【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是以農(nóng)業(yè)景觀資源和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件為基礎(chǔ),以農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)融合發(fā)展為依托的一種產(chǎn)業(yè)新形態(tài)。金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園周邊風(fēng)景秀麗,擁有豐富的自然資源,以及深厚的文化底蘊(yùn),是發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的好地方。21世紀(jì)以來,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展是快速的,但在發(fā)展過程中仍存在著養(yǎng)生內(nèi)涵不夠、主題宣傳不明確、同質(zhì)化發(fā)展嚴(yán)重等問題,如何突破這些瓶頸,這值得我們深入思考。論文緊密結(jié)合國內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的開發(fā)實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從不同的角度對金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展之路進(jìn)行研究分析。得出以下結(jié)論：(1)通過金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園發(fā)展的LR-CO分析,大觀園內(nèi)自然資源優(yōu)越、人文資源突出,在生態(tài)休閑市場日益壯大的背景下,大觀園發(fā)展的近期競爭壓力較小,合作前景廣闊,面臨區(qū)域內(nèi)前所未有的良好機(jī)遇；(2)根據(jù)區(qū)域背景條件和發(fā)展方向,金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園的建設(shè)可以“農(nóng)業(yè)科普、宗教朝圣、生態(tài)休閑”為建設(shè)方向,通過“農(nóng)業(yè)”、“宗教”、“休閑”三個(gè)形象要素體系的構(gòu)建,融合農(nóng)業(yè)科普教育、朝圣旅游、生態(tài)休閑產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行開發(fā)；(3)金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園布局為“1寺3館3院5區(qū)6道”各功能區(qū)聯(lián)動(dòng)的空間結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)與發(fā)展格局。在開發(fā)上以文化體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)為重點(diǎn),以油菜花、山茶花、櫻花三花觀光資源為特色,并融農(nóng)業(yè)觀光、宗教朝圣、商務(wù)休閑、生態(tài)養(yǎng)生和農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)為一體；(4)綜合區(qū)位條件與宗教文化,提升旅游產(chǎn)品內(nèi)涵與意義,以朝圣、農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣、休閑、養(yǎng)生為主,觀光、科普、體驗(yàn)、度假為輔的復(fù)合型旅游產(chǎn)品體系,形成區(qū)域特色和較好市場吸引力的休閑旅游產(chǎn)品組合；(5)金淘圣地休閑農(nóng)業(yè)大觀園要建設(shè)和經(jīng)營好,重點(diǎn)需要在“生態(tài)保護(hù)、運(yùn)營保障”兩個(gè)方面提出科學(xué)可行的方案。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new form of industry, which is based on agricultural landscape resources and agricultural production conditions, and relies on the integration and development of agriculture and tourism. Golden Amoy Haram leisure agriculture grand view garden has beautiful scenery, rich natural resources, and deep cultural heritage, is a good place to develop leisure agriculture. Since the 21st century, the development of leisure agriculture has been rapid. However, in the process of development, there are still some problems, such as insufficient connotation of health preservation, unclear publicity of the subject, serious development of homogenization, and so on. How to break through these bottlenecks is worthy of our deep consideration. Based on the development and practice of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, this paper studies and analyzes the development of leisure agriculture in Golden Amoy Holy Land from different angles. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) through the LR-CO analysis of the development of the leisure agriculture grand view garden in Golden Amoy Holy Land, the natural resources in the Grand View Garden are superior, the human resources are outstanding, and under the background of the growing ecological leisure market, The recent competition pressure of the development of Grand View Garden is relatively small, the cooperation prospect is broad, and it is faced with unprecedented good opportunities in the region. (2) according to the regional background and the direction of development, the construction of the leisure agricultural grand view garden in Jintao Holy Land can be carried out in the direction of "popularization of agricultural science, religious pilgrimage and ecological leisure", through "agriculture" and "religion". The construction of "leisure" three image elements system, the integration of agricultural science popularization education, pilgrimage tourism, ecological leisure products development; (3) the layout of the leisure agriculture grand view garden in Jintao Holy Land is "1 Temple, 3 Hall, 3 homes, 5 districts, 6 roads". The spatial structure and development pattern of each functional area are linked. In the development of cultural experience activities as the focus, with cauliflower, camellia, cherry blossoms as the characteristics of sightseeing resources, and the integration of agricultural tourism, religious pilgrimage, business leisure, ecological health and agricultural experience as a whole; (4) to integrate regional conditions and religious culture, to promote the connotation and significance of tourism products, and to take pilgrimage, extension of agricultural science and technology, leisure, health care, sightseeing, popularization of science, experience and vacation as the main components of the complex tourism product system, To form regional characteristics and better market attraction of leisure tourism product mix; (5) in order to build and manage the leisure agriculture grand view garden well, we should put forward a scientific and feasible plan in the aspects of "ecological protection and operation guarantee" in order to build and manage the leisure agriculture grand view garden in Jintao Holy Land.
