【摘要】：北京作為我國的政治、文化、經(jīng)濟中心,老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境的建設(shè)對北京城市面貌的改善起到重要作用,并對地方省市形成帶領(lǐng)作用。“十二五”規(guī)劃期間,由政府出資對北京眾多老舊社區(qū)進行了有計劃的改造,取得了很大的成果。但統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃改造后的老舊社區(qū)仍存在著一些問題,例如,環(huán)境建設(shè)引導(dǎo)方式較為單一、人文景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計整改不到位、老舊小區(qū)改造后管理不善等問題。老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀與新興社區(qū)依舊有很大差異。因此,對北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境的研究具有重要的意義。本論文以北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)研究為出發(fā)點,以逐層遞進的方式對本文的研究對象進行論述。首先,提出北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)問題。通過對國外相關(guān)案例經(jīng)驗的梳理以及國內(nèi)深圳、杭州、蘇州、西安、哈爾濱等城市老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境調(diào)研,總結(jié)地方老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)的優(yōu)點,并從典型的老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)中找出對北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)的借鑒經(jīng)驗。其次,分析問題。其一,通過資料整理,闡述了北京人文景觀環(huán)境的歷史文化基礎(chǔ)。其二,以北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境的大量調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),以社區(qū)環(huán)境評析指標為理論依據(jù),對北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境要素中的植物營造、建筑小品、道路景觀、宣傳欄與宣傳墻、生活設(shè)施,五個方面的現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié),指出北京老舊社區(qū)人文環(huán)境景觀存在的問題。其三,指出引導(dǎo)方式單一導(dǎo)致表現(xiàn)形式“千篇一律”以及管理不足的問題。其四,選取北京三個具有典型特征的老舊社區(qū),分別為:什剎海歷史性街區(qū)中的老舊社區(qū);建國后第一個現(xiàn)代型小區(qū)百萬莊社區(qū);以及呼家樓街道的開放型社區(qū),有針對的分析其歷史沿革、現(xiàn)狀指出其發(fā)展需求和方向。最后,提出解決問題方法。對北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)整體環(huán)境提出了三個方面的策略建議,其一,從引導(dǎo)方式上,提出多元化參與途徑,拓寬參與渠道,多元化技術(shù)支持,需各種相關(guān)學科背景人員共同參與建設(shè),多元化資金注入等策略;其二,老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境表現(xiàn)形式的設(shè)計理論探索,提出把握居民交流需求、文化需求、審美需求、生活需要的設(shè)計原則,并對老舊社區(qū)人文環(huán)境要素提出設(shè)計方法和建議。其三,對北京老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)中管理問題提出了明確管理責任、提高公眾管理意識、和利用社區(qū)和社會管理資源的策略。北京老舊社區(qū)改造工程在建筑改造方面取得了巨大成果,但老舊社區(qū)人文景觀環(huán)境建設(shè)仍是任重而道遠的過程,希望通過研究的課題幫助能夠力爭論述的內(nèi)容能夠為北京老舊社區(qū)改造和環(huán)境建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)及參考意見。
[Abstract]:As the political, cultural and economic center of our country, the construction of the humanistic landscape environment in the old communities plays an important role in the improvement of Beijing's urban outlook and plays a leading role in the local provinces and cities. During the 12th Five-Year Plan, The planned transformation of many old communities in Beijing, funded by the government, has achieved great results. However, there are still some problems in the old communities after the transformation of unified planning. For example, the mode of guiding environmental construction is relatively simple. The humanistic landscape environment design is not in place, the old residential area is not well managed after the transformation. The present situation of the humanistic landscape environment in the old community is still very different from that of the new community. Therefore, there are still many differences between the old community and the new community. It is of great significance to study the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities in Beijing. This paper takes the construction of the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities in Beijing as the starting point and discusses the research objects of this paper in a progressive way. First of all, This paper puts forward the construction of the humanistic landscape environment in the old communities in Beijing. By combing the relevant experiences of foreign countries and investigating the cultural landscape environment of the old communities in Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xi'an, Harbin and other cities in China, This paper summarizes the advantages of the construction of humanistic landscape environment in the old local communities, and finds out the reference experience for the construction of the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities in Beijing from the typical construction of the humanistic landscape environment in the old communities. Secondly, it analyzes the problems. This paper expounds the historical and cultural basis of the humanistic landscape environment in Beijing, based on a large number of investigation and research on the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities in Beijing, and takes the assessment index of the community environment as the theoretical basis. This paper summarizes the present situation of plant construction, architectural sketch, road landscape, propaganda bar and wall, living facilities, and five aspects in the elements of humanistic landscape environment in old communities in Beijing. It points out the problems existing in the humanistic environment landscape of the old communities in Beijing. Thirdly, it points out that the single way of guiding leads to the problems of "stereotype" and inadequate management. Fourthly, three old and old communities with typical characteristics in Beijing are selected. They are: the old and old community in Shichahai's historic block; the first modern community after the founding of the people's Republic of China; and the open community in the street of Hujialou, with a view to analyzing its historical evolution. The present situation points out its development demand and direction. Finally, it puts forward the methods to solve the problem. It puts forward three strategic suggestions on the construction of the overall environment of the humanistic landscape environment of the old communities in Beijing. First, it puts forward the ways of diversified participation in the guiding way. In order to broaden the participation channels and diversify the technical support, we need all kinds of related subject background personnel to participate in the construction together, the diversification capital injection and so on strategy; second, the old community humanities landscape environment expression form design theory exploration, the old community humanities landscape environment expression form design theory exploration, This paper puts forward the design principles of grasping the residents' communication needs, cultural needs, aesthetic needs and living needs, and puts forward the design methods and suggestions for the elements of the humanistic environment in the old communities. This paper puts forward the management responsibility in the construction of the humanistic landscape environment in the old communities of Beijing, and raises the public management consciousness. And the strategy of utilizing community and social management resources. Great achievements have been made in the reconstruction of the old communities in Beijing, but the construction of the humanistic landscape environment in the old communities is still a long way to go. It is hoped that the contents which can be discussed through the research can provide theoretical basis and reference for the reconstruction of old communities and environmental construction in Beijing.
