【摘要】：哈爾濱是“中華巴洛克”建筑的主要發(fā)源地,哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)是中西建筑文化交流的見證,是反映哈爾濱自身中西文化交融特征的重要載體,大量“中華巴洛克”建筑所構(gòu)成的城市形態(tài)及其背后所代表的城市生活,最為典型地反映了這座城市強(qiáng)烈的市民社會(huì)特征,由此,哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)作為一種城市景觀及其背后的世俗生活,也成為哈爾濱這座城市最為重要的城市特征,靖宇街區(qū)生活的記憶成為很多哈爾濱人的特殊文化基因。長(zhǎng)期以來,哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)的更新改造矛盾重重,尤其在今天,如何處理好超常規(guī)快速發(fā)展中的各種復(fù)雜矛盾,保護(hù)并發(fā)揚(yáng)哈爾濱歷史文化、切實(shí)維護(hù)居民切身利益,已成為擺在我們面前一個(gè)無法回避、刻不容緩的任務(wù)。本論文主要采用多學(xué)科理論融匯綜合并與實(shí)踐密切結(jié)合的研究方法,針對(duì)影響哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)改造的政策制定、積極利益權(quán)衡、居民弱勢(shì)群體的利益維護(hù)、城市特色保護(hù)和發(fā)揚(yáng)等方面,運(yùn)用歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、文化生態(tài)學(xué)理論多學(xué)科知識(shí),并借鑒國內(nèi)外的研究?jī)?nèi)容,力求在綜合研究中找到街區(qū)更新的對(duì)策。全論文對(duì)靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及衰敗進(jìn)行介紹后,著重對(duì)街區(qū)內(nèi)的文化景觀資源類型進(jìn)行挖掘和評(píng)價(jià)。在對(duì)街區(qū)未改造和改造兩部分的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的調(diào)研和分析,從中探求出街區(qū)存在的問題,并對(duì)這些問題進(jìn)行分析,提出解決辦法。同時(shí)從靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)對(duì)于哈爾濱這座城市、哈爾濱人的意義出發(fā),指出今天哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新中應(yīng)該遵循的基本原則,堅(jiān)持在保護(hù)的前提下進(jìn)行開發(fā),在保護(hù)與開發(fā)之間找到一種平衡,做到既能延續(xù)街區(qū)的文脈特征,又能提高街區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活力。據(jù)此,筆者擬分別從思想層面、政策層面和景觀層面,對(duì)哈爾濱靖宇商業(yè)街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新提出自己的幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策建議,希望能夠?qū)赣钌虡I(yè)街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Harbin is the main birthplace of "Chinese Baroque" architecture. Harbin Jingyu Commercial District is a witness of the cultural exchange between China and the West, and an important carrier reflecting the blending characteristics of Harbin's own Chinese and Western cultures. A large number of "Chinese Baroque" buildings constitute the form of the city and the city life behind it, which is the most typical reflection of the city's strong characteristics of civil society. As a kind of urban landscape and the secular life behind it, Jingyu Commercial District of Harbin has become the most important urban feature of Harbin. The memory of Jingyu District's life has become the special cultural gene of many Harbin people. For a long time, there have been numerous contradictions in the renovation and transformation of Harbin Jingyu Commercial District, especially today, how to deal well with various complicated contradictions in the rapid development of supernormal, protect and carry forward Harbin's history and culture, and earnestly safeguard the vital interests of residents. It has become an unavoidable and urgent task in front of us. This paper mainly adopts the research method of multi-disciplinary theory integration and close combination with practice, aiming at the policy making that affects the transformation of Jingyu commercial district in Harbin, balancing the positive benefits, and protecting the interests of the weak groups of residents. In the aspects of urban characteristic protection and development, using the theory of protection and renewal of historical blocks, the theory of sustainable development and the theory of cultural ecology, and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research content, Try to find out the countermeasures of district renewal in the comprehensive research. After introducing the emergence, development and decline of Jingyu commercial district, this paper focuses on excavating and evaluating the types of cultural landscape resources in the block. This paper makes a systematic investigation and analysis on the present situation of the two parts of the block, which are not reformed and reformed, and finds out the problems existing in the block, and analyzes these problems and puts forward the solutions. At the same time, from the point of view of the significance of the Jingyu commercial district to the city of Harbin and the people of Harbin, it points out the basic principles that should be followed in the protection and renewal of the commercial district of Jingyu in Harbin today, and insists on the development under the premise of protection. To find a balance between protection and development, can not only extend the cultural characteristics of the block, but also improve the economic vitality of the block. Accordingly, the author intends to put forward his own countermeasures and suggestions on the protection and renewal of Jingyu commercial district in Harbin from the ideological level, policy level and landscape level, hoping to be helpful to the sustainable development of Jingyu commercial district.
