【摘要】:結(jié)合廣佛城際項(xiàng)目佛山西站至廣州南站段,在鎮(zhèn)北村立交路口處立交凈空受線路標(biāo)高控制,另該段線路走行在城鎮(zhèn)化程度較高的地區(qū),設(shè)計(jì)中需考慮城市景觀、降低噪音的要求。經(jīng)多方案比選,采用一孔計(jì)算跨徑為50m的鋼桁-槽型梁組合結(jié)構(gòu)橋。針對該結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造、受力特點(diǎn)開展了一系列的計(jì)算、研究工作。本文首先系統(tǒng)地通過工程類比、計(jì)算分析等方法擬定鋼桁-槽型梁組合結(jié)構(gòu)主要構(gòu)件和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸。其次,針對不同的目標(biāo),進(jìn)行了平面桿系有限元分析、空間梁—板單元有限元分析和三維實(shí)體單元有限元分析。并進(jìn)行了車橋耦合動力仿真分析,表明該結(jié)構(gòu)有良好的動力特性。再次,按照剛性節(jié)點(diǎn)承受全部的彎矩剪力,軸力由混凝土弦桿承受的原則進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。并以此為基礎(chǔ)對節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造方案進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真研究,提出了分離式耳板式節(jié)點(diǎn)為推薦方案并進(jìn)行縮尺節(jié)點(diǎn)模型試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造的可行性。最后,通過對廣佛城際實(shí)橋施工工藝的研究,制定了組合桁梁相關(guān)的工藝要求和質(zhì)量控制措施。
[Abstract]:In connection with the section between Foshan West Railway Station and Guangzhou South Railway Station, the clearance at the intersection of Zhenbei Village Interchange is controlled by the line elevation. In addition, this section of the line runs in areas with a higher degree of urbanization, so the urban landscape should be taken into account in the design. Requirements for noise reduction. Through comparison and selection of multiple schemes, a single hole is used to calculate the steel truss-groove beam composite structure bridge with span of 50 m. A series of calculations are carried out according to the structural characteristics of the structure, In this paper, the main components and structural dimensions of steel truss-groove beam composite structure are systematically worked out by means of engineering analogy, calculation and analysis. Secondly, the finite element analysis of plane bar system is carried out for different targets. Space beam-plate element finite element analysis and three-dimensional solid element finite element analysis. The vehicle-bridge coupling dynamic simulation analysis shows that the structure has good dynamic characteristics. Thirdly, according to the rigid joints bear all the moment shear force, The axial force is designed by the principle of bearing the concrete chord. Based on this, the construction scheme of the joint is studied carefully, and the separate ear-plate joint is proposed as the recommended scheme and the model test of the scale joint is carried out. The feasibility of the joint construction is verified. Finally, through the study of the construction technology of the real bridge between Guangfo city, the related technical requirements and quality control measures of the composite truss beam are established.
