【摘要】：工業(yè)文明加速了人類(lèi)社會(huì)的前進(jìn),是人類(lèi)發(fā)展史上最具有活力和創(chuàng)造力的生產(chǎn)力。但是,隨著世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,后工業(yè)社會(huì)出現(xiàn),發(fā)達(dá)工業(yè)國(guó)家一些傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)日漸失去夕日輝煌,因此城市中的工業(yè)廢棄設(shè)施和廢棄地大量產(chǎn)生。這些工業(yè)遺留下來(lái)的廢棄地和設(shè)施導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重社會(huì)問(wèn)題和環(huán)境問(wèn)題,在可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀的時(shí)代背景下使這些進(jìn)入后工業(yè)社會(huì)的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家開(kāi)始重視環(huán)境保護(hù)和工業(yè)廢棄地的景觀改造再生問(wèn)題。20世紀(jì)60年代在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)始逐步興起,這些工業(yè)國(guó)家對(duì)工業(yè)廢棄地開(kāi)始進(jìn)行景觀改造更新,并保留其歷史文脈。并由此產(chǎn)生了后工業(yè)景觀改造更新的設(shè)計(jì)理念。后工業(yè)景觀是對(duì)工業(yè)廢棄地進(jìn)行景觀改造更新的產(chǎn)物。在不斷的實(shí)踐與探索過(guò)程中,完成了很多對(duì)后工業(yè)景觀改造更新的成功案例,積累了景觀設(shè)計(jì)改造經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了良好的后工業(yè)景觀,并達(dá)到了良好的環(huán)保效果。目前我國(guó)正處于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和城市化快速發(fā)展中,自改革開(kāi)發(fā)以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)經(jīng)歷著巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變,社會(huì)功能和生產(chǎn)方式也不斷在變化,大量工業(yè)廢棄用地的產(chǎn)生是因?yàn)槌鞘袛U(kuò)張導(dǎo)致的,這些工業(yè)廢棄地帶來(lái)了若干的社會(huì)問(wèn)題和環(huán)境問(wèn)題。因此,應(yīng)綜合的運(yùn)用景觀設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、以及景觀藝術(shù)學(xué)等多學(xué)科對(duì)后工業(yè)景觀進(jìn)行重新的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和改造更新,對(duì)工業(yè)遺留下來(lái)的環(huán)境和社會(huì)問(wèn)題具有重要意義。本文主要對(duì)后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)改造更新為主要研究對(duì)象,以國(guó)內(nèi)外一些成功案例為起點(diǎn),從當(dāng)代項(xiàng)目的時(shí)代背景出發(fā),針對(duì)具體的后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)改造理念和改造手法重點(diǎn)分析研究總結(jié),在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)與歸納,構(gòu)建后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)理念、設(shè)計(jì)原則和理論體系。根據(jù)景觀大數(shù)據(jù)分析后探討出后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)改造手法,在通過(guò)保留、改造和再生技術(shù)手段的運(yùn)用后,不僅能延續(xù)城市工業(yè)歷史文和改善城市環(huán)境,而且還能保障社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。最終希望通過(guò)研究分析能夠總結(jié)歸納出對(duì)我國(guó)后工業(yè)景觀改造更新提供參考和借鑒的設(shè)計(jì)理論體系。
[Abstract]:Industrial civilization has accelerated the progress of human society and is the most dynamic and creative productive force in the history of human development. However, with the adjustment of the world industrial structure, a post-industrial society has emerged. Some of the traditional industries in the developed industrial countries are losing their glory day by day. As a result, industrial waste facilities and wasteland in cities have been created in large quantities. The waste land and facilities left over by these industries have resulted in serious social and environmental problems, Under the background of the sustainable development view, the developed countries that entered the post-industrial society began to pay attention to the environmental protection and the landscape reconstruction and regeneration of the industrial wasteland. In 60s, the industrial landscape was set up in the developed countries in Europe and America. Began to rise gradually, These industrial countries began to renovate the landscape of industrial wasteland. And keep its historical context. From this, the design concept of post-industrial landscape transformation and renewal has emerged. Post-industrial landscape is the product of landscape renovation and renewal of industrial wasteland. In the process of continuous practice and exploration, post-industrial landscape is the product of landscape transformation and renewal of industrial wasteland. It has completed many successful cases of upgrading the post-industrial landscape, accumulated experience in landscape design transformation, and formed a good post-industrial landscape. At present, our country is in the process of industrial structure adjustment and rapid development of urbanization. Since the reform and development, the economic situation of our country has undergone tremendous changes, and the social function and mode of production have been constantly changing. A large number of industrial waste land is caused by the urban expansion, which brings a number of social and environmental problems. Therefore, the use of landscape design, landscape ecology, As well as landscape art and other multi-disciplinary planning, design and renovation of post-industrial landscape, It is of great significance to the environmental and social problems left over by industry. This paper focuses on the renovation of post-industrial landscape design as the main research object, taking some successful cases at home and abroad as the starting point, starting from the background of contemporary projects. In view of the concrete post-industrial landscape design transformation idea and the transformation technique emphatically analyzes the research summary, carries on the system summary and the induction on the basis of the predecessor research, constructs the post-industrial landscape design design idea, Design principles and theoretical system. Based on the analysis of landscape big data, this paper discusses the methods of post-industrial landscape design transformation. After using the means of preservation, transformation and regeneration, it can not only continue the history of urban industry and improve the urban environment, but also improve the urban environment. Finally, it is hoped that through research and analysis, we can summarize and sum up the design theory system which can be used for reference and reference for the reconstruction and renewal of the industrial landscape in China.
