【摘要】：為了培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會需求的復(fù)合型人才,切實(shí)做好團(tuán)中央、教育部、全國學(xué)聯(lián)共同推出的“大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展計(jì)劃”實(shí)施工作,把學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為具有堅(jiān)定的政治思想、良好的文化修養(yǎng)、扎實(shí)的業(yè)務(wù)能力的高素質(zhì)人才,培養(yǎng)成為具有創(chuàng)新精神、實(shí)踐能力、科學(xué)精神和人文素養(yǎng),全面發(fā)展的建設(shè)有中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化的建設(shè)者和接班人,特設(shè)計(jì)大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展系統(tǒng)以輔助實(shí)施此方案。大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展管理系統(tǒng)是規(guī)范、管理學(xué)生舉辦的素質(zhì)活動的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)在辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上演變而來,基于校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展教育智能化信息系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的最初目的是方便學(xué)生進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目申請和減少一些管理中的紕漏和省去不必要的步驟,使得對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)管理方面更科學(xué)、更方便大學(xué)生在申請舉行項(xiàng)目活動時更方便,更快捷。因此必須具備一些必要的功能。系統(tǒng)按照不同的用戶設(shè)置了不同的用戶功能實(shí)現(xiàn)界面,對于大學(xué)生網(wǎng)上申請活動項(xiàng)目設(shè)置了三級審批程序,系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上發(fā)布活動信息和系統(tǒng)管理功能。本系統(tǒng)針對大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展活動的內(nèi)容開展系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),分別從大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面、社會實(shí)踐志愿活動方面、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動方面、文化藝術(shù)素養(yǎng)活動方面、社團(tuán)活動方面、技術(shù)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)方面全面提升大學(xué)生素質(zhì)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化已經(jīng)進(jìn)入校園的每一個角落,也融入了每一個學(xué)生的生活之中,學(xué)校內(nèi)部局域網(wǎng)的建設(shè),在學(xué)生和學(xué)校之間建立了網(wǎng)絡(luò)溝通渠道,學(xué)生通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)參與到學(xué)校組織的各種活動中去,而且掌握學(xué)習(xí)的各種信息,學(xué)校也可以在網(wǎng)上與學(xué)生進(jìn)行信息交流,能及時處理一些原先很繁瑣的事務(wù),具有使用簡單、信息反饋快捷、管理方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是通過使用java+SQL sever2008來實(shí)現(xiàn)的一個符合學(xué)校情況的大學(xué)生素質(zhì)拓展管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)功能主要圍繞不同的用戶功能登錄功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、素質(zhì)拓展活動項(xiàng)目三級審批功能實(shí)現(xiàn)、系統(tǒng)管理員功能實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊；所有的模塊根據(jù)用戶身份的不同分配有不同的管理權(quán)限。最后通過編程實(shí)現(xiàn)了完整的系統(tǒng)。

The quality development management system of college students is a system of standardizing and managing the quality activities held by students. This system evolves from the office automation system, and based on the campus network environment, the intelligent information system of college students' quality development education. The initial purpose of this system is to facilitate the students to apply for the project and reduce some mistakes and unnecessary steps in the management, so as to make the quality management of college students more scientific and more convenient for college students to apply for holding project activities. According to different users, the system sets up different user function realization interface, sets up three-level examination and approval procedure for college students' online application activities, and realizes the function of publishing activity information and system management on the Internet. This system carries out systematic design for the content of college students' quality development activities, respectively from the aspects of cultivating college students' ideological and political quality, social practice voluntary activities, college students' innovation and pioneering activities, cultural and artistic literacy activities. Community activities, technical professional training to improve the overall quality of college students. Networking has entered every corner of the campus, and has also been integrated into the life of every student. The construction of the local area network within the school has established a network communication channel between the students and the school. Students participate in all kinds of activities organized by the school through the network, and they can master all kinds of learning information. The school can also exchange information with the students on the Internet. It can deal with some previously tedious affairs in a timely manner, and it is easy to use. The information feedback is quick, the management is convenient and so on. This system is designed by using java sever2008 to realize a college students quality development management system. The system function mainly revolves around different user function login function realization, quality expansion activity item three level approval function realization, system administrator function realization module; all modules have different management authority according to different user identity. Finally, the complete system is realized by programming.
