【摘要】：網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動是一項古老且文化底蘊(yùn)深厚的體育運(yùn)動,隨著國力的增強(qiáng)和人民生活水平的提高網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動在我國逐漸發(fā)展起來,尤其是我國網(wǎng)球選手李娜、彭帥、鄭潔等優(yōu)秀網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員在大滿貫和職業(yè)巡回賽上屢創(chuàng)佳績,上海“大師杯”、中國網(wǎng)球公開賽等網(wǎng)球重大賽事的成功舉辦,網(wǎng)球在我國的普及程度日益提高。隨著“全國億萬學(xué)生陽光體育運(yùn)動”、“體育、藝術(shù)2+1項目”、北京市“課后一小時”等活動的廣泛開展,短式網(wǎng)球在小學(xué)課后一小時中逐漸普及開來。但是在小學(xué)體育教學(xué)中,網(wǎng)球課程與其他課程相比,網(wǎng)球課程開展時間較短、地區(qū)較少,教學(xué)方法手段單一,并且受場地器材、資金、教師等教學(xué)資源的限制,網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動不能在學(xué)校有效的開展。那么如何在學(xué)習(xí)課時少,場地有限,短時間內(nèi)很難掌握基本動作的情況下,通過有效途徑或手段能使學(xué)生盡快地掌握正確、規(guī)范要求的基本動作,就成為網(wǎng)球教師在教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練過程中亟待解決的重要問題。本文以網(wǎng)球輔助練習(xí)在小學(xué)生網(wǎng)球(短式網(wǎng)球)底線正手擊球技術(shù)教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實驗研究法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法,在網(wǎng)球底線正手擊球技術(shù)教學(xué)中,運(yùn)用輔助練習(xí)方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),對學(xué)生掌握技術(shù)動作的效果進(jìn)行教學(xué)實驗研究,并對學(xué)生網(wǎng)球?qū)W習(xí)興趣和對網(wǎng)球的認(rèn)知情況進(jìn)行實驗前和試驗后的調(diào)查問卷統(tǒng)計分析,彌補(bǔ)網(wǎng)球教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的不足,為廣大小學(xué)網(wǎng)球教師提供直觀可行的應(yīng)用模式和成功經(jīng)驗,促進(jìn)網(wǎng)球教學(xué)方法的創(chuàng)新。通過實驗、調(diào)查研究表明,網(wǎng)球輔助練習(xí)運(yùn)用于小學(xué)網(wǎng)球底線正手擊球技術(shù)中具有重要的意義,主要表現(xiàn)在以下方面:(1)在小學(xué)網(wǎng)球底線正手擊球技術(shù)教學(xué)運(yùn)用輔助練習(xí)教學(xué)方法比運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法更有利于學(xué)生網(wǎng)球技能的提高;(2)教學(xué)中合理設(shè)計和應(yīng)用輔助練習(xí)更能激發(fā)學(xué)生對網(wǎng)球的興趣;(3)輔助練習(xí)教學(xué)方法與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法相比,輔助練習(xí)教學(xué)方法更容易使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和掌握網(wǎng)球底線正手擊球技術(shù)動作要領(lǐng)。(4)運(yùn)用“輔助練習(xí)”比運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法更能降低學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)球的難度。(5)運(yùn)用輔助練習(xí)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)球教學(xué)有利于營造良好的教學(xué)環(huán)境,增加教師人格魅力,提升課堂教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Tennis is an ancient sport with profound cultural background. With the increase of national strength and the improvement of people's living standard, tennis is developing gradually in our country, especially Chinese tennis players Li Na, Peng Shuai, Zheng Jie and other outstanding tennis players have repeatedly made good achievements in Grand Slam and professional tournaments. The Shanghai Masters Cup, the China Open Tennis Championship and other major tennis events have been successfully held. Tennis is becoming more and more popular in China. With the development of "National Sunshine Sports for hundreds of millions of students", "21 items of Sports and Art" and "one hour after Class" in Beijing, Short tennis is becoming more popular in primary school one hour after class. But in primary school physical education, tennis curriculum has less time, less area, single teaching method and space equipment, compared with other courses. Limited by funds, teachers and other teaching resources, tennis can not be effectively carried out in schools. So, how to learn less class hours, limited space, and it is difficult to master basic movements in a short period of time, Through effective ways or means to enable students to master the correct and standardized basic actions as soon as possible, It is an important problem for tennis teachers to solve in the process of teaching and training. In the teaching of tennis bottom line forehand batting technique, the methods of experimental research and questionnaire survey are used to teach the students' mastering effect of technical action, and the teaching experiment research is carried out on the effect of students' mastering technical action. It also makes statistical analysis of students' interest in tennis learning and cognition of tennis before and after the experiment, in order to make up for the deficiency of tennis teaching field, and to provide direct and feasible application mode and successful experience for the majority of primary school tennis teachers. Promote the innovation of tennis teaching method. Through the experiment, the investigation and research show that the tennis auxiliary practice in the primary school tennis bottom line forehand batting technique has the important significance, The main performance in the following aspects: 1) in primary tennis bottom line forehand batting teaching assistant practice teaching method than the use of traditional teaching methods are more conducive to the improvement of students' tennis skills in the teaching of reasonable design and application of aids. Practice can stimulate students' interest in tennis more than traditional teaching methods. It is easier for students to learn and master the technique of forehand tennis. 4) to use "auxiliary exercises" to reduce the difficulty of learning tennis more easily than to use traditional teaching methods. Learning to teach tennis is conducive to creating a good teaching environment. Increase the teacher's personality charm, improve the classroom teaching effect.
