【摘要】：由于經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和住宅制度的改革,長(zhǎng)沙市建設(shè)步伐不斷加快,居住小區(qū)如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)。同樣,居住者對(duì)居住環(huán)境要求越來(lái)越細(xì)膩和精致化。因此,多數(shù)房地產(chǎn)商為了樓盤(pán)銷(xiāo)售在除了考慮居住小區(qū)建設(shè)的位置、價(jià)錢(qián)、朝向、面積、樓層等方面外,打造小區(qū)一些優(yōu)美的景觀環(huán)境和親切宜人的居住場(chǎng)所頗受他們重視。這對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師而言,如何為其設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)造優(yōu)美、舒適的景觀環(huán)境以滿(mǎn)足居住小區(qū)居民生活、提高居住小區(qū)居民居住環(huán)境品質(zhì)是居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)要解決的重要問(wèn)題。本文選題是基于長(zhǎng)沙市居民對(duì)良好居住環(huán)境呼吁與重視,試圖運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、綜合分析法、前期調(diào)查、實(shí)例分析,歸納和總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn),目前長(zhǎng)沙居住小區(qū)景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)存在一定的問(wèn)題。1景觀設(shè)計(jì)中“以人為本”的設(shè)計(jì)理念只存在口號(hào)中,并未真正實(shí)踐到居住小區(qū)景觀環(huán)境。2居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)盲目的洋外,不合理的結(jié)合,促使居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)缺乏區(qū)域特色。3居住小區(qū)盲目的追求檔次,追求四季常綠,認(rèn)為好看就是高檔,常綠就是生態(tài),主題不明。本文通過(guò)對(duì)北大資源·理想家園居住小區(qū)具體的景觀設(shè)計(jì)案例分析和實(shí)踐,總結(jié)出“三體合一”的建筑小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)原則和景觀主題定位,總體景觀規(guī)劃布局、景觀分區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)和景觀植物設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)以后居住小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)有一定的參考借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Because of the rapid development of economy and the reform of housing system, the construction of Changsha City has been accelerated, and residential areas have sprung up. Similarly, residents of the living environment requirements are more and more delicate and refined. Therefore, in addition to the consideration of the location, price, orientation, area, floor and other aspects of residential area construction, most real estate developers pay more attention to building some beautiful landscape environment and friendly and pleasant living place in the residential area in order to sell the real estate. For designers, how to create a beautiful and comfortable landscape environment to meet the needs of residents living in residential areas, and how to improve the quality of residential environment is an important problem to be solved in the landscape design of residential areas. This paper is based on Changsha residents' appeal and attention to a good living environment, trying to use the method of literature research, comprehensive analysis, early investigation, case analysis, induction and summary of the findings, At present, there are some problems in landscape environment design of residential district in Changsha. The concept of "people-oriented" in landscape design only exists in slogan, and it has not really been put into practice beyond the blind landscape design of residential district landscape environment .2. The unreasonable combination impels the residential district landscape design to lack the regional characteristic .3 residential district blindly pursues the grade, pursues the four seasons evergreen, thinks good-looking is the upscale, evergreen is the ecology, the theme is not clear. Based on the analysis and practice of the specific landscape design in the residential district of the ideal resource home of Peking University, this paper summarizes the principles of landscape design and the location of the landscape theme, the overall landscape planning and layout of the architectural district with "three bodies in one". Landscape zoning and landscape plant design. For the future residential district landscape design has a certain reference role.
