基于洞庭湖蘆葦資源的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:針對洞庭湖地區(qū)蘆葦資源豐富但利用不盡如人意的現(xiàn)實(shí),試圖探尋當(dāng)代社會意識和技術(shù)條件下合理的利用途徑。采用田野調(diào)查法了解洞庭湖地區(qū)主要蘆葦產(chǎn)區(qū)、品種以及總體資源狀況;采用形態(tài)學(xué)研究方法解析了不同蘆葦品種的外觀形態(tài),采用材料學(xué)研究方法解析了蘆葦?shù)木C合物性;利用綠色設(shè)計原理,探析了蘆葦資源利用的主要途徑,并就不同途徑進(jìn)行了綜合設(shè)計分析、設(shè)計創(chuàng)意構(gòu)思、設(shè)計實(shí)踐。研究認(rèn)為:洞庭湖地區(qū)蘆葦品種優(yōu)良,以線蘆和柴崗荻為主,年產(chǎn)量可達(dá)120萬噸。蘆葦?shù)奶J花、蘆葉、蘆桿、蘆根等部位的形態(tài)各異,物理力學(xué)強(qiáng)度不同,具有自然形態(tài)的審美特征,蘆葦主要成分為木質(zhì)纖維素。蘆葦是一種可再生的自然資源,其主要利用途徑包括直接利用和再造利用。直接利用是指對蘆葦本體的直接利用,是典型的綠色設(shè)計案例,具有環(huán)境友好、制品的自然感強(qiáng)烈、手工藝生產(chǎn)方式為主的特點(diǎn);再造利用是指將蘆葦解體后再加以利用,產(chǎn)品種類不受原材料限制,工業(yè)化程度高,只要解決好制造過程中的廢水污染問題,依然符合綠色設(shè)計原則。依據(jù)蘆葦?shù)奈镄蕴卣骱途G色設(shè)計原理,直接利用途徑應(yīng)遵循生態(tài)設(shè)計原則、材盡其能原則、反映地域文化特色原則,設(shè)計理念可歸結(jié)為以蘆葦?shù)奶烊恍螒B(tài)為造型藝術(shù)原型,以現(xiàn)代生活使用功能為核心和以文化內(nèi)涵和文化傳承為理念的設(shè)計創(chuàng)意。再造利用應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)工業(yè)化與環(huán)保設(shè)計理念,強(qiáng)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化設(shè)計特征。構(gòu)思了40余種產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方案,重點(diǎn)對蘆席、裝飾燈具、蘆葦裝飾畫、纖維容器等8種典型產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計,并探討了產(chǎn)品制造過程中的防蟲防霉處理、去除蠟質(zhì)、染色、蘆蔑編制、纖維制備、模壓成型等關(guān)鍵工藝技術(shù)。本研究對于洞庭湖地區(qū)蘆葦資源的合理利用,優(yōu)化湖區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境,發(fā)展湖區(qū)地域經(jīng)濟(jì)等具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the Reed resources in Dongting Lake area are abundant but not satisfactory, this paper attempts to explore the reasonable ways of utilization under the condition of social consciousness and technology. Field investigation was used to find out the main Reed producing areas, varieties and total resources in Dongting Lake area, morphological study method was used to analyze the appearance morphology of different Reed varieties, and the comprehensive physical properties of Reed were analyzed by means of material science. Based on the principle of green design, this paper probes into the main ways of utilization of Reed resources, and makes comprehensive design analysis, creative conception and design practice of different ways. The results showed that the Reed varieties in Dongting Lake area were excellent, with a yield of 1.2 million tons per year. The reeds have different shapes, different physical and mechanical strength and aesthetic characteristics of natural form. The main components of Reed are lignocellulose. Reed is a kind of renewable natural resources. Its main ways of utilization include direct utilization and reuse. Direct use refers to the direct use of the Reed body, which is a typical green design case with the characteristics of environmental friendliness, strong natural feeling of products, and the dominant mode of handicraft production. The product type is not limited by raw materials, and the industrialization degree is high. As long as the waste water pollution in manufacturing process is solved well, it still conforms to the principle of green design. According to the physical characteristics of Reed and the principle of green design, the direct utilization way should follow the principle of ecological design, the principle of material as best as possible, and the principle of reflecting regional cultural characteristics. The design idea can be summed up as taking the natural form of Reed as the prototype of plastic arts. The design creativity is based on the function of modern life and cultural connotation and cultural heritage. Reuse should emphasize the idea of industrialization and environmental protection design, and emphasize the characteristics of standardization and serialization design. In this paper, more than 40 kinds of product design schemes have been designed, and 8 typical products, such as Reed mat, decorative lamp, Reed decorative painting, fiber container and so on, have been designed in reality, and the anti-insect and anti-mildew treatment in the process of product manufacture have been discussed to remove waxy substance. Dyeing, Reed preparation, fiber preparation, molding and other key technology. This study is of great significance for the rational utilization of Reed resources, optimization of ecological environment and development of regional economy in Dongting Lake area.
