【摘要】:針對我國小城鎮(zhèn)數(shù)量多,地點(diǎn)散,分布廣,目前國內(nèi)沒有小城鎮(zhèn)污水處理項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范這一現(xiàn)狀,小城鎮(zhèn)分散式污水處理一體化技術(shù)順勢而生。生物膜法具有抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力強(qiáng),污泥產(chǎn)量少、易于固液分離和無污泥膨脹等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。人工浮島技術(shù)針對富營養(yǎng)化水質(zhì),利用生態(tài)工學(xué)原理,降解水中的污染物。同時(shí)能為鳥類、魚類等生物創(chuàng)造生存的空間,改善景觀等作用。組合裝置采用生物膜和人工浮島技術(shù)相結(jié)合,通過中試試驗(yàn),為生物膜法和人工浮島技術(shù)的組合工藝提供設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行參數(shù)。本研究的成果如下:(1)組合裝置的最佳氣水比為3.5mg/L,最佳進(jìn)水流量為0.24m3/h,此時(shí)置懸浮模塊和氣提模塊氣水比分別為10和17.1,組合裝置對NH3-N、TN、COD、SS的去除率分別達(dá)到了82.25%、48.49%、79.29%和96.22%,以上指標(biāo)達(dá)到《城市雜用水水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,滿足城市再生水回用的要求;組合裝置用氣提模塊代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的二沉池,出水SS去除率達(dá)到96.22%,并且效果穩(wěn)定;組合裝置抗沖擊能力強(qiáng),在應(yīng)對水質(zhì)水量沖擊情況下,裝置能較快恢復(fù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。新型填料掛膜速度快,效率高,組合裝置產(chǎn)泥量小且無污泥膨脹,節(jié)省了污泥收集和排泥費(fèi)用。植物在系統(tǒng)中長勢良好,植物根系發(fā)達(dá),為微生物生長提供較好的生長環(huán)境,同時(shí)植物也兼具一定的景觀價(jià)值。(2)針對組合裝置出水總磷不達(dá)標(biāo)問題,設(shè)計(jì)了化學(xué)除磷實(shí)驗(yàn),選用FeSO4作為化學(xué)除磷藥劑,采用前置加藥法,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明加入化學(xué)除磷輔助后,裝置的除磷能力大大提高,最佳摩爾比為2,出水總磷達(dá)到了《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完善了裝置的功能。(3)組合裝置具有良好的污泥減量效果,平均污泥產(chǎn)率為0.01KgMLSS/KgCOD,約為常規(guī)活性污泥法的1/10,節(jié)省了污泥處理費(fèi)用,降低了運(yùn)行成本。(4)中試工程總投資為12.63萬元,每噸水的處理成本為11.63元,去除人員工資后每噸水的處理成本為3.1元。小城鎮(zhèn)污水處理項(xiàng)目應(yīng)采用更為積極的資金籌措措施,同時(shí)政府也應(yīng)從政策和法律方面,為小城鎮(zhèn)污水處理項(xiàng)目提供支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the large number of small towns, scattered location, wide distribution, at present, there is no domestic small town sewage treatment project related standards and norms this situation. The integrated technology of decentralized sewage treatment in small towns is coming into being. The biofilm process has strong resistance to shock loading and less sludge production. Artificial floating island technology aims at eutrophication water quality and uses the principle of ecological engineering to degrade pollutants in water. At the same time, it can create living space for birds, fish and other organisms. The combination of biofilm and artificial floating island technology was used to improve the landscape. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the optimum air-water ratio of the unit is 3.5 mg / L. The optimum influent flow rate is 0.24 m3 / h, and the air-water ratio of suspension module and air extraction module are 10 and 17.1 respectively. The removal rate of SS reached 82.25% 79.29% and 96.22% respectively. The air lift module is used to replace the traditional secondary settling tank, and the removal rate of SS in the effluent reaches 96.22 and the effect is stable. Under the condition of water quality and quantity impact, the unit can quickly recover and run stably. The new type of packing has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, small sludge production and no sludge bulking. The plant grows well in the system and the plant root system is developed, which provides a better growth environment for microbial growth. At the same time, the plant also has a certain landscape value. 2) aiming at the problem that the effluent total phosphorus of the combined plant is not up to standard, the chemical phosphorus removal experiment was designed. FeSO4 was selected as the chemical phosphorus removal agent, and the pre-addition method was adopted. The experimental results show that the phosphorus removal capacity of the plant is greatly improved with the addition of chemical phosphorus removal assistance. The optimum molar ratio is 2, and the total phosphorus in the effluent reaches the first class A standard of the pollutant discharge standard of the municipal wastewater treatment plant. The unit has a good sludge reduction effect, the average sludge yield is 0.01kg MLSS / KgCOD, which is about 1/10 of the conventional activated sludge process. The total investment of the pilot project is 126,300 yuan and the treatment cost per ton of water is 11.63 yuan. The cost of water treatment is 3.1 yuan per ton after the removal of staff wages. The small town sewage treatment project should adopt more active financing measures, and the government should also from the policy and legal aspects. Provide support for small town sewage treatment projects.
