【摘要】：出于對逝去老人的追憶,將論文的研究方向定為老年人的范圍,在這個前提下,對我國老齡化的問題進行探尋。我國老年人口規(guī)模已超2億人,為全球之最。根據(jù)聯(lián)合國發(fā)布的最新預(yù)測,到2050年時,中國60歲及以上老人將達36.5%,高于美國等大部分發(fā)達國家。中共中央在2016年2月時,提出健全公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,堅持共享發(fā)展理念,使人民群眾在共建共享中有更多獲得感。配套建設(shè)中小學、幼兒園、超市、菜市場,以及社區(qū)養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、文化服務(wù)等設(shè)施,大力推進無障礙設(shè)施建設(shè),打造方便快捷生活圈�；谶@個背景,老年人的生活需要得到我們的關(guān)注,本文在城市社區(qū)的范圍內(nèi),探尋老年人的常見活動類型,由活動類型探討適宜老年人的居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計。通過研究,可知在居住區(qū)中的養(yǎng)老設(shè)施是目前更適合我國的養(yǎng)老模式。本文就對在城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式下的居住區(qū)景觀適應(yīng)性進行研究。通過對老年人生理學、心理學以及與建筑聲學相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論進行學習研究,得知老年人的身體變化、心理變化,在進行景觀設(shè)計時不同于其它年齡段,但是為老年人考慮的景觀,又不會妨礙其他年齡段使用,即對老年人的普適設(shè)計,探究的方向不僅體現(xiàn)在尺度、色彩等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計,更多的是從老年人的常見活動類型出發(fā),找到老年人適用,同時也適用于其他年齡段且不妨礙其他年齡段的景觀空間。通過在城市社區(qū)和廣場中,觀察老年人的活動類型,與老年人聊天,并且填寫調(diào)查問卷結(jié)合的方式,探尋城市老年人常見的活動類型,并根據(jù)老年人的活動類型,推導出養(yǎng)老模式下的居住區(qū)景觀普適化設(shè)計措施。
[Abstract]:In order to recall the past old people, the research direction of this paper is defined as the scope of the elderly. Under this premise, the problem of aging in China is explored. China's elderly population has exceeded 200 million people, the largest in the world. By 2050, China will be 36.5 percent older than most developed countries such as the United States, according to the latest projections released by the United Nations. In February 2016, the CPC Central Committee proposed to improve public service facilities, adhere to the concept of shared development, so that the people in the co-construction and sharing of more sense of access. Supporting the construction of primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, vegetable markets, as well as community pension, health care, cultural services and other facilities, vigorously promote the construction of barrier-free facilities to create a convenient and fast life circle. Based on this background, the life of the elderly needs our attention. In the scope of urban communities, this paper explores the common types of activities of the elderly, and discusses the landscape design of residential areas suitable for the elderly. Through the research, we can know that the endowment facilities in residential areas are more suitable for our country at present. In this paper, the landscape adaptability of residential area in the mode of urban community pension is studied. Through the study of physiology, psychology and basic theories related to architectural acoustics, we know that the physical and psychological changes of the elderly are different from those of other age groups in landscape design. But the landscape that is considered for the elderly does not hinder the use of other age groups, that is, universal design for the elderly. The research direction is not only reflected in the basic design of scale and color, but also based on the common types of activities of the elderly. Find older people to apply, but also apply to other ages and do not interfere with the landscape space of other ages. By observing the types of activities of the elderly in urban communities and squares, chatting with them, and filling out questionnaires to find out the common types of activities of the elderly in cities, and according to the types of activities of the elderly, The universal design measures of residential landscape are deduced in this paper.
