【摘要】：我國農(nóng)耕文明在歷史長河中源遠流長,作為中華文明的傳統(tǒng)根基,在勞動人民日復(fù)生息發(fā)展過程中傳承與創(chuàng)造,逐漸形成了特色鮮明、種類繁多、經(jīng)濟與生態(tài)高度統(tǒng)一的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng),扮演著一個舉足輕重的角色。尤溪聯(lián)合梯田具有悠久的歷史文化價值,憑借獨特而多樣的自然條件和勞動人民勤勞的智慧,不但是中國首批重要農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)地,同時也是全球重要農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)備選地,具有凈化與保育、美學(xué)與傳承功能為一體的完整生態(tài)體系和具有較高經(jīng)濟價值的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng),更是人與自然和諧發(fā)展的重要農(nóng)業(yè)文化成果。由于受到自然條件和人類活動的影響,因喪失農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)競爭力與勞動力,逐漸從糧食生產(chǎn)退位,惟其蘊含的生態(tài)、社會與文化景觀功能開始受到關(guān)注。對農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)保護的認知偏差使農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)的生存環(huán)境和保護面臨挑戰(zhàn),如何幫助人們樹立正確的保護觀,積極參與到農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)保護行列成為一項刻不容緩的任務(wù)。本文從農(nóng)業(yè)多功能角度,從兩個方面進行價值評估。第一,應(yīng)用市場價值替代法評估聯(lián)合梯田農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)性價值,第二,應(yīng)用條件評價法評估梯田具有的文化傳承與美學(xué)景觀等衍生性價值,及解釋重要影響因素保護支付率。以期為農(nóng)業(yè)物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的可持續(xù)保護提供理論與實踐價值。通過本文調(diào)查研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)依據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果,可以得到,經(jīng)濟價值為34946261元,保育價值為81732250元,凈化價值為51107460元,合計聯(lián)合梯田的基礎(chǔ)性價值為16×108元/a,單位面積價值約172043元(hm2 · a);(2)通過對受訪者支付意愿的調(diào)查研究,受訪的支付率達到91.8%,根據(jù)結(jié)果顯示受訪者保育聯(lián)合梯田平均每年愿付價格為59.28元,估計每年總效益約5453760元。透過對聯(lián)合梯田游客調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),受訪者認為聯(lián)合梯田衍生性價值非常重要,且認為聯(lián)合梯田的多功能作用對于個人、社區(qū)與后代皆有顯著效益;(3)通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),影響受訪者付費保護聯(lián)合梯田意愿的主要因素,為受訪者對于聯(lián)合梯田的認識、對梯田美學(xué)景觀價值認同、對于梯田保育滿意度,及收入、教育程度、性別、年齡。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)可以為梯田類農(nóng)業(yè)文化遺產(chǎn)后期保護提供嶄新的政策思考方向。
[Abstract]:The agricultural civilization of our country has a long history. As the traditional foundation of Chinese civilization, it is inherited and created in the course of the daily development of the working people. The traditional agricultural production system, which is highly integrated with economy and ecology, plays a pivotal role. Youxi United terrace has a long historical and cultural value. With its unique and diverse natural conditions and the industrious wisdom of the working people, it is not only the first important agricultural cultural heritage site in China, but also an alternative site for the world's important agricultural cultural heritage. The integrated ecological system with the functions of purification and conservation, aesthetics and inheritance, and the eco-agricultural system of agricultural products with high economic value are the important agricultural cultural achievements of harmonious development between man and nature. Due to the influence of natural conditions and human activities, because of the loss of agricultural production competitiveness and labor force, gradually abdicated from grain production, but its ecological, social and cultural landscape function began to receive attention. The cognitive deviation of agricultural cultural heritage protection makes the survival environment and protection of agricultural cultural heritage face challenges. How to help people establish a correct view of protection and actively participate in the protection of agricultural cultural heritage has become an urgent task. This article from the agricultural multi-function angle, carries on the value appraisal from two aspects. Firstly, market value substitution method is used to evaluate the basic value of terraced agriculture. Secondly, the condition evaluation method is applied to evaluate the derivative value of terraced fields, such as cultural heritage and aesthetic landscape, and to explain the protection and payment rate of important influencing factors. In order to provide theoretical and practical value for the sustainable protection of agricultural material and cultural heritage. The conclusions are as follows: (1) according to the statistical results, the economic value is 34946261 yuan, the conservation value is 81732250 yuan, and the purification value is 51107460 yuan. The basic value of the combined terrace is 16 脳 10 ~ 8 yuan / a, and the unit area value is about 172043 yuan (hm2 a); (_ 2) through a survey of the interviewees' willingness to pay. According to the results, the average price of interviewees in conserving the joint terrace is 59.28 yuan per year, and the total benefit is estimated to be about 5453760 yuan per year. Through the tourist survey of the joint terrace, the interviewees found that the derivative value of the joint terrace was very important, and that the multifunctional role of the joint terrace had significant benefits for individuals, communities and future generations. (3) through the analysis, it was found that, The main factors affecting the willingness of interviewees to pay for the protection of joint terraces are their understanding of the terraces, their recognition of the aesthetic landscape value of terraces, satisfaction with terraced conservation, income, education level, sex and age. These findings can provide a new policy direction for terrace agricultural cultural heritage protection.
