【摘要】：中國正大規(guī)模進入地鐵時代,地鐵的建設(shè)對城市形象,空間格局以及市民生活都將產(chǎn)生重要的影響。同時,許多城市的建設(shè)中也出現(xiàn)了缺乏城市特色活力空間,城市形象趨同的現(xiàn)象。本文順應(yīng)地鐵急速發(fā)展的趨勢,對由地鐵建設(shè)而形成的站域公共空間這一新型城市公共空間進行研究,總結(jié)將地鐵站點站域公共空間打造為能夠反映城市特色、滿足市民使用獲得市民認同的充滿活力的城市空間為目標的經(jīng)驗與策略。本文以地鐵站點站域公共空間為研究對象,通過實地調(diào)研,將地鐵站點按照與之結(jié)合的城市用地類型以及建筑功能的不同進行分類,得到交通綜合體型站點、商業(yè)綜合體型站和公園綠地型站點這三種類型。依據(jù)上述分類的結(jié)果進一步研究上海、蘇州、無錫各類地鐵特色站點,對站域公共空間在功能空間組織、景觀特色形象、場地活力塑造這三方面所呈現(xiàn)出的特征進行總結(jié)與比較,并且借助國外優(yōu)秀案例對空間營造的成功經(jīng)驗,以塑造城市特色空間為目標,由功能的豐富以及空間品質(zhì)的提升、文化活動的引入這三方面切入提出能夠提升各自場地特色與活力的策略。最后對三大類站點站域公共空間營造中共同的特性及存在的問題進行總結(jié),結(jié)合國外優(yōu)秀案例對地鐵站點未來發(fā)展趨勢進行展望。
[Abstract]:China is entering the subway era on a large scale. Subway construction will have an important impact on the image of the city, the spatial pattern and the life of the citizens. At the same time, many cities in the construction of the lack of urban vitality space, city image convergence phenomenon. In accordance with the trend of rapid development of subway, this paper studies the public space of station area formed by subway construction, which is a new type of urban public space, and summarizes that the public space of station area of subway station can reflect the characteristics of the city. Experience and strategy of satisfying the public's goal of using vibrant urban space that is recognized by the citizens. This paper takes the public space of subway station as the research object, through the field investigation, classifies the subway station according to the different types of urban land and the building function, and obtains the traffic comprehensive type station. Commercial complex type station and park greenbelt type station these three types. According to the results of the above classification, we further study all kinds of subway characteristic stations in Shanghai, Suzhou and Wuxi, organize the public space of the station area in the function space, and have the characteristic image of the landscape. The characteristics of these three aspects are summarized and compared, and with the help of the successful experience of foreign excellent cases, the goal of shaping the characteristic space of the city is the rich function and the promotion of the quality of the space. The introduction of cultural activities into these three aspects can enhance the characteristics and vitality of their respective strategies. Finally, this paper summarizes the common characteristics and existing problems in the construction of public space in three kinds of stations, and looks forward to the future development trend of subway stations in combination with foreign excellent cases.
