街的發(fā)展演變過程、行人的行為研究、商業(yè)步行街的步行空間研究這三類相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究進(jìn)行了概述。接著借鑒使用后評價(jià)的方法,選取南京老城區(qū)三個(gè)典型商業(yè)步行街進(jìn)行評價(jià),分別是新街口商業(yè)步行街區(qū)、夫子廟商業(yè)步行街區(qū)和獅子橋商業(yè)步行街,并從物質(zhì)環(huán)境和商業(yè)界面兩個(gè)方面提出具體的質(zhì)化與量化結(jié)合的評價(jià)方法。然后通過問卷調(diào)查、實(shí)地勘察、行為觀察等方法對三個(gè)典型商業(yè)步行街區(qū)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)收集工作,并通過SPSS、EXCEL等軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了梳理和分析,對使用者群體、物質(zhì)環(huán)境、商業(yè)界面三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評價(jià)和分析,總結(jié)出南京三個(gè)典型商業(yè)步行街區(qū)所存在的問題。最后針對三個(gè)商業(yè)步行街區(qū)存在的問題,分別從空間組合和規(guī)劃布局、景觀環(huán)境、步行環(huán)境、公共設(shè)施、功能業(yè)態(tài)五個(gè)方面提出針對南京老城區(qū)商業(yè)步行街步行空間的建構(gòu)策略。
[Abstract]:Commercial pedestrian street is not only a place to provide people with shopping, leisure, entertainment and other activities, but also a public space representing the features and features of the city. With the rapid development of urban commerce in recent years, the status of commercial pedestrian street in urban public life is becoming more and more important, and the construction of commercial pedestrian street is also a hot issue in the current urban construction. Facing the current problems such as the lack of humanization existing in the commercial pedestrian streets, this paper takes Nanjing as the background, selects typical cases for analysis and research, finds the problems and puts forward some improvement strategies. It is of theoretical and practical significance to the construction of commercial pedestrian streets in China. In this paper, the development and evolution of commercial pedestrian street, the study of pedestrian behavior, and the study of walking space of commercial pedestrian street are summarized. Then, using the method of post-evaluation, we select three typical commercial pedestrian streets in the old district of Nanjing, namely, Xinjiekou commercial pedestrian block, Fuzi temple commercial walking block and Lion Bridge commercial pedestrian street. From the two aspects of material environment and commercial interface, this paper puts forward a concrete evaluation method of combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Then through the questionnaire survey, field survey, behavior observation and other methods to carry on the investigation data collection to the three typical business walking blocks, and through the SPSS,EXCEL software to comb and analyze the data, to the user group, the material environment, and so on, has carried on the investigation data collection work, and has carried on the analysis through the SPSS,EXCEL software. Three aspects of commercial interface are evaluated and analyzed, and the problems existing in the three typical commercial pedestrian blocks in Nanjing are summarized. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the three commercial pedestrian blocks, from the space combination and planning layout, landscape environment, walking environment, public facilities, Five aspects of functional form put forward the construction strategy for the pedestrian space of commercial pedestrian street in the old city of Nanjing.
