【摘要】：自然景觀游和農(nóng)閑體驗游的不斷發(fā)展,以旅游區(qū)作為依托的民宿區(qū)改造數(shù)量不斷增多,雖然民宿區(qū)的面積在整體旅游區(qū)中所占比例并不大,但其作為旅游區(qū)的住宿空間和游客生活體驗空間在旅游區(qū)中所占有的重要社會地位和功能作用卻是無可替代的;民宿不僅體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)?shù)孛窬拥慕ㄖL(fēng)格而且蘊含著豐富的歷史文化,通過適當(dāng)?shù)母脑炜梢耘c旅游區(qū)的主題密切相關(guān),達(dá)到宣傳的作用,而游客在游覽過程中不僅能體驗到游玩的樂趣,更可以感受到當(dāng)?shù)氐臍v史文化、生活習(xí)俗,增加了景區(qū)的吸引力和文化內(nèi)涵。本文以民宿區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計為研究內(nèi)容,以順平縣唐河旅游區(qū)的民宿區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計為研究對象,通過分析旅游區(qū)、民宿區(qū)及單體建筑的現(xiàn)狀,從民宿區(qū)的上位規(guī)劃(唐河旅游區(qū)規(guī)劃)、民宿區(qū)總體規(guī)劃策略、民宿建筑單體的改造等多方面研究了民宿平面布局、功能空間、景觀環(huán)境以及材料應(yīng)用。民宿的規(guī)劃設(shè)計要注意全局觀念,視每一座民宿為一個獨立的居住空間,同時考慮到民宿區(qū)整體功能的協(xié)調(diào)性。民宿單體設(shè)計主要通過對建筑外觀、內(nèi)部以及庭院布局進(jìn)行局部或整體設(shè)計來實現(xiàn)在傳承歷史與文化的同時達(dá)到空間與功能合理布局的目的,民宿改造的建筑材料多選用當(dāng)?shù)夭牧蟻磉_(dá)到因地制宜,民宿設(shè)計的各個元素都必須按照人體工程學(xué)的原理去設(shè)計來實現(xiàn)真正的以人為本。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of natural landscape tourism and rural leisure tourism, the number of residential areas is increasing, although the area of residential areas in the overall tourism area is not large. However, the important social status and function of the living experience space and the accommodation space in the tourist area are irreplaceable. Residential houses not only reflect the architectural style of local houses but also contain rich historical and cultural. Through appropriate transformation can be closely related to the theme of the tourist area to achieve the role of publicity. Visitors can not only experience the fun of play, but also experience the local history, culture, life and customs in the process of sightseeing. This paper takes the planning and design of the residential area as the research content, and takes the planning and design of the residential area of the Tanghe tourist area of Shunping County as the research object, through the analysis of the tourist area. The present situation of the residential area and individual building, from the upper planning of the residential area (Tanghe tourist area planning, the general planning strategy of the residential area, the transformation of the single residential building, etc.), the residential plane layout, functional space and so on. Landscape environment and the application of materials. The planning and design of residential houses should pay attention to the overall concept, regard each dwelling as an independent living space. At the same time, considering the coordination of the overall function of the residential area, the single residential design mainly through the architectural appearance. The interior and courtyard layout is designed partly or as a whole to achieve the goal of reasonable layout of space and function while inheriting history and culture. All elements of residential design must be designed according to the principles of ergonomics to achieve real people-oriented.
