【摘要】：企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是新時期驅(qū)動我國經(jīng)濟增長的引擎,是我國企業(yè)面對激烈的國內(nèi)外競爭環(huán)境,取得和保持競爭優(yōu)勢的必然選擇。隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化,技術(shù)更新速度加快,經(jīng)濟周期變短,科技創(chuàng)新體現(xiàn)出許多新特征,企業(yè)與部門間協(xié)同作用越來越明顯,在新形勢下對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵進行重新解構(gòu),從協(xié)同演變的過程描述企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力增長的機制和路徑,對提升企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上將協(xié)同學(xué)思想運用到企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究中,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)論、熱力學(xué)、適應(yīng)性景觀分析、層次分析等量化分析方法,創(chuàng)新性地構(gòu)建了協(xié)同視角下的企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),并指出企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的序參量,并進一步構(gòu)建了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的評價指標體系。本文主要內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新點主要有以下三個方面：一是運用系統(tǒng)學(xué)的方法,對協(xié)同學(xué)視角下企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)建立的可行性進行了分析。認為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)是一個開放的、遠離平衡態(tài)的復(fù)雜巨系統(tǒng),其內(nèi)部存在著進行復(fù)雜的非線性相互作用的子系統(tǒng),企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)存在著隨機漲落并構(gòu)成了系統(tǒng)演變進步的動力來源；二是將從協(xié)同學(xué)視角分析了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的提升路徑與機理,認為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的序參量。企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)通過隨機漲落形成序參量變化的過程,構(gòu)成了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力提升的過程,并通過適應(yīng)度景觀理論進行了分析,進一步加深了對系統(tǒng)有序度的理解。三是改進了模糊評價方法。企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)是一個由非線性相關(guān)的子系統(tǒng)作用而成的復(fù)雜巨系統(tǒng)。本文試圖運用模糊綜合評價的方法對模糊指標進行處理,并針對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力多層次的特點,結(jié)合了層次分析法的優(yōu)勢,綜合提出了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的多級模糊綜合評價分析方法。
[Abstract]:Enterprise technological innovation is the engine that drives the economic growth of our country in the new period. It is the inevitable choice for our enterprises to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage in the face of the fierce competition environment at home and abroad. With the integration of the global economy, the speed of technological renewal is quickening, the economic cycle is getting shorter, the scientific and technological innovation embodies many new features, and the synergy between enterprises and departments is becoming more and more obvious. Under the new situation, the connotation of enterprise's technological innovation ability is deconstructed again, and the mechanism and path of enterprise's technological innovation ability growth are described from the process of collaborative evolution, which has important theoretical and practical significance to enhance enterprise's technological innovation ability. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper applies the idea of Synergetics to the study of the technological innovation ability of enterprises, combining the quantitative analysis methods such as system theory, thermodynamics, adaptive landscape analysis, hierarchical analysis, etc. This paper innovatively constructs the enterprise technological innovation system from the cooperative perspective, and points out that the enterprise technological innovation ability is the order parameter of the enterprise technological innovation system, and further constructs the evaluation index system of the enterprise technological innovation ability. The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows: first, the feasibility of the establishment of enterprise technological innovation system under the perspective of Synergetics is analyzed by using the method of systematics. It is considered that the enterprise technological innovation system is an open, far from equilibrium complex giant system, in which there is a complex nonlinear interaction subsystem. The enterprise technological innovation system has random fluctuation and constitutes the power source of the evolution and progress of the system. The second is to analyze the upgrading path and mechanism of enterprises' technological innovation ability from the perspective of Synergetics. It is considered that the technological innovation capability is the order parameter of the enterprise technological innovation system. The enterprise technological innovation system forms the process of changing the order parameter by random fluctuation, which constitutes the process of enhancing the technological innovation ability of the enterprise. Through the analysis of the landscape theory of fitness, the understanding of the order degree of the system is further deepened. Third, the fuzzy evaluation method is improved. Enterprise technological innovation system is a complex giant system which is composed of nonlinear related subsystems. This paper attempts to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with the fuzzy index, and in view of the multi-level characteristics of the enterprise's technological innovation ability, combines the advantage of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method of enterprise's technological innovation ability is put forward synthetically.
