【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是采取現(xiàn)代化開發(fā)手段,利用農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)資源、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件、農(nóng)業(yè)景觀和農(nóng)村文化,發(fā)展觀光、旅游、娛樂等內(nèi)容為一體的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài),對(duì)農(nóng)民人口占較大比重且經(jīng)濟(jì)不夠發(fā)達(dá)的我國(guó)具有重要意義。文章選題于福建平潭獲得并行使設(shè)區(qū)市管理權(quán)限之際,以平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源條件與開發(fā)前景為研究對(duì)象,在國(guó)內(nèi)外已有關(guān)于休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展理論基礎(chǔ)和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)之上,參考國(guó)內(nèi)外休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展概況和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),充分挖掘平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源開發(fā)中的海島特色優(yōu)勢(shì)和閩臺(tái)合作優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)而探究平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展海島型休閑農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)策建議。論文通過建立休閑農(nóng)業(yè)資源評(píng)價(jià)體系、結(jié)合休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的SWOT分析、實(shí)地調(diào)查與訪談咨詢等方法對(duì)平潭實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)開發(fā)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和綜合研究,并探討其開發(fā)潛力。研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為：平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的生態(tài)旅游資源條件良好,具有發(fā)展海島型休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)；閩臺(tái)合作對(duì)平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的發(fā)展具有極其關(guān)鍵的推動(dòng)作用,兩岸關(guān)系的良性發(fā)展為平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)的發(fā)展提供了千載難逢的歷史機(jī)遇。在此基礎(chǔ)上,論文還進(jìn)一步提出了平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的總體思路和具體對(duì)策,平潭綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)該緊緊把握“農(nóng)業(yè)屬性”和“旅游業(yè)屬性”兩大屬性,從農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律和旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律兩條主線出發(fā),在符合農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行穩(wěn)步創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new industrial form which adopts modern development means, utilizes agricultural industrial resources, agricultural production conditions, agricultural landscape and rural culture, and develops sightseeing, tourism, entertainment and so on. It is of great significance to our country with a large proportion of peasant population and underdeveloped economy. Taking the leisure agriculture resource condition and the development prospect of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as the research object, on the basis of the theory foundation and the related literature foundation of the leisure agriculture development at home and abroad. Referring to the general situation and development trend of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, the paper fully excavates the advantages of island characteristics and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan in the exploitation of leisure agriculture resources in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area. And then explore the Pingtan comprehensive experimental area to develop island leisure agriculture countermeasures and suggestions. Through the establishment of leisure agriculture resources evaluation system combined with leisure agriculture development of SWOT analysis. Field investigation and interview consultation methods to Pingtan experimental area to develop leisure agriculture of the actual conditions for evaluation and comprehensive research. The results show that the ecological tourism resources in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area are good and have the unique advantage of developing island type leisure agriculture. Fujian-Taiwan cooperation has a crucial role in promoting the development of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area. The benign development of cross-strait relations provides a once-in-a-lifetime historical opportunity for the development of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area. The paper also puts forward the overall idea and concrete countermeasures of developing leisure agriculture in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area. In the process of development of leisure agriculture in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental area, the two attributes of "agricultural attribute" and "tourism attribute" should be closely grasped, starting from two main lines: the law of agricultural development and the law of tourism development. In line with the laws of agricultural development and tourism development on the basis of steady innovation.
