不同管護(hù)措施對(duì)絹毛匍匐委陵菜開花特性的影響

【摘要】:作為一種新型的綴花地被植物,絹毛匍匐委陵菜具有普通草坪地被抗逆性強(qiáng)、覆蓋速度快、整體生態(tài)性強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)范圍廣的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和外觀質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)美之外,在整個(gè)的生長(zhǎng)期都有斑駁黃花相綴,較其他地被植物來(lái)說(shuō),景觀豐富性更高一個(gè)層次,在園林景觀綠化、美化方面具有很廣闊的前景。本試驗(yàn)以馴化的野生絹毛匍匐委陵菜作為材料,在高溫時(shí)間階段采用物理修剪、激素處理、肥料處理不同處理方式對(duì)其花期、開花數(shù)、節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)、節(jié)點(diǎn)分支數(shù)、花徑、花柄長(zhǎng)度、葉柄長(zhǎng)度、匍匐莖長(zhǎng)度、葉綠素含量等進(jìn)行深入研究,為絹毛匍匐委陵菜在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中提供了一定的實(shí)踐和理論依據(jù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1.物理修剪能夠促進(jìn)絹毛匍匐委陵菜的開花、改善花柄和葉柄長(zhǎng)度,對(duì)于整體觀賞和平整度有明顯的影響。經(jīng)過(guò)修剪的委陵菜的花期提前效果比較明顯,比不修剪的的委陵菜花期提前了一周時(shí)間。在開花數(shù)等方面則體現(xiàn)出一定的差異。其中2/3修剪在高峰期比1/3修剪的累計(jì)開花數(shù)要多20朵/m2;ūL(zhǎng)度和葉柄長(zhǎng)度經(jīng)過(guò)修剪都比較一致。顏色方面差異性不明顯。2.GA3在50 mg-kg-1; 100 mg-kg-1; 150 mg-kg-1三個(gè)濃度梯度處理下對(duì)于絹毛匍匐委陵菜的開花花期影響效果不明顯,但是在開花數(shù)、葉柄和花柄長(zhǎng)度上的影響效果上比較明顯。50 mg-kg-1;農(nóng)度處理的委陵菜在7月初到8月中旬近6周的時(shí)間里,開花數(shù)和花徑大小都明顯高于其他的幾個(gè)處理;并且節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)也有一定優(yōu)勢(shì);50 mg-kg-1濃度對(duì)于節(jié)點(diǎn)分支數(shù)和葉綠素含量也有著高于其他處理的效果;100 mg·kg-1濃度的GA3處理的委陵菜的葉柄和花柄長(zhǎng)度是比其他三個(gè)處理的長(zhǎng)度增長(zhǎng)的效果明顯。3.不同肥料配比試驗(yàn)在絹毛匍匐委陵菜花期提前方面表現(xiàn)不明顯,而對(duì)于其他各種性狀上則表現(xiàn)出不同的差異,不同配比N、P、K的肥料對(duì)于委陵菜的整體外觀質(zhì)量、開花、顏色等都有著不同的影響。其中開花數(shù)最多的配比為N1P1K2;在花柄長(zhǎng)度和花徑大小方面表現(xiàn)比較優(yōu)異的配比是N2P0K2;節(jié)點(diǎn)分支數(shù)比較多的配比是N2P1K2:在葉色表現(xiàn)方面N2POK2配比的處理葉綠素含量最為豐富。至于其他表現(xiàn)方面則表現(xiàn)的不明顯。
[Abstract]:As a new type of flowered ground cover plant, potentilla sericola has the advantages of strong resistance to stress, fast covering speed, strong overall ecology, wide range of adaptation and beautiful appearance. There are mottled yellow flowers in the whole growing period. Compared with other cover plants, the landscape richness is higher and has a broad prospect in landscape greening and beautification. In this experiment, potentilla sericola was used as a material, which was treated with physical pruning, hormone treatment and fertilizer treatment at high temperature. The flowering period, flowering number, node branch number, flower diameter and flower stalk length were determined by different treatments, such as flowering date, flowering number, node branch number, flower diameter and flower stalk length. The length of petiole, stolon length and chlorophyll content were studied in order to provide some practical and theoretical basis for the practical application of Potentilla sericina. The results show that: 1. Physical pruning can promote the flowering of Potentilla sericeous, improve the length of flower stalk and petiole, and have obvious influence on the whole ornamental and flatness. The flowering time of pruned Potentilla was more obvious than that of unpruned Potentilla. There are some differences in the number of flowers. Two thirds pruned 20 more flowers / m 2 than 1 / 3 pruning during the peak period. The length of the petiole and the petiole are pruned. There is no significant difference in color. 2.GA3 is 50 mg-kg-1; 100 mg-kg-1; The effect of 150 mg-kg-1 concentration gradient on flowering period of Potentilla sericina was not obvious, but the effect on flowering number, petiole and stalk length was obvious. 50 mg-kg-1;. In the period of nearly 6 weeks from the beginning of July to the middle of August, the flowering number and flower diameter of potentilla treated with agricultural degree were obviously higher than those of other treatments, and the number of nodes also had some advantages. The effect of 50 mg-kg-1 concentration on node branch number and chlorophyll content was also higher than that of other treatments. The length of petiole and flower stalk of potentilla treated with 100 mg kg-1 GA3 was significantly increased than that of the other three treatments. The effect of different fertilizer ratios on the anthesis of Potentilla sericina was not obvious, but for the other characters, it was different. The fertilizer with different ratio of Nu Pu K had a good effect on the overall appearance quality and flowering of Potentilla. Color and so on all have different influence. Among them, N1P1K2 had the most flowering number, N2P0K2 was the best proportion in length and diameter of flower stalk, N2P1K2 had more node branches, and the chlorophyll content of N2POK2 was the most abundant in leaf color. As for other aspects of performance, the performance is not obvious.
