云南建水紫陶工藝及其開發(fā)利用研究

【摘要】:云南建水紫陶作為四大名陶之一,早在宋代就有青花出現(xiàn),元代出現(xiàn)了青瓷盛行一時(shí),明代中原各地瓷器窯口的風(fēng)采掩蓋了遠(yuǎn)在西南邊緣的建水青瓷,于是發(fā)展到了明代轉(zhuǎn)向粗陶生產(chǎn)滿足中下層需求者,直到清代在前人的工藝基礎(chǔ)上,把這一建水紫陶工藝文明發(fā)展到極致。建水紫陶以獨(dú)特的面貌呈現(xiàn)于世人眼前,同時(shí)也引來了國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多陶藝大師和學(xué)者的關(guān)注和研究。本文將主要以藝術(shù)學(xué)理論的視角,來探視建水紫陶藝術(shù)所獨(dú)具的工藝特色及市場(chǎng)發(fā)展空間。首先,筆者從對(duì)建水紫陶的人文環(huán)境、生產(chǎn)民俗,及其制陶歷史入手做了縱向的梳理。接著,著眼于當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為考察點(diǎn),從生產(chǎn)模式和營(yíng)銷方式去考究,力求發(fā)現(xiàn)其市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的問題所在。進(jìn)而,筆者在分析建水紫陶傳統(tǒng)工藝的優(yōu)勢(shì)和局限性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)解決建水紫陶現(xiàn)存的產(chǎn)品滯銷危機(jī)和工藝傳承問題進(jìn)行了探究。最后,筆者從建水紫陶的藝術(shù)價(jià)值、本土語言,延伸到其市場(chǎng)前景的開發(fā)利用,結(jié)合云南當(dāng)?shù)氐臍v史、地理、本土服飾文化和青銅文化紋飾元素等本土化創(chuàng)作元素進(jìn)行探索性設(shè)計(jì)研究,進(jìn)而對(duì)建水紫陶工藝品運(yùn)用于陶瓷壁畫創(chuàng)作的可行性進(jìn)行了論證;并就其應(yīng)用于室內(nèi)外家居陳設(shè)、公共環(huán)境陶瓷壁畫空間的開發(fā)利用進(jìn)行了嘗試性探討。同時(shí),筆者提出了幾點(diǎn)開發(fā)策略,以求來拓寬建水紫陶的市場(chǎng)前景,推動(dòng)紫陶文化的傳承。
[Abstract]:As one of the four most famous pottery in Jianshui, Yunnan Province, blue and white flowers appeared as early as the Song Dynasty, and celadon prevailed in the Yuan Dynasty. The style of porcelain kilns around the central plains of the Ming Dynasty masked Jianshui celadon in the southwestern margin. So the development of the Ming Dynasty turned to coarse pottery production to meet the demand of the lower and middle, until the Qing Dynasty on the basis of the previous technology, the construction of water purple pottery technology civilization to the extreme. Jianshui Purple Pottery presents itself to the world with its unique features, and attracts the attention and research of many ceramic masters and scholars at home and abroad. This paper mainly from the perspective of art theory to see Jianshui purple pottery art unique characteristics and market development space. First of all, the author made a vertical combing of the cultural environment, production folklore, and pottery history of Jianshui Purple Pottery. Then, focusing on the current situation of market development, the author tries to find out the problems of market development from production mode and marketing mode. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and limitations of the traditional techniques of Jianshui Purple Pottery, the author probes into the problems of solving the problem of unsalable products and inheritance of the existing products of Jianshui Purple Pottery. Finally, the author extends from the artistic value and native language of Jianshui Purple Pottery to the development and utilization of its market prospects, combining with the local history and geography of Yunnan. In this paper, the author makes an exploratory design study on the native elements such as the native dress culture and bronze culture decoration elements, and then demonstrates the feasibility of the application of Jianshui Purple Pottery Handicrafts in the creation of ceramic murals, and the feasibility of applying them to indoor and outdoor home furnishings, as well as the feasibility of applying them to the creation of ceramic murals. The exploitation and utilization of public environment ceramic mural space are discussed in this paper. At the same time, the author puts forward several development strategies in order to broaden the market prospect of Jianshui purple pottery and promote the inheritance of purple pottery culture.
