【摘要】:商業(yè)步行街是以步行為主要交通方式的商業(yè)區(qū)域,也是城市人群主要的活動場所及空間。商業(yè)步行街的建設(shè)為城市提供了人與人交往、商業(yè)活動的場所,更是提升城市整體形象、展現(xiàn)城市精神、社會經(jīng)濟的重要窗口。此外,受全球化影響,在商業(yè)步行街整體環(huán)境設(shè)計中,各級決策者地域文化認識不夠、開發(fā)商急功近利和設(shè)計師崇洋媚外,未能發(fā)掘“地域性”設(shè)計的深層次涵義,導致其景觀出現(xiàn)了過度商業(yè)化、街道千篇一律、地域特色缺失等問題。本文通過對商業(yè)步行街景觀設(shè)計要素及原則進行界定與剖析,以地域性設(shè)計關(guān)鍵要素為主線,選取杭州南宋御街、北京王府井商業(yè)步行街兩個實例,從空間環(huán)境、地域文化環(huán)境兩方面進行深入分析,歸納總結(jié)其景觀設(shè)計中地域性設(shè)計表達方式,提出了商業(yè)步行街景觀地域性設(shè)計原則和策略;谇懊娴脑O(shè)計原則和策略結(jié)合銅川新區(qū)現(xiàn)狀,從尊重銅川歷史文脈的角度出發(fā),努力營造出既富于歷史場所感,又能夠保護與延續(xù)城市特色文化的高品位商業(yè)步行區(qū)。通過對商業(yè)步行街地域性景觀設(shè)計研究,本文總結(jié)出地域文化融入商業(yè)步行街空間環(huán)境的表達方式,即通過對商業(yè)步行街景觀設(shè)計要素如建筑形式、材料、色彩等方面運用借鑒、簡化抽象和重組的設(shè)計手法,使其成為地域文化傳承與延續(xù)的重要傳播媒介,為基于地域文化背景下的商業(yè)步行街景觀設(shè)計提供了探索性實例和理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Commercial pedestrian street is a commercial area with walking as the main mode of transportation. It is also the main activity place and space for urban people. The construction of commercial pedestrian street provides a place for the city to communicate with people and commercial activities, but also to promote the overall image of the city, to show the city spirit, an important window of social economy. In addition, under the influence of globalization, in the overall environmental design of commercial pedestrian streets, policy makers at all levels do not have enough understanding of regional culture, developers are eager for quick success and instant profits, and designers admire foreign countries, thus failing to discover the deep meaning of "regional" design. As a result of its landscape appeared excessive commercialization, street stereotype, lack of regional characteristics and other issues. Through defining and analyzing the elements and principles of the landscape design of commercial pedestrian street, taking the key elements of regional design as the main line, this paper selects two examples of Yujie in the Southern Song Dynasty in Hangzhou and Wangfujing Commercial pedestrian Street in Beijing to analyze the space environment. This paper analyzes the two aspects of regional cultural environment, summarizes the expression of regional design in landscape design, and puts forward the principles and strategies of regional design of commercial pedestrian street landscape. Based on the above design principles and strategies combined with the present situation of Tongchuan New District and from the perspective of respecting the historical context of Tongchuan, we try to create a high-grade commercial pedestrian zone which is rich in historical place and can protect and extend the city's characteristic culture. By studying the regional landscape design of the commercial pedestrian street, this paper summarizes the expression of regional culture into the space environment of the commercial pedestrian street, that is, through the elements of the commercial pedestrian street landscape design such as architectural form, materials, Color and other aspects of the use of reference to simplify the abstract and reorganization of the design techniques, so that it becomes an important transmission of regional culture inheritance and continuation of the media, It provides an exploratory example and theoretical basis for the landscape design of commercial pedestrian street under the background of regional culture.
