基于日照環(huán)境的滄州市御宇國際城景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:日照作為居住區(qū)景觀環(huán)境中一個(gè)不可或缺的因素,它不僅影響景觀環(huán)境的構(gòu)成,還影響著景觀的使用率和居民的健康。因此在設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境優(yōu)美舒適的高層居住區(qū)景觀時(shí),應(yīng)對日照環(huán)境加以重視。綜合考慮地域環(huán)境、建筑陰影和景觀布局之間的關(guān)系,分析高層居住區(qū)的功能分區(qū)和各景觀元素對日照的適應(yīng)和需求,總結(jié)出高層居住區(qū)景觀日照優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的理論與方法�;谌照窄h(huán)境對滄州部分高層居住區(qū)景觀進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查,使用軟件輔助對日照進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分居住區(qū)在景觀設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)并沒有將日照條件考慮在內(nèi),造成景觀布局不合理,可停留場地日照較差,景觀使用率低,部分植物長勢差等現(xiàn)象。本文基于高層居住區(qū)中的日照環(huán)境,以滄州市御宇國際城為設(shè)計(jì)對象,設(shè)計(jì)出一套日照條件合理的景觀方案。御宇國際城是占地面積為9.8公頃,綠化率47%的高層居住區(qū)。滄州市是冬季寒冷夏炎熱,鑒于此氣候和高層居住區(qū)外環(huán)境的日照特點(diǎn),致力于打造一個(gè)自然生態(tài)、冬暖夏涼的景觀環(huán)境,形成了“一軸,兩環(huán),六區(qū),十二景”的總體布局。(1)使用天正日照分析軟件進(jìn)行日照分析,根據(jù)日照狀況將建筑外環(huán)境分為日照適宜區(qū)域、日照較適宜區(qū)域和日照不適宜區(qū)域。根據(jù)不同的日照需求,為入口廣場區(qū)、親水休閑區(qū)、健身游樂區(qū)、自然游步區(qū)和休閑區(qū)五個(gè)功能分區(qū)選擇相對適宜的日照區(qū)域進(jìn)行布局。(2)方案中設(shè)計(jì)了三處水體,分別用建筑、植物、小品等的遮蔭來降低水體的蒸發(fā)和減少炫光污染。(3)根據(jù)居住區(qū)夏至日的日照分析,將建筑外環(huán)境劃分為三個(gè)時(shí)間區(qū)域,并在相應(yīng)區(qū)域選擇適宜樹種。在0~5小時(shí)日照區(qū)域種植耐蔭和稍耐蔭的金銀木、紫薇、丁香和三角楓等植物;在5~10小時(shí)區(qū)域種植喜光和偏喜光中性植物,如日本晚櫻、玉蘭和油松等;在10小時(shí)以上區(qū)域種植喜光遮蔭樹,如合歡、千頭椿和垂柳等。(4)考慮居民對夏季遮蔭,冬季日照的需求,在冬至日照適宜區(qū)域布置活動場地,主要有親水廣場、映射廊、聆聽亭、兒童游樂場等景觀節(jié)點(diǎn)。在冬至日陽光充足和夏至日有適當(dāng)建筑陰影的區(qū)域布置暗香亭、乘涼亭。園林坐凳的朝向選擇滄州市建筑適宜朝向即南偏東,盡量避免不適宜朝向即北、北偏西。高層建筑與園林要素相互配合,相互影響,得出一套四季皆宜的景觀規(guī)劃方案,希望對今后高層居住區(qū)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。通過調(diào)查分析和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,證實(shí)了基于日照環(huán)境的景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法對高層居住區(qū)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,為今后高層居住區(qū)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable factor in residential landscape environment, Rizhao not only affects the composition of landscape environment, but also affects the utilization rate of landscape and the health of residents. Therefore, we should pay attention to the sunshine environment when designing the high-rise residential landscape with beautiful and comfortable environment. Considering the relationship among regional environment, architectural shadow and landscape layout, this paper analyzes the functional partition of high-rise residential area and the adaptation and demand of each landscape element to sunshine, and summarizes the theory and method of optimal design of sunshine in high-rise residential area landscape. Based on the sunshine environment, the landscape of some high-rise residential areas in Cangzhou was investigated on the spot, and the software was used to analyze the sunshine. It was found that most residential areas did not take the sunshine conditions into account in the landscape design, which resulted in unreasonable landscape layout. There are some phenomena such as poor sunshine, low utilization rate of landscape and poor growth of some plants. Based on the sunshine environment in the high-rise residential area, this paper designs a set of landscape scheme with reasonable sunshine conditions for the design object of Yuyu International City of Cangzhou City. Yuyu International City is an area of 9.8 hectares, the green rate of 47% of the high-rise residential areas. Cangzhou is cold and hot in winter. In view of the sunshine characteristics of this climate and the outer environment of high-rise residential areas, Cangzhou is devoted to creating a natural ecology, warm winter and cool summer landscape environment, which forms "one axis, two rings, six districts," The overall layout of "Twelve scenery". (1) the sunshine analysis software is used to analyze the sunshine. According to the sunshine condition, the outside environment of the building is divided into the suitable area for sunshine, the more suitable area for sunshine and the unsuitable area for sunshine. According to different sunshine needs, five functional districts, namely, entrance wide area, hydrophilic leisure area, fitness recreation area, natural walking area and leisure area, are selected for layout. (2) three water bodies are designed in the scheme, each of which is built. Shading of plants and sketches to reduce evaporation and light pollution. (3) according to the sunshine analysis of the Summer Solstice day in residential area, the external environment of the building is divided into three time zones, and the suitable tree species are selected in the corresponding area. To plant shade tolerant and slightly shady gold and silver trees, lilacs, lilacs and triangular maple in 0 ~ 5 hours sunshine area, and light neutral plants such as Japanese cherry, Magnolia and Pinus tabulaeformis in 510 hours; Planting photo-shade trees in areas over 10 hours, such as acacia, toon and weeping willow, etc. (4) considering the residents' demand for summer shade and winter sunshine, it is appropriate to arrange activity venues in the Winter Solstice sunshine area, mainly including hydrophilic square, mapping gallery, etc. Listen to pavilions, children's playgrounds and other landscape nodes. In the Winter Solstice day sunshine and the Summer Solstice day with the appropriate building shadow of the area decorated with dark incense pavilion, take the pavilion. The orientation of the garden benches is suitable for the construction of Cangzhou city, which is east by south and avoiding the improper orientation to the north and the north to the west as far as possible. In order to provide a reference for the landscape planning of high-rise residential areas in the future, a set of landscape planning schemes suitable for the four seasons has been obtained by cooperating and influencing the elements of high-rise buildings and gardens. Through investigation, analysis and practical application, it is proved that the landscape design method based on sunshine environment has a certain practical significance for the landscape planning and design of high-rise residential areas, and provides a new way of thinking for the landscape planning and design of high-rise residential areas in the future.
