【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,人們對生活品質(zhì)和生態(tài)環(huán)境有了更高的要求。而我國當代城市遠離自然,人們的生活和工作壓力很大。因此,符合人們娛樂、休閑、生態(tài)的需求的城市廣場,是適合人們宜居的城市的必要條件。城市廣場綠地是一個城市綠地系統(tǒng)中十分重要的組成部分,它能夠使城市居民文化水平和生活水平得到提高。城市廣場不但為人們提供戶外活動所必須的場所,也給城市增添了相當大面積的集中綠地,在現(xiàn)代城市中發(fā)揮著城市“綠肺”的功能。改革開放以來,中國的城市面貌發(fā)生了巨大的變化。隨著城市規(guī)模的不斷擴大,城市空間的不斷擴張,行政中心進入了前所未有的建設(shè)高潮。行政中心作為城市中重要的建筑類型,它外部空間環(huán)境的構(gòu)成和表現(xiàn)將極大地影響到城市空間的整體發(fā)展,在城市空間中占主導(dǎo)地位,起著舉足輕重的作用。因此,行政中心廣場成為城市空間中重要的空間形態(tài),越來越引起人們的注意。本文通過對中西方行政中心歷史發(fā)展演變過程的分析,指出現(xiàn)代行政中心外部空間的發(fā)展正逐漸從封閉走向開放,從威權(quán)走向民主,從管理走向服務(wù)。但在實際建設(shè)過程中依然存在許多問題:過分強調(diào)建筑自身的設(shè)計、行政中心廣場規(guī)模太大而缺乏場所感,缺乏對人文尺度的深入了解和應(yīng)用,缺少對城市空間整體性把握。通過對現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)行政中心外部空間設(shè)計存在問題的分析,提出現(xiàn)階段設(shè)計中我們應(yīng)該遵循的原則和方法。指出,好的市政廣場空間就是一個人們愿意停留,愿意參與的空間形態(tài),是人的活動場所。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, people have higher requirements for the quality of life and ecological environment. But our country contemporary city is far away from the nature, the people's life and the work pressure is very big. Therefore, the city square, which meets the needs of people's entertainment, leisure and ecology, is a necessary condition for people to live in a city. Urban square green space is a very important part of urban green space system, which can improve the cultural level and living standard of urban residents. The city square not only provides people with the necessary place for outdoor activities, but also adds a large area of concentrated green space to the city, which plays the role of "green lung" in the modern city. Since the reform and opening up, China's urban landscape has undergone tremendous changes. With the continuous expansion of urban scale and urban space, the administrative center has entered an unprecedented climax. As an important type of architecture in a city, administrative center has a great influence on the overall development of urban space and plays an important role in the overall development of urban space. Therefore, the administrative center square has become an important spatial form in urban space, and has attracted more and more attention. Based on the analysis of the historical development and evolution of the administrative center in China and the West, this paper points out that the development of the outer space of the modern administrative center is gradually moving from closed to open, from authoritarianism to democracy, from management to service. However, there are still many problems in the process of actual construction: too much emphasis on the design of the architecture itself, the lack of a sense of place due to the size of the administrative center square, the lack of in-depth understanding and application of the humanistic scale, and the lack of grasp of the urban spatial integrity. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the design of the outer space of the domestic administrative center at the present stage, the principles and methods we should follow in the design at the present stage are put forward. It is pointed out that good municipal square space is a kind of space that people are willing to stay and participate in.
