【摘要】：長(zhǎng)沙市正處在城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展的階段,隨著城鄉(xiāng)一體化的深入推進(jìn),長(zhǎng)沙市城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部以中心城區(qū)為圓心不斷向外輻射擴(kuò)張。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)的土地利用與保護(hù)的矛盾不斷加劇,區(qū)域景觀格局變化顯著�；�1991年、2004年和2013年三期衛(wèi)星遙感影像和相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),依據(jù)景觀生態(tài)學(xué)理論,通過構(gòu)建二階段數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型對(duì)23年長(zhǎng)沙市城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的土地利用變化與景觀格局響應(yīng)特征進(jìn)行分析,辨別土地利用與景觀格局之間不同的響應(yīng)等級(jí),并采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)、景觀格局及其生態(tài)服務(wù)功能進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性的分析,以期為土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整決策提供參考依據(jù)。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)研究區(qū)范圍極大擴(kuò)張,土地利用類型轉(zhuǎn)化頻繁。1991年-2004年城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部擴(kuò)大,土地綜合利用程度大幅度提高,2004年城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大,但是土地綜合利用程度衰退。(2)土地利用景觀異質(zhì)性明顯,復(fù)雜性加劇。長(zhǎng)沙市城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部在研究期內(nèi)表現(xiàn)出小型斑塊被整合,而土地利用優(yōu)勢(shì)類型的大型斑塊則呈現(xiàn)積極向外擴(kuò)展的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。景觀多樣性提高,不同景觀類型比例差異有所減小,景觀的異質(zhì)性和復(fù)雜性程度加大,各類土地景觀趨于破碎化。(3)土地利用、景觀格局和生態(tài)響應(yīng)空間變異突出,階段性特性顯現(xiàn)。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型驗(yàn)證了土地利用與景觀及生態(tài)功能之間存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。二階段數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型定量地顯示了土地利用景觀格局響應(yīng)系數(shù)空間變化規(guī)律與土地利用生態(tài)服務(wù)響應(yīng)規(guī)律具有較大的差異性,也與土地利用總的格局響應(yīng)存在區(qū)別。(4)土地利用生態(tài)響應(yīng)注重?cái)?shù)量配置和格局優(yōu)化。數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)模型的松弛變量求解方法,為土地利用調(diào)控措施提供了量化路徑:第一、通過調(diào)整土地利用結(jié)構(gòu),利用土地利用規(guī)劃對(duì)土地的數(shù)量結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行合理的資源配置。第二、通過優(yōu)化土地利用空間結(jié)構(gòu),控制區(qū)域土地利用景觀格局。
[Abstract]:Changsha is in the stage of rapid development of urbanization. With the further development of urban-rural integration, the urban and rural junction of Changsha is constantly radiating outward with the center of urban area as the center. The contradiction between land use and protection in urban and rural areas is becoming more and more serious, and the regional landscape pattern has changed significantly. Based on three issues of satellite remote sensing imagery and related data in 1991, 2004 and 2013, and based on the theory of landscape ecology, The response characteristics of land use change and landscape pattern in urban and rural areas of Changsha for 23 years were analyzed by constructing a two-stage data envelopment model, and the different response levels between land use and landscape pattern were identified. The structure equation model was used to verify the land use structure, landscape pattern and its ecological service function in order to provide reference for the decision of land use structure adjustment. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the scope of the study area is greatly expanded, and the land use types are frequently transformed. From 1991 to 2004, the urban and rural areas have been expanded, the comprehensive use of land has been greatly increased, and the urban and rural areas have been further expanded in 2004. But the degree of comprehensive land use is declining. 2) the heterogeneity of land use landscape is obvious and the complexity is increasing. The small patches were integrated in the urban and rural areas of Changsha during the study period, while the large patches of land use dominance type showed a positive trend of outward expansion. The diversity of landscape increased, the proportion of different landscape types decreased, the heterogeneity and complexity of landscape increased, all kinds of land landscape tended to be fragmented, and the spatial variation of landscape pattern and ecological response was prominent. The stage characteristic appears. The structural equation model verifies the correlation between land use and landscape and ecological function. The two-stage data envelopment model quantitatively shows that the spatial variation law of land use landscape pattern response coefficient is different from the response law of land use ecological service. There is also a difference from the total pattern response of land use. 4) the ecological response of land use pays attention to quantity allocation and pattern optimization. The method of solving the relaxation variable of the data envelopment model provides a quantitative path for the land use control measures. Firstly, by adjusting the land use structure, the land use planning is used to allocate the rational resources of the land quantity structure. Secondly, by optimizing the spatial structure of land use, we can control the landscape pattern of regional land use.
