【摘要】：曲江是隋唐長安城著名的皇家園林,是皇家和文人名流聚會飲宴、游憩交往的場所。曲江新區(qū)園林景觀的建設(shè),使得其不僅具有濃郁的歷史特色,更增添了新的文化特色。園區(qū)景觀秉承中華燦爛文明,記載了王朝的興衰,傳承了都市的文脈,充分發(fā)揮了遺址景觀資源在人們生活環(huán)境中的作用,提高了城市品位。我國具有悠久歷史文化的城市很多,在促進旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和提升城市景觀形象方面;在對前期建設(shè)成果鞏固,后期社會效益、經(jīng)濟效益和環(huán)境效益創(chuàng)造的過程中;在民眾對于物質(zhì)生活的要求越來越高,對生活的舒適指數(shù)有了更多需求的時代,通過對曲江園林景觀建設(shè)成就的研究,將對其它地區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)將有一定借鑒意義,同時對于我國城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)也有著積極的指導(dǎo)和促進意義。本文研究從西安曲江新區(qū)園林景觀建設(shè)的基本特點及現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),將園林景觀建設(shè)與城市發(fā)展理念相融合,從管理、規(guī)劃、資金以及人才因素等方面分析了當(dāng)前西安曲江新區(qū)在城市園林景觀建設(shè)中存在的問題。提出了解決存在問題的有效建議。在景觀規(guī)劃方面建議要充分利用信息技術(shù)促進城市園林與三維規(guī)劃設(shè)計的相互融合,將空間管制規(guī)劃、大遺址保護規(guī)劃充分落實;將大秦嶺的自然生態(tài)與城市園林的新穎性、美觀性和環(huán)保性相結(jié)合,形成綠色紐帶;因地制宜的實現(xiàn)歷史遺存、綠地均衡和城市發(fā)展三者關(guān)系。在管理方面要立足于當(dāng)?shù)貓@林景觀整體規(guī)劃、健全園林管理規(guī)章制度,落實人才培養(yǎng)政策、建立資金利用機制;積極強化組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和施工養(yǎng)護管理,更好地實現(xiàn)對園林規(guī)劃的完善和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究的主要內(nèi)容由六個部分構(gòu)成,第一章闡述了本次課題研究的背景、目的和研究意義,并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀展開陳述;第二章明確了城市園林景觀建設(shè)的相關(guān)概念界定,并從景觀設(shè)計學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)、園林美學(xué)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論四個方面提出了城市園林景觀規(guī)劃的理論基礎(chǔ);第三章是對西安曲江新區(qū)城市園林景觀規(guī)劃與建設(shè)基本現(xiàn)狀的概括,總結(jié)了曲江新區(qū)城市園林景觀建設(shè)與管理模式;第四章為曲江新區(qū)城市園林景觀建設(shè)管理中存在的問題及原因分析;第五章針對上文提到的曲江新區(qū)城市園林景觀建設(shè)中的問題提出了優(yōu)化曲江新區(qū)城市園林景觀建設(shè)管理的有效對策;第六章為本次研究的結(jié)論部分,即對本文的觀點進行整理和概括,再次明確城市園林景觀建設(shè)的宗旨與目的。
[Abstract]:Qujiang is a famous royal garden in Changan City of Sui and Tang dynasties. The construction of landscape architecture in Qujiang New area not only has rich historical features, but also adds new cultural features. The park landscape inherits the brilliant civilization of China, records the rise and fall of the dynasty, inherits the cultural context of the city, gives full play to the role of the site landscape resources in people's living environment, and improves the urban taste. There are many cities with a long history and culture in our country, which promote the development of tourism industry and enhance the city landscape image, in the process of consolidating the achievements in the early construction, creating social benefits, economic benefits and environmental benefits in the later period. In the era when the people are demanding more and more material life and have more demand for the comfort index of life, through the research on the achievements of the landscape construction of Qujiang, there will be certain reference significance for the planning and construction of other areas. At the same time, it has positive guidance and promotion significance for the realization of the goal of urban modernization construction in our country. Based on the basic characteristics and present situation of landscape construction in Qujiang New District of Xi'an, this paper studies the combination of garden landscape construction and urban development concept, and from the management, planning, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of urban landscape in Qujiang New District of Xi'an from the aspects of capital and talent. Some effective suggestions are put forward to solve the existing problems. In the aspect of landscape planning, it is suggested to make full use of information technology to promote the integration of urban gardens and three-dimensional planning and design, to fully implement the planning of space control and the protection of large sites, and to make the natural ecology of the Great Qinling Mountains and the novelty of urban gardens, The combination of beauty and environmental protection forms the green link, and realizes the historical relics, the balance of green space and the development of city according to local conditions. In the aspect of management, we should base ourselves on the overall planning of the local landscape, perfect the rules and regulations of landscape management, implement the personnel training policy, establish a mechanism for the utilization of funds, and actively strengthen the organization, leadership, construction and maintenance management. Better to achieve the garden planning and sustainable development. The main content of this study is composed of six parts. The first chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of this research, and describes the current research situation at home and abroad. Chapter two defines the related concepts of urban landscape construction. And from four aspects of landscape design, environmental psychology, landscape aesthetics and sustainable development theory, this paper puts forward the theoretical basis of urban landscape planning. Chapter three is a summary of the basic situation of urban landscape planning and construction in Xi'an Qujiang New District. This paper summarizes the construction and management mode of urban landscape architecture in Qujiang New District, and analyzes the problems and causes in the management of urban landscape construction in Qujiang New District. The fifth chapter puts forward the effective countermeasures to optimize the management of the urban landscape construction in Qujiang New District in view of the problems mentioned above. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this study. That is, the views of this paper are sorted and summarized, and the purposes and purposes of urban landscape construction are clarified again.
