圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)圖書(shū)館正處于從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)渡時(shí)期,不可避免地面臨著轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題。隨著“體驗(yàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)”逐漸滲透到圖書(shū)館,人們?cè)陴^舍消費(fèi)時(shí)間、消費(fèi)文化、消費(fèi)物質(zhì)、消費(fèi)精神……讀者更加期待圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量能夠取得物質(zhì)與精神、藝術(shù)與技術(shù)的“雙贏”。“體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)”旨在將環(huán)境為布景、商品為道具、服務(wù)為舞臺(tái)整合,關(guān)注用戶的情感和審美,創(chuàng)造令人難以忘懷的體驗(yàn)。所以,將體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)融入圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境,目的在于打破傳統(tǒng)圖書(shū)館“千館一面”的局面,給讀者呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)內(nèi)涵豐富、服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)、思想深邃的場(chǎng)所空間。一方面,提高讀者借閱的質(zhì)量和心情,讓讀者在圖書(shū)館找到歸屬感;另一方面,為圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)提供新的思考角度,注入新鮮血液。吳良鏞先生說(shuō),研究建筑空間,應(yīng)“回顧歷史,研究現(xiàn)在,展望未來(lái)。”本文按照“研究背景——是什么?——為什么?——怎么辦?——展望”的脈絡(luò)展開(kāi)。開(kāi)頭總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外圖書(shū)館建筑、空間和體驗(yàn)藝術(shù)方面的理論成果,及美國(guó)、英國(guó)、日本圖書(shū)館的大致情況,以期從中獲得啟發(fā)。第二章,用“追溯原型,探討范式”的方法,總結(jié)了圖書(shū)館概念和空間環(huán)境的變化發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,得出用戶的體驗(yàn)是隨著空間環(huán)境的變化而變化的,且體驗(yàn)內(nèi)容和形式也越來(lái)越豐富。同時(shí),從空間內(nèi)容、形態(tài)和功能三方面分析了館舍環(huán)境新景象。對(duì)第三、四章的內(nèi)容研究具有重要參考價(jià)值。第三章,從讀者的體驗(yàn)要素、訴求、空間體驗(yàn)三方面進(jìn)行了圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的分析。其中,從需求、感覺(jué)、交互性及情感等方面分析了讀者的空間環(huán)境訴求,又從圖書(shū)館的空間序列、色彩、場(chǎng)景等方面深入淺出地分析了圖書(shū)館的空間體驗(yàn)。第四章基于上述分析探究提出“環(huán)境為布景、商品為道具、服務(wù)為舞臺(tái)”、體驗(yàn)“修辭”之韻的體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)策略。其中,環(huán)境為布景主要是為優(yōu)化空間整體環(huán)境提供參考,強(qiáng)調(diào)館舍的自然詩(shī)意與場(chǎng)所感。商品為道具主要是從優(yōu)化空間軟環(huán)境著手,目的在于打造館舍體驗(yàn)的“升級(jí)版”。服務(wù)為舞臺(tái)旨在圖書(shū)館從多方面為用戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)體驗(yàn),以滿足讀者的需求。體驗(yàn)的修辭之韻則是創(chuàng)造能被體驗(yàn)的象征和隱喻,建立具象與抽象、空間與人的聯(lián)系。第五章為展望,基于上述章節(jié)的辯證分析和思考,總結(jié)出“以動(dòng)態(tài)的眼光看圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)”、“不忘過(guò)去、著眼未來(lái)”、“以身體之,以心驗(yàn)之為體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)歸宿”的核心點(diǎn)?傃灾,將體驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)融入圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境應(yīng)賦予更多關(guān)注和探究,以消除圖書(shū)館實(shí)體空間“消亡論”,從而能為更好地營(yíng)造圖書(shū)館空間環(huán)境新體驗(yàn)做準(zhǔn)備,也為當(dāng)下圖書(shū)館的轉(zhuǎn)型提供芻蕘之見(jiàn)。

Readers expect that the quality of the library space environment can achieve "win-win" between material and spirit, art and technology. "experience design" aims to integrate environment, goods as props and services for stage integration. Pay attention to the emotion and aesthetic of the user, create an unforgettable experience. Therefore, the purpose of integrating the experience design into the library space environment is to break the situation of "one thousand libraries" in the traditional library and present readers with a rich connotation. On the one hand, to improve the quality and mood of readers to borrow, so that readers can find a sense of belonging in the library, on the other hand, to provide a new perspective for the design of the library space environment. At the beginning, the author summarizes the theoretical achievements of library architecture, space and experiential art at home and abroad, and the general situation of libraries in the United States, Britain and Japan in order to get inspiration from them. This paper discusses the method of paradigm, summarizes the change and development of library concept and space environment, and draws the conclusion that the user's experience changes with the change of space environment, and the experience content and form are more and more abundant. The paper analyzes the new landscape of the library premises environment from three aspects: form and function. It has important reference value for the content research of the third and fourth chapters. Chapter three, from the readers' experience elements, demands, This paper analyzes the space environment experience design of library in three aspects, including the demand, feeling, interactivity and emotion, and the space environment demand of readers, and the space sequence, color, etc. Based on the above analysis, Chapter 4th puts forward the experience design strategy of "environment as setting, commodity as props, service as stage" and experience "rhetoric". The environment is mainly for the reference of optimizing the whole space environment, emphasizing the natural poetics and the sense of the place of the library premises, the commodity as the prop mainly starts from the optimization space soft environment, The purpose is to create an "upgraded version" of the library premises experience. The purpose of the service for the stage is to provide the library with a high-quality service experience to meet the needs of the readers in many ways. The rhetorical rhyme of the experience is to create symbols and metaphors that can be experienced. Chapter 5th, based on the dialectical analysis and thinking of the above chapters, concludes that "looking at the design of the library's space environment from a dynamic perspective", "not forgetting the past, looking at the future", "with the body," In general, the integration of experience design into the space environment of the library should be given more attention and exploration. In order to eliminate the "extinction theory" of library physical space, it can prepare for better creating a new experience of library space environment, and also provide Wikstroemia's opinion for the transformation of library at present.
