【摘要】：中醫(yī)作為我國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué),至今有上千年的歷史,在保護(hù)人們身體健康方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。而中醫(yī)院是承載中醫(yī)文化的重要場所,其發(fā)展直接影響我國的中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)。2016年12月6日,國務(wù)院發(fā)表《中國的中醫(yī)藥》白皮書中明確指出,中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)進(jìn)入新的歷史發(fā)展時期【1】。地域文化是中國傳統(tǒng)文化重要組成部分,它也是地域性、民族性特色的體現(xiàn),顯現(xiàn)出了豐富的文化內(nèi)涵。如何將傳統(tǒng)文化巧妙運(yùn)用到中醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)中,轉(zhuǎn)化成真正具有中國特色、具備中國文化內(nèi)涵的中醫(yī)院是設(shè)計(jì)者面臨的問題。中醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)從設(shè)計(jì)藝術(shù)學(xué)的專業(yè)角度看,需要挖掘出更深層次的中國傳統(tǒng)文化元素,并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用的再思考和再設(shè)計(jì),從而賦予中醫(yī)院更深層次的文化含義。傳統(tǒng)文化與中醫(yī)院空間設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)合對中醫(yī)文化和現(xiàn)代空間設(shè)計(jì)具有雙重意義。本篇論文圍繞隴東文化在中醫(yī)院景觀設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究,以甘肅省慶城岐伯中醫(yī)院景觀改造設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為研究案例,提出傳統(tǒng)文化資源應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代空間設(shè)計(jì)的方法及原則。以此來討論為隴東地域文化是否可以作為當(dāng)?shù)刂嗅t(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)中的文化題材和元素。通過論證證實(shí)隴東文化與中醫(yī)院的空間設(shè)計(jì)相輔相成,可以統(tǒng)一于設(shè)計(jì)中,并進(jìn)一步指出在中醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)需要借助傳統(tǒng)文化資源的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者詳細(xì)分析了慶城岐伯中醫(yī)院景觀改造設(shè)計(jì)方案,從設(shè)計(jì)思路到隴東剪紙藝術(shù)、鑼鼓、八卦圖和傳統(tǒng)哲學(xué)思想在空間中的具體應(yīng)用,從整體布局、交通組織、建筑形態(tài)和景觀小品等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,力求通過此項(xiàng)目來說明傳統(tǒng)文化是如何被應(yīng)用于空間中,以此探究新式中醫(yī)院空間模式的發(fā)展趨勢,設(shè)計(jì)出具有傳統(tǒng)特色的醫(yī)療環(huán)境,使融入傳統(tǒng)文化元素的中醫(yī)院更加符合中醫(yī)藥文化事業(yè)發(fā)展的需要,并提高人們對傳統(tǒng)文化的認(rèn)知度。希望通過對傳統(tǒng)文化在中醫(yī)院景觀設(shè)計(jì)策略提供的研究分析中,探討其在未來更多的可能性。本篇論文主要分為五個章節(jié),其中第三章和第四章為本文的重點(diǎn):第一章緒論。明確選題研究的內(nèi)容,闡述了研究課題的背景、內(nèi)容、方法和意義。第二章主要分析傳統(tǒng)文化資源與現(xiàn)代景觀設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)性。提出傳統(tǒng)文化應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代空間設(shè)計(jì)的方法和原則。第三章隴東傳統(tǒng)文化在中醫(yī)院景觀設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用分析。明確了對隴東傳統(tǒng)文化應(yīng)用于慶城岐伯中醫(yī)院的必要性和可行性,以此證明筆者設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)策略的科學(xué)性和合理性。第四章隴東文化在慶城岐伯中醫(yī)院景觀的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。以慶城岐伯中醫(yī)院景觀設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐為例,論證所研究的設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法的可行性。第五章結(jié)論與展望。簡述本課題研究的主要成果,并展望該領(lǐng)域未來的發(fā)展。隴東傳統(tǒng)文化與中醫(yī)院景觀設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合不僅是本篇論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),而且總結(jié)出中醫(yī)院設(shè)計(jì)的新原則與新方法,在推廣傳統(tǒng)文化的同時也對患者康復(fù)起到了積極作用,并為中醫(yī)院景觀改造提供了積極的指導(dǎo)性意見,使傳統(tǒng)文化、自然環(huán)境、建筑空間與人有機(jī)結(jié)合,發(fā)展更加符合21世紀(jì)“生態(tài)文化”特征的現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)院。
[Abstract]:As a traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine, has a history of thousands of years, plays a crucial role in the protection of human health. Regional culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, it is also the embodiment of regional, national characteristics, reveals the rich cultural connotation of traditional culture. How to skillfully applied to the design of Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. Into real Chinese characteristics, have the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine culture is the connotation of China designers face problems. Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of professional design art design, need to dig out the deeper The Chinese traditional cultural elements, re thinking and design application and re design, giving the cultural meaning of Chinese medicine hospital deeper. Combination of traditional culture and traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine culture and space design of modern space design has a double meaning. This thesis studied the application in landscape design around the Long Dongwen hospital in. In Gansu Province Cheng Qi Bo hospital landscape design project as a case study, proposes the application of traditional cultural resources in the modern space design and principle. In order to discuss the Longdong regional culture can be used as the theme and cultural elements in the design of the local hospital. Through the demonstration that complementary space design culture and Gansu Institute of traditional Chinese medicine. Can be unified in the design, and further points out the necessity of using traditional culture resources in Chinese medicine hospital design. On this basis, the author detailed Fine analysis of Qingcheng Qi Bo hospital landscape renovation design, from design ideas to Gansu and paper-cut art, and the specific application of eight diagrams and traditional philosophy in space, from the overall layout, traffic organization, elaborate architectural form and landscape sketch and so on, through the project to illustrate how the traditional culture is applied to the space, in order to explore the new development trend of hospital space mode, designed with the traditional characteristics of the medical environment, the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine into the traditional culture elements is more consistent with the needs of traditional Chinese medicine culture development, and raising awareness of traditional culture. I hope that the study of traditional culture in Chinese Medicine Analysis Institute of landscape design strategy, explore the possibility in the future more. This thesis is divided into five chapters, the third chapter and the fourth chapter is the focus of this paper: The first chapter is introduction. Clarifying the research content, elaborated the research background, content, methods and significance. The second chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between traditional culture and modern landscape design. The proposed methods and principles of traditional culture used in modern space design. The third chapter analysis of the application of traditional culture in the landscape design of East Gansu TCM hospital. The necessity and feasibility of the application of traditional culture in Longdong Qingcheng Qi Bo Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to prove the design idea and design strategy for the scientific and reasonable. The design practice of fourth culture Zhang Longdong hospital in Qingcheng Qi Bo in landscape. In Qingcheng Qi Bo hospital landscape design practice as an example, the feasibility of design theory with the method of demonstration research. The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect. The main achievements of the research briefly, and look forward to the future development in this field. The traditional culture and in The landscape design of the hospital is not only with the innovation of the thesis, and summed up the new principles and new methods of hospital design, in the promotion of traditional culture but also on the rehabilitation of patients has played a positive role, and to provide a positive guidance for the transformation of the Landscape Institute of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional culture, natural environment, construction the organic combination of space and human development, more in line with the twenty-first Century "ecological culture" of modern medicine.
