【摘要】：中國人口老齡化問題引發(fā)的社會矛盾和經(jīng)濟壓力,促進了養(yǎng)老觀念和養(yǎng)老模式的轉變。本課題基于中國養(yǎng)老市場定位不準、供需不匹配,設計與運營脫離等問題,提出新型“普適性”養(yǎng)老院居住空間設計理念:“普遍適用性”養(yǎng)老院脫離了由于程序化而不被重視、日益陷入窘境的福利設施模式;摒棄了盲目追求膚淺的高端、大氣、上檔次,而忽視實用性的豪華酒店式模式,而專注于為老年人創(chuàng)造有尊嚴的、舒適的居住環(huán)境。首先,提出了課題的研究背景、目的和意義,通過相關概念的界定詮釋了本課題的研究范圍;通過國內(nèi)外的相關研究綜述明確了研究的方向;通過設定框架簡單介紹了研究思路和內(nèi)容。其次,分析了國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀養(yǎng)老院案例的共性和規(guī)律,結合老年人居住行為學,分析國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)老院居住空間設計理念和設計要點,獲得經(jīng)驗和啟示。第三,對滿足其理念和要點的長春怡康園養(yǎng)老院和北京長友養(yǎng)老院進行實地調(diào)研,觀察老人的使用情況,通過訪談和脈絡調(diào)查分析使用問題,提出解決方法,使設計和運營融會貫通。最后,提出以“老人”為本的設計策略,老人在直面自己人生的終點和承受身心障礙帶來的行為限制時,也渴望在精神上同青壯年時期一樣充滿希望和活力,本文對老人的人體尺度、生理需求、心理需求、行為模式及護理需求深入研究,通過技術手段,為老人提供便利的居住條件:無障礙的居住空間,適宜的物理環(huán)境、安全的設備設施、合理的功能布局、創(chuàng)意的部品設計和趣味的藝術裝飾,結合老年學、環(huán)境行為學、環(huán)境心理學、護理學等跨學科研究,進行建筑設計和室內(nèi)設計,創(chuàng)造能夠打動人心的普遍適用性養(yǎng)老院居住空間。
[Abstract]:The social contradictions and economic pressures caused by the aging population in China have promoted the transformation of the concept and mode of old-age support. This topic is based on the problems of mispositioning of China's pension market, mismatch between supply and demand, separation of design and operation, and so on. This paper puts forward a new design concept of "universal" residential space for nursing home: "universal applicability" of nursing home is divorced from the welfare facility model, which is neglected because of the procedure and is increasingly trapped in a difficult situation, and abandons the blind pursuit of superficial high end and atmosphere. At the same time, we focus on creating a dignified and comfortable living environment for the elderly. First of all, the research background, purpose and significance of the subject are put forward. Through the definition of relevant concepts to explain the scope of the study; through the domestic and foreign related research review to clarify the direction of the study; through the establishment of a framework to briefly introduce the research ideas and content. Secondly, This paper analyzes the commonness and law of the excellent nursing home cases at home and abroad, analyzes the design concept and key points of the residential space of the nursing home at home and abroad combined with the residential behavior of the elderly, and obtains the experience and enlightenment. To carry out field research on Changchun Yi Kang Garden Nursing Home and Beijing Changyou Nursing Home, which meet its concept and key points, to observe the use of the elderly, to analyze the use of the problems through interviews and choroid surveys, and to put forward solutions. Finally, a design strategy based on the "elderly" is proposed, in which the elderly face the end of their lives and bear the behavioral restrictions brought about by physical and mental disorders. Also eager to be as full of hope and vitality in spirit as in the prime of life, this paper makes an in-depth study of the human body, physiological needs, psychological needs, behavioral patterns and nursing needs of the elderly, through technical means. Provide convenient living conditions for the elderly: barrier-free living space, suitable physical environment, safe facilities, reasonable functional layout, creative design of parts and interesting art decoration, combining gerontology, environmental behavior, etc. Environmental psychology, nursing and other interdisciplinary research, architectural design and interior design, to create the general applicability of the living space of nursing homes.
