【摘要】：我國人口老齡化給社會(huì)各方面都產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。其中,關(guān)于城市居住環(huán)境的適老化的矛盾也日漸凸顯,成為社會(huì)高度關(guān)注的問題,同時(shí)也給城市居住區(qū)的建設(shè)帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。對(duì)于老年人,戶外活動(dòng)必不可少,這些活動(dòng)往往都在其所住的居住區(qū)的戶外空間中進(jìn)行,場(chǎng)地設(shè)計(jì)的好壞直接影響老年人的戶外活動(dòng)。因此居住區(qū)的戶外環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)老年人的適宜性,為老年人創(chuàng)造安全又舒適的戶外環(huán)境。 文章首先說明了國內(nèi)老齡化問題,參考了國內(nèi)外老年社區(qū)建設(shè)情況,并對(duì)相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)和梳理,分析了大部分老年人自身的生理、心理特征,總結(jié)了若干條適合老年人交往的戶外空間環(huán)境特征。通過國外優(yōu)秀案例分析與國內(nèi)實(shí)地調(diào)研的方法,總結(jié)出國外案例優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的啟示。通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有的居住區(qū)的戶外環(huán)境的調(diào)研總結(jié)出針對(duì)老年人設(shè)計(jì)中存在的一些問題。之后以老年人的需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn),在社區(qū)規(guī)劃方面,作者提出了普通居住區(qū)內(nèi)全齡化居家的養(yǎng)老模式,并根據(jù)老年人不同活動(dòng)類型的空間設(shè)計(jì)歸納了針對(duì)性的設(shè)計(jì)方法和對(duì)策。 最后,以實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目“張家界瀟湘華府景觀設(shè)計(jì)”為例,分析了對(duì)老年人活動(dòng)空間設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)前面的研究成果進(jìn)行實(shí)踐與應(yīng)用,從而進(jìn)一步加深居住區(qū)中對(duì)老年人活動(dòng)空間設(shè)計(jì)的理論研究。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population in China has had a profound impact on all aspects of the society. Among them, the contradiction about the aging of the urban living environment is becoming increasingly prominent, which has become a highly concerned issue in the society. At the same time, it also brings new challenges to the construction of urban residential areas. For the elderly, outdoor activities are essential, these activities are often carried out in the outdoor space of the residential areas in which they live. The quality of site design directly affects the outdoor activities of the elderly, so the outdoor environment design of residential areas needs to strengthen the suitability of the elderly, and create a safe and comfortable outdoor environment for the elderly. The article first explains the problem of aging in China, referring to the situation of the construction of the elderly community at home and abroad, and summarizes and combs the relevant data, and analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of most of the elderly themselves. This paper summarizes a number of outdoor space environment characteristics suitable for the communication of the elderly. Through the analysis of foreign excellent cases and the methods of domestic field investigation. Summarize the advantages of foreign cases and the inspiration to the design. Through the existing outdoor environment of residential areas to summarize the existing problems in the design of the elderly. Then take the needs of the elderly as the starting point. In the aspect of community planning, the author puts forward the old-age pension model of the whole age and family in the common residential area, and sums up the targeted design methods and countermeasures according to the space design of different types of activities of the elderly. Finally, taking the actual project "Zhangjiajie Xiaoxiang Washington landscape design" as an example, this paper analyzes the design method of the elderly active space, and carries on the practice and the application to the previous research results. In order to further deepen the residential area of the elderly living space design theory.
