【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代生活中,住宅小區(qū)作為居住場(chǎng)所,在我國(guó)城市生活中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,其區(qū)域內(nèi)的設(shè)施居民的心理、生理以及精神更能造成直接的影響。然而,正對(duì)老年人、幼兒、殘疾人士這類特殊的人士,在目前我國(guó)住宅小區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于這類特殊人士還存在著一些不方便的設(shè)計(jì)。因此,在廣泛收集大量資料之后,并在實(shí)踐和思考的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)住宅小區(qū)景觀的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展入手,較為詳盡地介紹了住宅小區(qū)景觀的歷史、分類、特點(diǎn)等等,剖析無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)在住宅小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)工作中的重要性,依據(jù)現(xiàn)代心理學(xué),提出在心理方面主要滿足于安全感、領(lǐng)域感、歸屬感和認(rèn)同感的無(wú)障礙住宅小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)；依據(jù)環(huán)境行為學(xué)的理論,通過(guò)分析不同人群的行為特征,提出了無(wú)障礙住宅小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)具有可達(dá)性、參與性、主題性及生態(tài)性。無(wú)障礙住宅小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)是城市小區(qū)發(fā)展的更高階段,是人們對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)師提出的更具有人性化的要求。
[Abstract]:In modern life, residential district, as a living place, plays an important role in the urban life of our country. The psychological, physiological and spiritual effects of the residents in the residential area are more direct.However, there are some inconvenient designs for these special people in the landscape design of residential district in our country at present.Therefore, after collecting a large amount of data extensively, and on the basis of practice and thinking, this paper introduces the history, classification, characteristics and so on of the residential district landscape in detail, starting with the emergence and development of the residential district landscape.Based on the analysis of the importance of barrier-free design in the landscape design of residential district, according to modern psychology, the author puts forward that the landscape design of barrier-free residential district is mainly satisfied with the sense of security, the sense of domain, the sense of belonging and the sense of identity.According to the theory of environmental behavior and by analyzing the behavior characteristics of different people, it is proposed that the landscape design of barrier-free residential district should be accessible, participatory, thematic and ecological.The landscape design of barrier-free residential district is a higher stage of the development of urban residential area and a more humanized request to designers.
