【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,城市化進(jìn)程加快,人口老齡化成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。中國從2000年也正式進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì)。城市老齡化現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,并伴隨著城市擴(kuò)張下城市中心和城市外緣功能的明顯分化。城市老城區(qū)老齡化人口比例較大,為老城區(qū)老年人營造人性化的養(yǎng)老空間是必然趨勢(shì)。關(guān)注老年人的生活環(huán)境,關(guān)注養(yǎng)老空間景觀設(shè)計(jì),是在老齡化大背景下對(duì)老年人生活環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的再考慮。對(duì)老年人來說,舒適的戶外環(huán)境更有益于他們與外界的交流融合,從而讓他們更好地享受戶外,體會(huì)自然。但目前大部分的城市戶外環(huán)境空間大多只提供簡單的活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地及服務(wù)設(shè)施,存在缺乏很好的交流空間等一系列問題。本論文提出針對(duì)老年人需求的人性化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)老人的活動(dòng)安全性及生理心理都上達(dá)到老年人生活的需求的關(guān)懷性設(shè)計(jì),從而調(diào)動(dòng)老年人活動(dòng)的積極性。對(duì)老城區(qū)景觀環(huán)境的人性化改造將提升老年人的生活品質(zhì),滿足老年人的生活需求。創(chuàng)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展的生活環(huán)境。本論文從適老化的研究角度,對(duì)西安老城區(qū)街道、居住區(qū)、公園等多種類型的空間環(huán)境中老年人戶外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行了實(shí)地的調(diào)研、走訪、問卷分析和老年人日常戶外活動(dòng)空間場(chǎng)所研究,總結(jié)了西安老城區(qū)忽視了對(duì)老年人活動(dòng)需求的空間環(huán)境問題。通過對(duì)老年人活動(dòng)的步行空間、活動(dòng)空間、公共綠地空間、街道綠地空間等城市養(yǎng)老空間研究,運(yùn)用景觀的設(shè)計(jì)手法,對(duì)西安老城區(qū)的空間環(huán)境進(jìn)行一個(gè)人文關(guān)懷化的景觀改造設(shè)計(jì)。從社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展進(jìn)步角度講,養(yǎng)老空間設(shè)計(jì)在人居環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)中起著重要角色。從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的角度講,關(guān)注老年人的行為需求,營造人性化的場(chǎng)所設(shè)計(jì),建立有效的綠地系統(tǒng)、多元化的交流空間、全面的無障礙設(shè)計(jì),營造出觀賞性與實(shí)用性結(jié)合的養(yǎng)老空間,為老年人創(chuàng)造和諧舒適的的生活環(huán)境,促進(jìn)社會(huì)的整體進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, population aging has become an inevitable trend of social development. China has also entered an aging society since 2000. The phenomenon of urban aging is becoming more and more serious, accompanied by the obvious differentiation of urban center and outer edge function under urban expansion. The proportion of aging population in old urban area is large, it is an inevitable trend to create humanized aged space for the old people in old urban area. Paying attention to the living environment of the elderly and the landscape design of the aged space is the re-consideration of the design of the living environment of the elderly under the background of aging. For the elderly, a comfortable outdoor environment is more conducive to their communication and integration with the outside world, so that they can enjoy the outdoors better and experience nature better. But at present, most of the urban outdoor environment space only provide simple venues and service facilities, there are a series of problems such as lack of good communication space. In this paper, the humanized design for the needs of the elderly is put forward, and the caring design for the safety of activities and the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly is put forward to arouse the enthusiasm of the elderly. The humanized transformation of landscape environment in the old urban area will improve the quality of life of the elderly and meet the needs of the elderly. Create a sustainable living environment. In this paper, from the perspective of aging research, the street, residential area, park and other kinds of space environment for the elderly outdoor activities in Xi'an were investigated and visited. The questionnaire analysis and the research on the space place of the old people's daily outdoor activities summed up the spatial environment problems which neglected the demand for the elderly activities in the old city of Xi'an. Through the study of the elderly's walking space, active space, public green space, street green space and other urban old-age space, using landscape design techniques, The space environment of the old city of Xi'an is reformed and designed with humanistic care. From the perspective of social development and progress, pension space design plays an important role in the design of residential environment. From the perspective of sustainable development, we should pay attention to the behavioral needs of the elderly, create a humanized place design, establish an effective green space system, diversify the communication space, and provide comprehensive barrier-free design. To create a combination of ornamental and practical space for the aged, to create a harmonious and comfortable living environment, to promote the overall progress of society.
