【摘要】：水是人類賴以生存的自然資源,但隨著工業(yè)和社會發(fā)展,水污染問題越來越突出。河湖水體富營養(yǎng)化成為水污染的主要類型之一,藻類水華是水體富營養(yǎng)化的典型表現(xiàn),給自然景觀和人類健康造成了惡劣影響。但是目前對河湖藻類水華的治理主要依賴管理者的工作經(jīng)驗,對于治理方案的選擇缺乏理論與技術(shù)支持。如何利用信息化技術(shù)對河湖藻類水華治理方案進行科學(xué)決策,是水污染研究領(lǐng)域的重要課題之一。本文在分析水華治理方案的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了影響藻類水華治理決策的主要目標及影響因素,提出了河湖藻類水華治理決策機制及決策方法。首先,對應(yīng)急決策機制進行研究,根據(jù)水質(zhì)監(jiān)測信息和藻類水華暴發(fā)的機理特點,確定了藻類水華應(yīng)急治理決策過程;然后,根據(jù)藻類水華治理決策的目標和方案屬性特征,構(gòu)建了藻類水華治理決策層次模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別研究了基于Vague集的藻類水華治理多目標決策方法和基于實時水質(zhì)數(shù)據(jù)的藻類水華治理多屬性決策方法,給出在多目標約束下和多屬性影響下的決策值,并依據(jù)決策值融合算法,得到最終藻類水華治理決策結(jié)果;最后,搭建了河湖藻類水華應(yīng)急治理智能決策平臺,開發(fā)面向決策管理者的PC客戶端、面向水環(huán)境領(lǐng)域?qū)＜业腁ndroid手機客戶端和后臺服務(wù)器端。論文研究是對河湖藻類水華應(yīng)急治理決策理論的有效探索,可為政府相關(guān)部門進行河湖水環(huán)境污染防治提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Water is the natural resource on which human beings depend, but with the development of industry and society, water pollution becomes more and more serious.Eutrophication of rivers and lakes has become one of the main types of water pollution. Algae Shui Hua is a typical manifestation of eutrophication of water bodies, which has caused adverse effects on natural landscape and human health.However, at present, the management of algae Shui Hua mainly depends on the work experience of the managers, and lacks of theoretical and technical support for the selection of the management scheme.It is one of the important subjects in water pollution research field how to use information technology to make scientific decision on the scheme of algal control of rivers and lakes.Based on the analysis of Shui Hua's treatment scheme, this paper determines the main objectives and influencing factors that affect the decision making of algae Shui Hua's treatment, and puts forward the decision-making mechanism and decision-making method of algal Shui Hua's treatment of rivers, lakes and lakes.First of all, the emergency decision-making mechanism is studied. According to the monitoring information of water quality and the mechanism characteristics of algae Shui Hua outbreak, the decision-making process of algae Shui Hua emergency management is determined.The decision level decision level model of algae treatment by Shui Hua is constructed, and on the basis of this model, the multi-objective decision making method of algae Shui Hua treatment based on Vague set and the multi-attribute decision making method based on real-time water quality data are studied respectively.According to the decision value fusion algorithm, the final decision result of algae Shui Hua is obtained. Finally, an intelligent decision-making platform for algae Shui Hua emergency control is built.PC client for decision manager, Android mobile phone client and background server for water environment expert are developed.The research in this paper is an effective exploration of the decision-making theory of the emergency control of algae Shui Hua in rivers and lakes, and can provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of river and lake water environmental pollution by relevant government departments.
