【摘要】：老年人離退休后閑暇時(shí)間增加,活動(dòng)范圍以步行可達(dá)的社區(qū)為主,需要社區(qū)內(nèi)提供更多的活動(dòng)場所來充實(shí)老年人的生活。深圳是一個(gè)移民城市,部分老年人隨子女遷居,子女的無暇顧及常造成老人二次留守,精神空虛。老年人參與社群性活動(dòng)在鍛煉身體的同時(shí),還可以迅速與興趣相同的成員構(gòu)建社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、融入社區(qū)。隨著深圳人口老齡化的發(fā)展,社群性戶外活動(dòng)的參與者也在逐漸增加,如何科學(xué)合理的規(guī)劃建設(shè)該類活動(dòng)所需的空間就成了亟待解決的問題,因此社群性戶外活動(dòng)空間具有迫切的使用需求和較高的研究價(jià)值。文章以深圳的典型社區(qū)為研究范圍,以老年人的社群性戶外活動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)深圳社區(qū)內(nèi)的老年人社群性戶外活動(dòng)空間的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究,主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面:梳理深圳社區(qū)及老齡化特征,制定社區(qū)選取原則,以之為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合實(shí)地走訪確定桃源社區(qū)、蓮花北社區(qū)以及海珠社區(qū)為調(diào)研對(duì)象,并通過現(xiàn)狀觀察統(tǒng)計(jì),歸納社群性戶外活動(dòng)的基本內(nèi)容及空間類型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過問卷調(diào)查及實(shí)地調(diào)研,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析調(diào)研社區(qū)內(nèi)參與社群性戶外活動(dòng)的人群特征及活動(dòng)特征,包括活動(dòng)者年齡、性別、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、活動(dòng)時(shí)間時(shí)長及活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)等;同時(shí)從使用者及專業(yè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)者的角度,研究影響老年人開展活動(dòng)的環(huán)境因素,歸納空間特征及現(xiàn)存問題。綜合以上研究,從使用者、活動(dòng)需求及氣候條件層面提出社群性戶外活動(dòng)空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的三大目標(biāo),并從規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)層面,探討社群性戶外活動(dòng)空間的特征與建設(shè)方法,其中規(guī)劃層面包括功能構(gòu)成、場地規(guī)模、空間分布選址與空間組合布局,設(shè)計(jì)層面包括場地空間設(shè)計(jì)、植物景觀設(shè)計(jì)與相關(guān)設(shè)施配置。希望通過該研究對(duì)社區(qū)老年人社群性戶外活動(dòng)空間的建設(shè)起到一定的促進(jìn)作用與參考意義。
[Abstract]:After retirement, the leisure time of the elderly increases, and the range of activities is mainly the walking community, which needs to provide more activities in the community to enrich the life of the elderly. Shenzhen is an immigrant city, part of the elderly move with their children, the children do not have time to often cause the elderly to stay behind twice, spiritual emptiness. While participating in community activities, older people can quickly build social networks and integrate into the community with members of the same interest. With the development of the aging population in Shenzhen, the participation of community outdoor activities is increasing gradually. How to plan and build the space needed for this kind of activities scientifically and rationally has become an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the community outdoor activity space has the urgent use demand and the higher research value. Taking the typical community of Shenzhen as the research scope and the community outdoor activities of the elderly as the research object, this paper studies the planning and design characteristics of the community outdoor activity space for the elderly in Shenzhen community. The main contents include the following aspects: combing the characteristics of Shenzhen community and aging, formulating the principles of community selection, combining with field visits to determine the Taoyuan community, Lianhuabei community and Haizhu community as the research objects. The basic contents and spatial types of community outdoor activities are summarized through the observation and statistics of the present situation. On this basis, through the questionnaire survey and field research, statistical analysis of the community participation in the outdoor activities of the crowd and activity characteristics, including the age, gender, activity content, activity time and activity location; At the same time, from the point of view of users and professional planners, this paper studies the environmental factors that affect the activities of the elderly, and concludes the spatial characteristics and existing problems. Synthesizing the above research, the paper puts forward three major objectives of community outdoor space planning and design from the aspects of user, activity demand and climate conditions, and discusses the characteristics and construction methods of community outdoor activity space from two aspects of planning and design. The planning level includes functional composition, site size, spatial distribution location and spatial combination layout. The design level includes site space design, plant landscape design and related facilities configuration. It is hoped that this study will promote the construction of community outdoor space for the elderly in the community.
