【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市也受到不同程度的改變。但由于缺乏現(xiàn)代城市的規(guī)劃建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并受歷史文化、經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)芰Φ南拗?在城市規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)上還處于學(xué)習(xí)模仿的階段,由此帶來(lái)了城市面貌建設(shè)同質(zhì)化的問(wèn)題。如何遵循科學(xué)客觀發(fā)展規(guī)律走城市發(fā)展道路,保護(hù)和傳承地域文化特色,建設(shè)城市風(fēng)貌特色的問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯�；谏鲜霈F(xiàn)實(shí)背景所反映出的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,作者結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)歷,通過(guò)十堰市編制風(fēng)貌特色專(zhuān)項(xiàng)規(guī)劃的契機(jī),在城市規(guī)劃、城市空間及建筑形態(tài)等理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)低丘緩坡型山地城市的風(fēng)貌特色營(yíng)造進(jìn)行了初步的分析和探討。論文的理論部分,從城市風(fēng)貌特色缺失的現(xiàn)象和原因入手,闡述了城市風(fēng)貌特色的必要性,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)、外城市風(fēng)貌特色建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)例,提煉了城市風(fēng)貌特色的構(gòu)建的基本方法和實(shí)施要點(diǎn)。論文的實(shí)踐研究部分,就十堰市風(fēng)貌特色營(yíng)造而展開(kāi),通過(guò)解讀十堰市歷史人文、城市形態(tài)發(fā)展軌跡、城區(qū)風(fēng)貌現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)十堰市所具備的城市風(fēng)貌特色,挖掘十堰市城市風(fēng)貌的提升空間,借鑒拓展城市總體規(guī)劃確定的城市定位,提出城市格局清晰、山水特色凸出、文化建筑相融、街區(qū)風(fēng)格顯著的城市風(fēng)貌發(fā)展意象。通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,首先從宏觀層面上把握全城的整體風(fēng)貌框架,夯實(shí)山水風(fēng)貌優(yōu)勢(shì)基礎(chǔ),指引城市風(fēng)貌特色方向;中觀層面上,從空間布局到山水人文,進(jìn)一步闡明從不同層面營(yíng)造城市風(fēng)貌特色的切入點(diǎn);微觀層面主要通過(guò)提升自然景觀、改良建筑風(fēng)貌、細(xì)化公共設(shè)施管理等手段探討風(fēng)貌特色營(yíng)造的可行性措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in our country, cities have been changed in different degrees. However, due to the lack of experience in planning and construction of modern cities, and because of the limitation of historical culture and experience ability, Urban planning and design is still in the stage of learning and imitating, which brings about the homogeneity of urban appearance construction. How to follow the law of scientific and objective development to take the road of urban development, to protect and inherit the regional cultural characteristics, Based on the actual problems reflected in the above realistic background, the author combines his own work experience, through Shiyan City to compile the special planning opportunities, in the city planning, Under the guidance of the theory of urban space and architectural form, this paper makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on the construction of the features of low-hill and mild-sloping mountainous cities. The theoretical part of the paper starts with the phenomena and causes of the lack of urban features. This paper expounds the necessity of urban features, combs the theories and examples of the construction of urban features at home and abroad, refines the basic methods and implementation points of the construction of urban features. Based on the construction of Shiyan city's style and features, through interpreting the history and humanities of Shiyan city, the development track of urban form, the present situation of urban style and features, the paper summarizes the features of Shiyan city, and excavates the space for the promotion of Shiyan city's style and features. Referring to the city orientation determined by the overall urban planning, the paper puts forward the urban development image with clear urban pattern, prominent landscape characteristics, harmonious cultural architecture and prominent street style. Through the combination of theory and practice, the paper puts forward the following conclusions: 1. First of all, from the macro level to grasp the overall landscape of the city framework, tamping the landscape landscape advantages, guiding the direction of urban landscape characteristics; in the meso level, from the spatial layout to landscape culture, It further expounds the cut-in point of creating urban features from different levels; the microcosmic level mainly discusses the feasibility measures of building features by means of upgrading natural landscape, improving architectural features, refining the management of public facilities, and so on.
