【摘要】：騎樓歷史街區(qū)是嶺南城市的不可多得文化景觀資源,同時(shí)也是近代嶺南歷史文化的重要載體。本文系統(tǒng)地分析了“嶺南騎樓歷史街區(qū)”的歷史成因、文化價(jià)值及改造現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)再創(chuàng)造中設(shè)計(jì)立意及設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)所存在的普遍問題,運(yùn)用建筑類型學(xué)的相關(guān)理論和研究方法進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出作為特定類型文化景觀的“嶺南騎樓歷史街區(qū)”內(nèi)在的類型學(xué)規(guī)律及特點(diǎn)。并通過相關(guān)的方法研究,應(yīng)用于廣西欽州騎樓景觀的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用之中。該研究力圖擺脫傳統(tǒng)文化景觀設(shè)計(jì)中的形式化所引發(fā)的不良后果,通過深入的內(nèi)在形式規(guī)律及文化規(guī)律的研究,把傳統(tǒng)騎樓文化內(nèi)在的文化基因通過適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的形式保存下來(lái),并賦予其新的生命。文章依據(jù)以下順序展開論述:第一章引言部分主要闡述了課題的研究背景、研究意義、研究目的以及基本研究方法,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定;第二章分析騎樓歷史街區(qū)的文化景觀價(jià)值;第三章回顧嶺南騎樓歷史街區(qū)文化景觀的更新歷程,分析了嶺南目前騎樓歷史街區(qū)更新的模式,并分析當(dāng)前模式下騎樓歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新所帶來(lái)的問題;第四章闡述建筑類型學(xué)理論以及設(shè)計(jì)方法,并運(yùn)用相關(guān)方法對(duì)騎樓歷史街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究;第五章設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用——?dú)J州騎樓歷史街區(qū)文化景觀改造。結(jié)論:騎樓歷史街區(qū)的建筑形態(tài)是特定地域所形成的文化價(jià)值觀念及文化生活方式的產(chǎn)物。針對(duì)騎樓建筑群類型特征及文化動(dòng)因的研究可以作為可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)。文章引入建筑類型學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法,針對(duì)騎樓歷史街區(qū)文化景觀的歷史文化、現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了類型學(xué)方法指導(dǎo)下的研究及篩選,并依據(jù)特定歷史人文環(huán)境、規(guī)劃目標(biāo)與功能需求對(duì)類型進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)譯、重構(gòu)及類推,力圖在相關(guān)理論方法的指導(dǎo)下避免歷史文化街區(qū)改造的片面的形式主義發(fā)展,保留改歷史文化內(nèi)在的文化特征并適應(yīng)社會(huì)文化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The historic block of garrison building is a rare cultural landscape resource in Lingnan city, and it is also an important carrier of modern Lingnan history and culture. This paper systematically analyzes the historical causes, cultural values and the status quo of transformation of the historical block of Lingnan Garrison Building, aiming at the common problems of the design idea and the design goal in the design re-creation. Based on the relevant theories and research methods of architectural typology, this paper summarizes the inherent typology laws and characteristics of "Lingnan Garrison Building Historical District" as a specific type of cultural landscape. And through the relevant method research, applied in the Guangxi Qinzhou garrison landscape design application. This study tries to get rid of the negative consequences caused by the formalization of traditional cultural landscape design, through the in-depth study of the internal form law and cultural law. The inherent cultural genes of the traditional arcade culture are preserved through the form of adapting to the social development, and the new life is given to them. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research purpose and basic research methods, and defines the related concepts. The second chapter analyzes the cultural landscape value of the historic block of the garrison, the third chapter reviews the renewal process of the cultural landscape of the historic block of Lingnan arcade, and analyzes the mode of the renewal of the historical block of the garrison building in the south of the five ridges. The fourth chapter expounds the theory of architectural typology and the design method, and studies the sustainable development of the historic block by using the relevant methods. The fifth chapter designs the application-Qinzhou garrison historic block cultural landscape transformation. Conclusion: the architectural form of the historic block is the product of the cultural values and the cultural way of life formed in a particular area. The research on the type characteristics and cultural motivation of the complex can be used as the foundation of sustainable development. This paper introduces the theory and method of architectural typology design, aiming at the historical culture, the present situation and the developing trend of the cultural landscape of the historic block of the garrison, and carries on the research and the screening under the guidance of the typology method, and according to the specific historical humanities environment, In order to avoid the one-sided formalism development of the transformation of historical and cultural blocks under the guidance of relevant theories and methods, the planning objectives and functional requirements translate, reconstruct and analogy the types, and try to avoid the one-sided formalism development of the transformation of historical and cultural blocks under the guidance of relevant theories and methods.
