新型除氨氮吸附劑的制備及吸附性能的探究

【摘要】:如今隨著人類社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,景觀水體已成為人們生活的一部分,研究表明:當(dāng)?shù)妆瘸^(guò)16:1時(shí),景觀水體就會(huì)發(fā)生富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化。本課題主要針對(duì)凹凸棒石和沸石孔隙通道中充滿結(jié)晶水、且含有大量鎂硅離子的特點(diǎn),采用凹凸棒石和沸石一起復(fù)合改性,制備出一種高效、廉價(jià)的新型除氨氮吸附劑對(duì)水體中的銨根進(jìn)行吸附,從而降低水中氨氮含量,打破水中氮磷比例,使景觀水體得到治理。通過(guò)單因素實(shí)驗(yàn),確定改性的最佳條件和最佳吸附劑的制備過(guò)程,取相同質(zhì)量的凹凸棒石和氫氧化鈉、500℃的馬弗爐中焙燒2h,在這種條件下得到堿+焙燒改性凹凸棒石;在Na Cl濃度為0.8mol/L、微波化8min、微波功率為750w的條件下,可以得到微波化+鹽改性沸石。考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性,選取相同質(zhì)量的堿+焙燒改性凹凸棒石與微波化+鹽改性沸石一起焙燒2h。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定最佳吸附條件,取2g此復(fù)合改性吸附劑投入到體積為100m L濃度為100mg/L氨氮溶液中,在p H值為6,溫度為30℃,反應(yīng)2h的條件下,氨氮的去除率為90.5%,吸附容量為4.53mg/g。為了表征復(fù)合改性吸附劑的吸附機(jī)理,實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)復(fù)合改性吸附劑的吸附平衡規(guī)律和動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明:復(fù)合改性吸附劑吸附平衡時(shí)的等溫過(guò)程比較符合Freundlich吸附模式,在25°C時(shí),其吸附等溫式為066.2145.1e=CQ,擬,合相關(guān)系數(shù)R2=0.9880,復(fù)合改性吸附劑的吸附過(guò)程符合偽二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)吸附模型,其偽二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)擬合的方程為t/Qt=0.00474+0.166t,擬合的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9998。圖27幅,表20個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)65篇
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of human society, landscape water has become a part of people's life. Studies show that eutrophication occurs when the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus exceeds 16:1. Aiming at the characteristic that the pore channel of attapulgite and zeolite is filled with crystalline water and contains a lot of magnesium-silicon ions, a kind of high efficiency has been prepared by compound modification of attapulgite and zeolite. In order to reduce the ammonia nitrogen content in water and break the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus in water, a new kind of cheap adsorbent for removing ammonia nitrogen can adsorb the ammonium radical in water body, so that the landscape water body can be treated. The optimum conditions of modification and the preparation process of the adsorbent were determined by single factor experiment.
