坡地住宅空間特征的設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:居住是人們最基本的日常生活需求,隨著城市的發(fā)展,住宅項目大量開發(fā),伴隨著高速的建設(shè),對于土地也造成了不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的破壞和浪費。隨著社會的不斷進(jìn)步,住宅已近不單單只是遮風(fēng)擋雨的居住場所,人們對于住宅舒適性的要求也在不斷的提高。如今的開發(fā)已經(jīng)開始變得越來越理性,對于土地資源的利用也越來越謹(jǐn)慎,特別是坡地地貌,由于其地勢起伏所形成的特殊性,擁有其獨特魅力的同時也帶來開發(fā)難度的提高。坡地住宅的研究是一門綜合學(xué)科的研究課題,既包含了建筑學(xué)、景觀學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)也涉及地域和文化的特征,對于坡地住宅的研究是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的共同需求。坡地的開發(fā)有別于平地,高低起伏的變化形成不同形態(tài)的三維界面,建筑的融入對場地產(chǎn)生影響,從而形成外部空間、內(nèi)部空間、交通空間,它們都與地勢形成密不可分的聯(lián)系,因此在坡地住宅的設(shè)計過程中,對待不同的問題應(yīng)采用合理的設(shè)計方法予以解決,應(yīng)遵循因地就勢的設(shè)計原則。本論文在對坡地住宅空間特征的闡述下,分析在設(shè)計中所出現(xiàn)的主要問題點,通過對于相關(guān)資料和案例的歸納分析,提取其在處理坡地地勢中的設(shè)計方法,最后通過兩個實際工程案例,論述其設(shè)計方法在實際項目中的運(yùn)用,使理論與實踐可以得到更好的結(jié)合,使研究的內(nèi)容更具有實際操作的作用。文章結(jié)構(gòu)主要分為以下四部分內(nèi)容:(1)對坡地住宅研究的背景、目的以及意義進(jìn)行論述。(2)對坡地住宅空間特征的構(gòu)成、特點和研究的方向進(jìn)行闡述,主要論述坡地空間已有的設(shè)計原則其研究的新導(dǎo)向。(3)將坡地住宅空間特征的研究劃分為場地研究,外部空間設(shè)計,交通組織方式及內(nèi)部空間的利用四個部分的空間特征加以分析,通過對以往案例及資料的分析和歸納,總結(jié)在坡地住宅的設(shè)計中這四個方面的研究方法。(4)將總結(jié)的設(shè)計方法應(yīng)用到實際工作的工程項目中,通過工作中的兩個案例進(jìn)行分析探究,論述在實際工程中處理坡地地勢方法的應(yīng)用,給以后的實際工程予以借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Housing is the most basic daily life needs of people. With the development of the city, a large number of residential projects development, accompanied by high-speed construction, has also caused irreversible damage and waste to the land. With the development of society, housing is not only a shelter from the wind and rain, but also the requirement of residential comfort. Nowadays, the development has become more and more rational, and the utilization of land resources has become more and more cautious, especially the slope landform, because of its special features, has its unique charm, but also brings about the difficulty of development. The study of sloping land residence is a comprehensive subject, which includes architecture, landscape science, ecology and the characteristics of region and culture. The study of sloping land residence is the common demand of economic development and sustainable development. The development of sloping land is different from that of flat land. The change of high and low ups and downs forms three dimensional interface of different forms. The integration of buildings has an impact on the site, thus forming external space, internal space and traffic space. They are inextricably related to the terrain, so in the design process of the sloping land residence, the reasonable design method should be adopted to solve the different problems, and the design principle should be followed. In this paper, based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics of residential buildings on sloping land, the main problems in the design are analyzed, and the design methods are extracted through the induction and analysis of relevant data and cases. Finally, through two practical engineering cases, this paper discusses the application of the design method in the actual project, so that the theory and practice can be better combined, so that the content of the research has a more practical role. The structure of the paper is divided into four parts as follows: (1) the background, purpose and significance of the research on sloping land residence are discussed; (2) the composition, characteristics and research direction of the residential space characteristics of the sloping land are expounded. This paper mainly discusses the existing design principles of sloping land space and its new research direction. (3) the research on the spatial characteristics of sloping land residence is divided into site research, external space design, The spatial characteristics of the four parts of traffic organization and the use of internal space are analyzed, and through the analysis and induction of past cases and materials, Summarize the research methods of these four aspects in the design of sloping land house. (4) apply the summarized design method to the practical engineering project, and analyze and explore through the two cases in the work. This paper discusses the application of the method to the treatment of sloping land in practical engineering, which can be used for reference in the future practical projects.
