【摘要】：城市江心洲作為城市用地的一部分,不僅是城市濱水景觀的重要構(gòu)成,還是河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為數(shù)不多的生境之一。江心洲河型在我國長江中下游平原分布廣泛,隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),許多河流從城市邊緣變?yōu)槌鞘兄行?城市濱水區(qū)也成為區(qū)域最具活力的地帶,開發(fā)利用江心洲土地的需求迅速增長。只有深入的認(rèn)識城市江心洲的價值,才能對城市江心洲進(jìn)行更加長遠(yuǎn)和理性的利用與開發(fā)。文章首先通過歸納城市江心洲的特點、功能與類型,分析當(dāng)前城市江心洲開發(fā)中普遍存在的問題,指出城市江心洲作為綠色空間的合理性與必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過對實際案例的深入分析,結(jié)合相關(guān)學(xué)科的研究成果,提出了作為綠色空間的江心洲開發(fā)原則,以及不同條件下城市江心洲對應(yīng)的利用模式。文章同時對影響城市江心洲景觀構(gòu)成的要素進(jìn)行了剖析,并將前文提出的策略與原則應(yīng)用于一實際河段——湘江長沙段江心洲地段的開發(fā)設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:As a part of urban land, urban Jiangxinzhou is not only an important component of urban waterfront landscape, but also one of the few habitats in river ecosystem. The river type of Jiangxinzhou is widely distributed in the plain of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in China. With the continuous progress of urbanization in China, many rivers have changed from the edge of the city to the center of the city, and the urban waterfront has become the most dynamic zone in the region. The demand for land development and utilization in Jiangxinzhou has grown rapidly. Only by deeply understanding the value of the city Jiangxinzhou, can we use and develop the city Jiangxinzhou in a more long-term and rational way. This paper first summarizes the characteristics, functions and types of urban Jiangxinzhou, analyzes the common problems in the development of urban Jiangxinzhou, and points out the rationality and necessity of urban Jiangxinzhou as a green space. On this basis, through the in-depth analysis of practical cases, combined with the research results of related disciplines, this paper puts forward the development principle of Jiangxinzhou as a green space and the corresponding utilization mode of urban Jiangxinzhou under different conditions. At the same time, the factors influencing the landscape composition of Jiangxinzhou are analyzed, and the above strategies and principles are applied to the development and design of the Jiangxinzhou section of a practical river reach-Changsha section of the Xiangjiang River.
