風景道規(guī)劃設計理論、案例與實踐應用

【摘要】:近年來,隨著汽車文明的繁榮,自駕游已從時尚變?yōu)榱艘环N普遍的出游方式,公路廊道逐漸成為人們另一種旅游方式的載體,而公眾也開始對作為重要的公共產(chǎn)品的道路提出了更高更多的要求。好的道路規(guī)劃設計應該能夠靈活性地協(xié)調道路與生態(tài)環(huán)境、景觀規(guī)劃、文化保護、旅游游憩等之間的關系,實現(xiàn)道路的單一交通功能與景觀、環(huán)境、游憩和保護等多功能有機的結合。 風景道是一種路旁或視域范圍內,同時擁有審美、自然、游憩、文化、歷史和考古等內在品質的景觀道路。它實現(xiàn)了道路從單一的交通功能向交通、生態(tài)、游憩和保護等復合功能的轉變。近年來,我國道路建設快速發(fā)展,越來越多的地方開始探索性的建設旅游公路、景觀公路、綠道或遺產(chǎn)廊道。這樣的時代潮流呼喚著我國道路建設與生態(tài)環(huán)境、文化遺產(chǎn)、景觀功能、旅游游憩等方面有機地結合,而對國外相對成熟的風景道規(guī)劃理論進行研究與分析,將對我國道路、旅游、生態(tài)、文化等多項事業(yè)的有機結合具有十分重要的理論意義和實踐價值。 本文研究內容主要分為四個部分:首先,對研究背景、內容和方法進行闡述,構建整篇文章的框架結構。然后,對國內外風景道規(guī)劃設計已有的相關研究進行綜述與回顧,從而為自己的研究內容提供相應的文獻基礎。在此基礎上,本文創(chuàng)新性的提出風景道規(guī)劃設計的理論基礎,包括了公路靈活性設計一系列新理論,分別包括了安全性、景觀性、體驗性、參與性等新理念。風景道規(guī)劃理論還融合了多學科理論。 其次,基于風景道規(guī)劃設計理論,以及特殊的空間結構,在保持原有的風景道規(guī)劃基本范式的框架結構基礎上,對范式中的主體設計板塊進行了調整與修改,主體板塊分別從道路選線、道路構筑物、路側服務設施、路側景觀環(huán)境等四個方面提出具體設計要求,運用靈活性設計理念,在保證所有設計要素滿足安全、通達等交通功能的前提下,考慮融入審美藝術、文化內涵、旅游游憩、環(huán)境保護等復合型功能。 再次,通過解讀美國第一條精心規(guī)劃的景觀公路——美國哥倫比亞河歷史公路,學習和借鑒該公路先進的設計思想。然后,以貴州江梵公路為中國實踐的案例,將風景道設計理念與范式具體運用到中國道路的規(guī)劃建設中,以期證明其可行性與操作性。 最后,對全文理論部分與案例部分進行總結,并得出相應的結論與啟示,同時指出在本文的研究過程中存在的不足以及未來的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the prosperity of automobile civilization, self-driving travel has changed from fashion to a general way of travel, and highway corridors have gradually become another form of travel carrier.And the public also began to put forward higher and more demands on the road as an important public goods.Good road planning and design should be able to flexibly coordinate the relationship between road and ecological environment, landscape planning, cultural protection, tourism and recreation, and realize the single traffic function of road and landscape, environment, etc.An organic combination of recreation and protection.Landscape Road is a kind of landscape road with the inherent qualities of aesthetics, nature, recreation, culture, history and archaeology.It transforms the road from a single traffic function to a complex function of traffic, ecology, recreation and protection.In recent years, with the rapid development of road construction in China, more and more places begin to explore the construction of tourist roads, landscape roads, green roads or heritage corridors.The trend of the times calls for the organic combination of road construction and ecological environment, cultural heritage, landscape function, tourism and recreation, etc.The organic combination of tourism, ecology, culture and so on has very important theoretical significance and practical value.The content of this paper is divided into four parts: firstly, the background, content and methods of the research are expounded, and the frame structure of the whole article is constructed.Then, the related research on landscape road planning and design at home and abroad is summarized and reviewed, so as to provide the corresponding literature basis for their own research content.On this basis, this paper innovatively puts forward the theoretical basis of landscape planning and design, including a series of new theories of highway flexibility design, including security, landscape, experience, participation and other new concepts.The theory of landscape planning is also integrated with multi-disciplinary theory.Secondly, based on the theory of landscape planning and design, and the special spatial structure, the main design plate in the paradigm is adjusted and modified on the basis of maintaining the frame structure of the original basic paradigm of landscape road planning.The main plate puts forward the specific design requirements from four aspects of road route selection, road structure, road side service facilities and roadside landscape environment, respectively. The flexible design concept is used to ensure the safety of all design elements.On the premise of accessibility and other traffic functions, the combined functions of aesthetic art, cultural connotation, tourism recreation, environmental protection and so on are considered.Thirdly, through the interpretation of the first carefully planned landscape highway in the United States, the historic highway of Columbia River in the United States, the advanced design ideas of the highway are studied and used for reference.Then, taking the Jiangfan highway in Guizhou as a case of China's practice, the design concept and paradigm of scenic road are applied to the planning and construction of Chinese roads in order to prove its feasibility and maneuverability.Finally, the theoretical part and the case part are summarized, and the corresponding conclusions and revelations are drawn. At the same time, the shortcomings in the research process and the future prospects are pointed out.
