【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)速度加快,城市規(guī)劃過程中越來越重視空間利用。在不斷的嘗試中,如何利用有限的城市空間形成最適宜人工作生活的目的是設(shè)計師一直在探索的內(nèi)容。但在建設(shè)中,城市的矛盾也開始凸顯并日益激化。舊的老工業(yè)基地因城市發(fā)展逐漸被社區(qū)居民包圍,生活中環(huán)境造成的問題尖銳,人們對噪音、污水、空氣污染的控訴聲音越來越強烈。隨著經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)的中心調(diào)整,我們迎來了后工業(yè)時代,重工業(yè)經(jīng)濟下滑,工廠面臨著衰落的同時面臨著搬遷,大量的廢棄工業(yè)用地產(chǎn)生。過去承載了繁榮昌盛的重工業(yè)工廠在城市建設(shè)中成了不能躲避的一部分,是城市規(guī)劃必然要解決的問題,是城市居民關(guān)注的問題�，F(xiàn)在國內(nèi)對于老工業(yè)基地的改造大多采用推翻重蓋的方式,這種方式使城市歷史時代的文化特征破壞較大。面對這一狀況,人們急需一種新的觀點、新的思想去重新認(rèn)識、規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和改造城市中的工業(yè)景觀,挖掘城市的潛能,建設(shè)功能性城市。論文研究基于以上背景,總體分為三個層次,依照提出問題、分析問題和解決問題的研究方法,先對東北重工業(yè)基地文化形成的歷史、發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀進行分析,指出在城市建設(shè)過程中對老工業(yè)基地文化精神的不重視態(tài)度。再結(jié)合國家大力發(fā)展體育事業(yè)的政策要求,對東北現(xiàn)有體育場館的狀況進行了整理,提出利用東北工業(yè)基地文化特點進行體育場館設(shè)計,從而繼承東北城市的歷史文脈的想法。其次,分析了東北體育場館設(shè)計中的特點,總結(jié)其優(yōu)勢和劣勢,為后續(xù)尋找“東北老工業(yè)基地文化”與“體育館設(shè)計”兩者的融合點提供依據(jù)。最后,論文就哈爾濱工業(yè)基地的實際情況進行分析,按照規(guī)劃設(shè)計的流程對工業(yè)基地改造體育場館的方案進行研究,實現(xiàn)理論指導(dǎo)實踐的過程。論文運用工業(yè)文化景觀的生態(tài)設(shè)計觀念對老工業(yè)基地在體育場館中的應(yīng)用進行展望,希望通過研究實現(xiàn)保護城市文脈、城市工業(yè)文明的目的,并能為東北老工業(yè)區(qū)的工業(yè)景觀規(guī)劃、完成具有東北老工業(yè)基地文化特征的城市標(biāo)志性建筑設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the acceleration of urban construction, more and more attention has been paid to the use of space in the process of urban planning. How to make use of the limited urban space to form the most suitable for people to work and live is the content that designers have been exploring. But in the process of construction. The old old industrial base was gradually surrounded by community residents because of the development of the city, and the problems caused by the environment in life were sharp, people to noise, sewage. Air pollution complaints are getting louder and louder. As the economic and industrial centre adjusts, we usher in a post-industrial era, with the heavy industry economy in decline and factories facing decline and relocation. A large number of abandoned industrial land has been produced. Heavy industrial factories, which carried prosperity in the past, have become an unavoidable part of urban construction, which is an inevitable problem to be solved in urban planning. Urban residents are concerned about the problem. At present, most of the old industrial bases in China are transformed by overturning and reconstructing, which makes the cultural characteristics of the urban historical era more damaged. Facing this situation. People are in urgent need of a new perspective, new ideas to re-understand, plan, build and transform the industrial landscape in the city, tap the potential of the city, and build a functional city. The whole is divided into three levels. According to the research methods of raising questions, analyzing problems and solving problems, the history, development and present situation of the culture formation of Northeast heavy Industry Base are analyzed first. This paper points out the attitude of not paying attention to the cultural spirit of the old industrial base in the process of urban construction, and combines with the policy requirements of the state to vigorously develop the sports cause, and arranges the situation of the existing sports stadiums and gymnasiums in Northeast China. This paper puts forward the idea of making use of the cultural characteristics of Northeast Industrial Base to design stadiums and gymnasiums, so as to inherit the historical context of Northeast cities. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristics of Northeast stadiums and gymnasiums, and summarizes its advantages and disadvantages. In order to find the "Northeast old industrial base culture" and "gymnasium design" fusion point to provide the basis. Finally, the paper analyzes the actual situation of Harbin industrial base. According to the process of planning and design, the project of changing the stadiums and gymnasiums in the industrial base is studied. The paper uses the ecological design concept of industrial cultural landscape to prospect the application of the old industrial base in the stadiums and gymnasiums, hoping to protect the urban context through the research. The purpose of the urban industrial civilization can provide reference for the industrial landscape planning of the northeast old industrial zone and the design of the urban landmarks with the cultural characteristics of the northeast old industrial base.
