【摘要】：位于江河中的城市江心洲島隨著城市化的不斷推進(jìn)日益成為了各城市特色展現(xiàn)的重要窗口。而城市江心洲島的過快開發(fā)導(dǎo)致城市空間環(huán)境問題愈發(fā)凸顯,例如城市江心洲島的建筑尺度比例不協(xié)調(diào)、景觀特色和公共空間的缺失、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞性嚴(yán)重等。當(dāng)前關(guān)于江心洲島城市空間形態(tài)研究的理論還不完善,本文嘗試探索城市江心洲島的城市空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)思路,使其更好的參與重構(gòu)濱河岸線的空間形態(tài),依托城市江河對城市江心洲島空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行理性的塑造和城市特色的建立。本文以江心洲島的平面和空間形態(tài)為主要研究對象,探討城市江心洲島空間形態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)思路。首先,闡明城市江心洲島的相關(guān)概念以及其自身形態(tài)特征,就城市江心洲島的開發(fā)背景、開發(fā)類型以及開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題分別進(jìn)行研究和歸納。然后,分析空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的要素,進(jìn)而得出各要素對空間形態(tài)感知的影響方式。最后,從建筑組群空間形態(tài)、天際線形態(tài)和道路交通設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面對不同平面形態(tài)的城市江心洲島進(jìn)行研究歸納,從而得出與江心洲島平面形態(tài)相適應(yīng)的空間形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)方法與策略。
[Abstract]:Jiangxinzhou Island, which is located in the river, has become an important window for the display of urban characteristics with the development of urbanization. The rapid development of Jiangxinzhou Island in the city has made the urban spatial environment problems more prominent. For example, the proportion of urban Jiangxinzhou Island's architectural scale is not coordinated, the landscape features and public space are missing, the ecological environment is seriously destructive, etc. At present, the theory on the study of the urban spatial form of Jiangxinzhou Island is not perfect. This paper attempts to explore the urban spatial form design ideas of Jiangxinzhou Island, so that it can better participate in the reconstruction of the riverfront spatial form. Based on the urban rivers, the spatial form of the urban Jiangxinzhou Island is rationally molded and the urban characteristics are established. This paper takes the plane and spatial form of Jiangxinzhou Island as the main research object, and probes into the design ideas of the urban Jiangxinzhou Island's spatial form. First of all, the paper discusses the design of the urban Jiangxinzhou Island's spatial form. This paper expounds the related concepts of urban Jiangxinzhou Island and its own morphological characteristics, studies and summarizes the development background, development types and problems existing in the development and design of the urban Jiangxinzhou Island, and then analyzes the elements of spatial morphological design. Finally, from three aspects of the architectural group space form, skyline form and road traffic design, the different plane forms of the city Jiangxinzhou Island were studied and summarized. The design method and strategy of spatial form suitable for the plane form of Jiangxinzhou Island are obtained.
