【摘要】：隨著人們對住區(qū)景觀的認識不斷深入,人們對城市住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)的要求也逐漸提高。一個優(yōu)質(zhì)的住區(qū)景觀,不僅景色宜人、引人駐足、流連忘返,同時還應(yīng)兼具豐富的文化內(nèi)涵、鮮明的特色、可持續(xù)的局部生態(tài)、使用功能完善等特征。近年來我國住區(qū)景觀發(fā)展十分迅速,景觀設(shè)計技巧日臻成熟。但也存在著住區(qū)景觀在建造過程中景觀設(shè)計的“拿來主義”現(xiàn)象,缺乏人性化、生態(tài)化設(shè)計,設(shè)計與施工銜接不順暢,以及景觀后期養(yǎng)護管理存在較大缺陷等諸多問題。因此,深入探討如何提升住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)則顯得非常重要。營造優(yōu)質(zhì)的住區(qū)景觀,需要從建筑、人、外部環(huán)境等很多方面考慮。本文即是從住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)提升的角度出發(fā),在廣泛閱讀與住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的著作、研究資料以及系統(tǒng)的研究住區(qū)景觀的構(gòu)成、影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了國內(nèi)景觀品質(zhì)普遍存在的問題。本文首先對景觀的構(gòu)成要素(植物、鋪裝、構(gòu)筑物、水體、附屬設(shè)施等)、空間分區(qū)(入口區(qū)、休憩區(qū)、樓前綠地區(qū)、道路空間等)、特殊環(huán)境的背景(地理環(huán)境、文化背景)等方面進行了探究,并對影響住區(qū)景觀的要素進行了剖析。其后從景觀品質(zhì)影響因素、提升方向等方面深入探討,總結(jié)出景觀營造過程中應(yīng)遵循的原則,住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)提升的方法。最后作者通過對參與過的“鴻坤·曦望山”、“秀蘭·尚城”、“長陽半島售樓處示范區(qū)”三個不同地區(qū)、不同層次的住區(qū)景觀的實例剖析,論述了從方案階段、施工階段到后期養(yǎng)護管理階段景觀品質(zhì)提升方法,并分析實施過程中所出現(xiàn)的問題,找出相應(yīng)的解決方法。本文希望能通過上述分析對景觀品質(zhì)的提升有一個整體的把握,從而改善當(dāng)前住區(qū)景觀中存在的缺陷,協(xié)調(diào)景觀品質(zhì)的營造與后期管理之間的關(guān)系,塑造美觀、安全、衛(wèi)生、方便、舒適的住區(qū)環(huán)境,并為提升國內(nèi)總體住區(qū)景觀品質(zhì)水平提供一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of people's understanding of residential landscape, people gradually improve the quality of urban residential landscape. A high-quality residential landscape, not only pleasant scenery, cause people to stop, forget to return. At the same time, we should also have rich cultural connotations, distinctive characteristics, sustainable local ecology, perfect use of features. In recent years, residential landscape development in China is very rapid. Landscape design techniques are becoming more and more mature, but there is also a phenomenon of landscape design in residential areas in the process of construction, lack of humanization, ecological design, design and construction link is not smooth. Therefore, it is very important to explore how to improve the quality of residential landscape. To create high-quality residential landscape, need from the architecture, people. External environment and other aspects of consideration. This article is from the perspective of residential landscape quality, in the extensive reading and residential landscape quality related to domestic and foreign related works. On the basis of the research data and systematic research on the composition of residential landscape and the influencing factors, this paper puts forward the common problems of landscape quality in China. Firstly, this paper focuses on the elements of landscape (plant, pavement, structure). Water body, ancillary facilities and so on, space zoning (entrance area, rest area, green area in front of building, road space and so on), the background of special environment (geographical environment, cultural background) were explored. And the factors affecting the landscape of residential areas were analyzed, and then from the landscape quality factors, promotion direction and other aspects of in-depth discussion, summed up the principles to be followed in the process of landscape construction. Finally, the author through the participation of "Hongkun 路Xi Wang Shan", "Xiulan Shangcheng", "Changyang Peninsula sales Office demonstration area" three different areas. This paper analyzes the examples of different levels of residential landscape, discusses the methods of landscape quality improvement from the project stage, the construction stage to the later stage of maintenance and management, and analyzes the problems in the implementation process. Find out the corresponding solutions. This paper hopes to be able to improve the quality of the landscape through the above analysis has a holistic grasp, so as to improve the existing deficiencies in the landscape of residential areas. To coordinate the relationship between landscape quality construction and later management, to create beautiful, safe, hygienic, convenient and comfortable residential environment, and to provide a certain reference for improving the overall residential landscape quality level in China.
