【摘要】：城市空間的立體化發(fā)展使得城市地下空間得到極大開(kāi)發(fā),不同類(lèi)型和大小的地下空間均得以開(kāi)發(fā)。同時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展推動(dòng)了商業(yè)建筑的建設(shè),這為下沉式開(kāi)放空間在商業(yè)建筑中的利用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。區(qū)別于城市下沉廣場(chǎng),下沉手法在商業(yè)建筑中的應(yīng)用有著多重的效用。這類(lèi)空間對(duì)地下空間的效用,與商業(yè)建筑的關(guān)系,其空間表現(xiàn)和構(gòu)成均是本文要探討的問(wèn)題。第一章:從城市發(fā)展,商業(yè)建筑發(fā)展,和城市下沉式廣場(chǎng)的開(kāi)發(fā)中來(lái)強(qiáng)調(diào)論題的新穎性和獨(dú)特性。商業(yè)建筑的下沉式開(kāi)放空間的設(shè)計(jì)是在對(duì)城市發(fā)展和建筑布局統(tǒng)籌的前提下,對(duì)開(kāi)放空間,立體廣場(chǎng),休憩景觀,交通疏散的綜合。因此強(qiáng)調(diào)該論題的意義。第二章:首先從商業(yè)建筑、下沉式空間、商業(yè)建筑的開(kāi)放空間來(lái)確定研究的范圍和定義。其次將商業(yè)建筑的下沉式開(kāi)放空間分為:入口引導(dǎo)型、街道連續(xù)型和內(nèi)庭集散型三類(lèi)。最后從現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和理論基礎(chǔ)來(lái)探究商業(yè)建筑的下沉式開(kāi)放空間的產(chǎn)生原因,和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三章:對(duì)商業(yè)建筑的下沉式開(kāi)放空間的空間的基本特征、功能和構(gòu)成進(jìn)行分析。因?yàn)楸旧砜臻g特性以及與周邊的環(huán)境關(guān)系,商業(yè)建筑的下沉式開(kāi)放空間成為了多種空間特征和功能的綜合集成。同時(shí)分解其空間構(gòu)成要素和技術(shù)要素,以形成對(duì)空間最基本的解讀。第四章:按照論題研究范圍搜集相關(guān)案例的資料,同時(shí)在多個(gè)城市進(jìn)行案例的實(shí)地調(diào)研。通過(guò)對(duì)案例的調(diào)研,進(jìn)行歸類(lèi)分析,并從橫向和縱向?qū)Ρ雀黝?lèi)空間的空間感受和構(gòu)成方式的特點(diǎn)。第五章和第六章:通過(guò)前面理論和實(shí)際案例分析得出設(shè)計(jì)原則和策略,屬于結(jié)論部分。提出了整體性原則、人性化原則、可持續(xù)原則和因地制宜原則,而策略從區(qū)位布局、空間創(chuàng)造、多樣性和主題性來(lái)提出,并針對(duì)即將實(shí)施的新建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范,對(duì)作為消防疏散的下沉空間的規(guī)定進(jìn)行了分析探討。
[Abstract]:With the three-dimensional development of urban space, urban underground space has been greatly developed, and different types and sizes of underground space have been developed. At the same time, the booming development of domestic economy promotes the construction of commercial buildings, which lays a foundation for the utilization of sunk open space in commercial buildings. Different from the city sinking square, the application of sinking technique in commercial buildings has many effects. The effect of this kind of space on underground space, the relationship between this kind of space and commercial buildings, its spatial representation and composition are all the problems to be discussed in this paper. The first chapter emphasizes the novelty and uniqueness of the topic from the development of urban development, commercial architecture, and the development of urban sunken plaza. The design of sunken open space of commercial buildings is based on the premise of urban development and architectural layout, the synthesis of open space, three-dimensional square, recreation landscape and traffic evacuation. Therefore, the significance of the thesis is emphasized. Chapter two: firstly, the scope and definition of the research are determined from commercial buildings, sinking spaces and open spaces of commercial buildings. Secondly, the submerged open space of commercial buildings is divided into three types: entrance guide type, street continuous type and inner atrium distribution type. Finally, from the practical and theoretical basis to explore the commercial building sinking open space causes, and the development of the current situation. The third chapter analyzes the basic characteristics, functions and composition of the open space of commercial buildings. Because of its own spatial characteristics and the relationship with the surrounding environment, the submerged open space of commercial buildings has become a comprehensive integration of various spatial features and functions. At the same time, the spatial elements and technical elements are decomposed to form the most basic interpretation of space. Chapter 4: collect relevant case data according to the scope of research, and carry out field investigation in many cities at the same time. Through the investigation and investigation of the cases, this paper classifies and analyzes, and compares the spatial feeling and the characteristics of the composing way of all kinds of space horizontally and vertically. The fifth and sixth chapters: through the previous theoretical and practical case analysis, the design principles and strategies, belong to the conclusion part. The principles of integrity, humanization, sustainability and local conditions are put forward, and the strategy is put forward from location layout, space creation, diversity and theme, and aiming at the new building design fire prevention code that is about to be implemented, the paper puts forward the principle of "integrity", "humanization", "sustainable" and "measures according to local conditions". The regulation of sinking space for fire protection evacuation is analyzed and discussed.
