【摘要】：周村古商城位于周村區(qū),周村區(qū)坐落于山東省淄博市的西部,它是一座歷史悠久又充滿活力的現(xiàn)代化城市。古商城區(qū)整個(gè)古商業(yè)街建筑形態(tài)集明清風(fēng)格于一體,傳統(tǒng)的古商業(yè)建筑作為歷史建筑中的一個(gè)群體是地域傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)文化繁榮發(fā)達(dá)的象征,它蘊(yùn)含著豐富的傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)涵,具有很高的歷史文化、藝術(shù)以及科學(xué)研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文通過(guò)追尋周村古商城的歷史軌跡,探索周村古商業(yè)建筑的空間形態(tài)、建筑裝飾,進(jìn)而挖掘古商業(yè)建筑的當(dāng)代價(jià)值,將古商城具有的傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)文化魅力得以充分體現(xiàn)。對(duì)周村古商城商業(yè)街區(qū)空間形式的分析與研究,主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜合研究、收集歸納、調(diào)查、例證、比較研究、運(yùn)用圖例、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等方法。首先對(duì)周村地區(qū)及周村古街道的歷史沿革進(jìn)行分析,闡述了周村如何從原始社會(huì)時(shí)期慢慢步入近代輝煌發(fā)展時(shí)期,隨著周村的發(fā)展,周村古商城各街道在迅速崛起時(shí)期的引人注目的特點(diǎn)。其次,本文重點(diǎn)研究了古商業(yè)街區(qū)建筑空間類(lèi)型、建筑外立面裝飾風(fēng)格形式,通過(guò)對(duì)建筑空間類(lèi)型的分類(lèi)歸總,從而總結(jié)出三種主要的空間類(lèi)型：普通民居、店鋪民居、作坊民居,以及三種空間類(lèi)型的空間布局形態(tài)、建筑裝飾特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。對(duì)古商業(yè)建筑外立面裝飾風(fēng)格歸類(lèi)總結(jié)出三類(lèi)：中式風(fēng)格建筑、中西結(jié)合式樣建筑、牌坊,隨后進(jìn)一步對(duì)各種風(fēng)格的建筑的屋頂、門(mén)、窗、以及門(mén)前的門(mén)枕石等主要裝飾部件的裝飾藝術(shù)形式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)深入的探討,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié)。最后,以上述研究成果為理論依據(jù),通過(guò)對(duì)周村古商城的現(xiàn)狀,包括傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)建筑內(nèi)空間以及建筑外空問(wèn)即商業(yè)街區(qū)進(jìn)行分析,引發(fā)出時(shí)代轉(zhuǎn)變下,中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)建筑的未來(lái)保護(hù)與發(fā)展的良策,總結(jié)出傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)空間內(nèi)部如何轉(zhuǎn)變適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代商業(yè)模式,以及商業(yè)街區(qū)如何保護(hù)與再發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)周村當(dāng)?shù)貍鹘y(tǒng)商業(yè)文化之根的挖掘和對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)街空間形態(tài)未來(lái)的發(fā)展與傳承方向進(jìn)行深入探尋,其目的就是能在保持古城風(fēng)貌的前提下,將現(xiàn)代商業(yè)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)因素融入其中,在吸取良好的先進(jìn)思想的同時(shí),將中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化一并傳承下去。
[Abstract]:Zhoucun Ancient Mall is located in Zhoucun District, which is located in the west of Zibo City, Shandong Province. It is a modern city with a long history and full of vitality. The architectural form of the whole ancient commercial street in the ancient shopping district is integrated with the style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. As a group of historical buildings, the traditional commercial building is a symbol of the prosperity and development of the regional traditional commercial culture, which contains rich connotation of the traditional culture. Has high historical culture, art and scientific research value. By tracing the historical track of Zhoucun Ancient Mall, this paper probes into the space form and architectural decoration of Zhoucun Ancient Commercial Architecture, and then excavates the contemporary value of the Ancient Commercial Architecture, which fully embodies the charm of the traditional commercial culture of the Ancient Commercial City. This paper analyzes and studies the spatial form of the commercial block of Zhoucun Ancient Mall, mainly using the methods of literature synthesis, collection, induction, investigation, illustration, comparative study, legend, theory and practice, etc. First of all, it analyzes the historical evolution of Zhoucun area and the ancient streets of Zhoucun, and expounds how Zhoucun slowly stepped into the glorious modern development period from the primitive society, with the development of Zhoucun. Zhoucun ancient mall streets in the rapid rise of the dramatic characteristics of the period. Secondly, this paper focuses on the architectural space types of ancient commercial blocks, architectural facade decoration style form, through the classification of architectural space types into the total, thus summed up three main types of space: ordinary residential, shop residential, Workshop houses, as well as three space types of space layout, architectural decoration characteristics were summarized. The exterior facade decoration styles of ancient commercial buildings are classified into three categories: Chinese-style architecture, Chinese-style architecture, and archway, followed by a further study of the roofs, doors and windows of buildings of various styles. The decorative art forms of the main decorative parts, such as door pillow and stone in front of the door, are discussed in detail and summarized. Finally, on the theoretical basis of the above research results, through the analysis of the current situation of Zhoucun Ancient Mall, including the internal space of traditional commercial buildings and the outer space of the building, that is, the commercial district, it causes the change of the times. The future protection and development of Chinese traditional commercial buildings are discussed, and how to adapt to the modern commercial model within the traditional commercial space, and how to protect and redevelop the commercial blocks are summarized. Through digging the roots of Zhoucun's local traditional commercial culture and exploring the future development and inheritance direction of Chinese traditional commercial street's space form, its purpose is to maintain the ancient city's style and appearance. The modern commercial environment design factor will absorb the good advanced thought, at the same time inherits the Chinese traditional culture together.
