【摘要】：在當今經(jīng)濟全球一體化的時代里,文化同質(zhì)現(xiàn)象日益明顯,而具有地方特色的鄉(xiāng)土文化的個性化日趨減弱。鄉(xiāng)土文化作為文化傳承不可或缺的部分,已然受到世界各國設(shè)計師的普遍重視。如何體現(xiàn)餐飲空間設(shè)計的民族性與鄉(xiāng)土情結(jié)是亟待解決的問題。對于民族性與鄉(xiāng)土文化的研究不夠深入,導(dǎo)致我國本土的餐飲空間設(shè)計與國際先進水平有較大差距。本文正是基于這樣的研究背景,為更好地使鄉(xiāng)土文化在餐飲設(shè)計中得以繼承和創(chuàng)新,結(jié)合文化學(xué)、設(shè)計學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論,深入分析了鄉(xiāng)土文化與餐飲空間設(shè)計的關(guān)系,進而創(chuàng)新出餐飲中間賦予時代性的鄉(xiāng)土文化精神。文中7080小時逅餐廳的設(shè)計通過分析保定鄉(xiāng)土文脈,深入挖掘保定鄉(xiāng)土文化內(nèi)涵,吸收保定的鄉(xiāng)土文化精髓,較為全面的分析和論述了鄉(xiāng)土文化在7080小時逅餐廳中的設(shè)汁語言與具體表現(xiàn)方法,使得7080小時逅餐廳的設(shè)計既具有本土文化特征,又具備鮮明的時代氣息,以此希望在餐飲空間設(shè)計中來如何表現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)土文化意識方面起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of global economic integration, the phenomenon of cultural homogeneity is becoming more and more obvious, while the individualization of local culture is weakening day by day. As an indispensable part of cultural heritage, local culture has been universally valued by designers all over the world. How to embody the nationality and local complex of dining space design is an urgent problem to be solved. The research on nationality and local culture is not deep enough, which leads to a big gap between the food and beverage space design of our country and the international advanced level. This paper is based on this research background, in order to better make the local culture in the catering design to inherit and innovate, combined with the theory of culture, design and other related disciplines, in-depth analysis of the relationship between local culture and catering space design. And then innovates the local culture spirit which endows the times in the middle of the catering industry. Through analyzing the local context of Baoding, the design of the restaurant for 7080 hours in this paper is to dig deeply into the connotation of Baoding's local culture and absorb the essence of Baoding's local culture. This paper comprehensively analyzes and discusses the juice setting language and concrete expression methods of the local culture in the 7080 hour encounter restaurant, which makes the design of the 7080 hour encounter restaurant not only have the local culture characteristic, but also have the distinct atmosphere of the times. In this way, I hope that how to express the sense of local culture in the design of dining space plays a certain reference role.
