【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展及新農(nóng)村運(yùn)動(dòng)的展開,人們對于鄉(xiāng)村景觀的重視日益加強(qiáng)。行政辦公空間作為一個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的核心區(qū)域,對于整個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃具有十分重要的意義。辦公景觀又行使其行政意義,又對周邊景觀環(huán)境有很大影響。作為整個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村的公共環(huán)境的組成部分,其景觀傳達(dá)著單位的理念與文化,更傳達(dá)出整個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村的文化特征。本次設(shè)計(jì)為河南鄉(xiāng)政府庭院景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),場地位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)鄂爾多斯市烏審旗河南鄉(xiāng),其規(guī)劃范圍即原有政府大院,總規(guī)劃面積約為17954m2。本文主要對河南鄉(xiāng)現(xiàn)狀和基地周邊環(huán)境條件進(jìn)行分析,確定河南鄉(xiāng)政府庭院景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)。在歸納了政府庭院景觀規(guī)劃的原則的基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)借鑒了相關(guān)優(yōu)秀案例,根據(jù)河南鄉(xiāng)政府庭院場地現(xiàn)狀對其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。第一,在對場地進(jìn)行處理的方面,在保留現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,開辟出供辦公人員及周邊居民活動(dòng)的休閑庭院。第二,在設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意方面,采用新中式風(fēng)格,對小品、鋪裝等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),使整個(gè)場地風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一。第三,在地域特色方面,將當(dāng)?shù)氐拿袼孜幕�、政府文化及蒙古族融入到方案整體布局規(guī)劃以及細(xì)部規(guī)劃中。通過此次對河南鄉(xiāng)政府庭院的改造設(shè)計(jì),使其景觀結(jié)構(gòu)得以梳理,為所需民眾提供了功能豐富的戶外空間,展示河南鄉(xiāng)的整體風(fēng)貌。通過植物的選擇與配置,營造自然的辦公景觀環(huán)境,使河南鄉(xiāng)政府庭院不僅是休閑活動(dòng)的場所,更是景觀優(yōu)美、自然健康的能夠提升鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)文化品質(zhì)的辦公環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the development of new rural movement, people pay more and more attention to the rural landscape. It is of great significance to the planning of the whole village. Office landscape has its administrative significance and has a great influence on the surrounding landscape environment. As a part of the public environment of the whole village, office landscape is a part of the public environment of the whole village. The landscape conveys the concept and culture of the unit, but also conveys the cultural characteristics of the whole village. This design is the courtyard landscape planning design of Henan township government, the site is located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region Ordos City Wushenqi Hannan Township, Its planning scope is the original government compound, and the total planning area is about 17954 m2. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of Hainan Township and the surrounding environmental conditions of the base. On the basis of summing up the principles of the government courtyard landscape planning and drawing lessons from the relevant outstanding cases, the paper determines the objectives of the courtyard landscape planning of Henan township government. According to the present situation of Henan township government courtyard site, systematic landscape planning and design are carried out. First, on the basis of maintaining the present situation, we open up a leisure courtyard for office personnel and the surrounding residents in terms of dealing with the site. Second, In terms of design creativity, we should adopt a new Chinese style to design small pieces and pavements so as to unify the style of the whole site. Third, in terms of regional characteristics, the local folklore culture will be brought together. The government culture and the Mongolian people are integrated into the overall layout and detailed planning of the scheme. Through the reconstruction and design of the courtyard of Henan township government, the landscape structure can be combed in order to provide the people who need it with a rich outdoor space. Through the selection and allocation of plants, creating a natural office landscape environment, making the courtyard of Henan township government is not only a place for leisure activities, but also a beautiful landscape. Natural and healthy office environment that can improve the cultural quality of villages and towns.
