【摘要】:校服是帶有教育意義的特殊服飾,它作為一種校園文化的物質(zhì)載體,不僅具有大眾服飾文化所沒(méi)有的特殊教育功能和文化內(nèi)涵,還反映著一所學(xué)校的文化特色和辦學(xué)理念。校服的實(shí)施,不僅有利于學(xué)校管理的統(tǒng)一化、規(guī)范化,而且對(duì)學(xué)生道德認(rèn)知、素質(zhì)整合和審美情趣有不可忽視的作用,但學(xué)校在推行校服的過(guò)程中,人們習(xí)慣性的將校服當(dāng)成一種非教育元素,對(duì)校服的忽視導(dǎo)致校服教育功能發(fā)揮受限的問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重。因此,將研究的目光投向校服,重申校服存在的積極意義及價(jià)值,并聚焦于它的教育功能,是本文研究和探索的問(wèn)題。本文以西安市部分中學(xué)師生為研究對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及對(duì)話訪談的方式,對(duì)中學(xué)生現(xiàn)行校服認(rèn)可度、校服文化功能認(rèn)知、校服的教育效果三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中學(xué)生校服在發(fā)揮教育功能的過(guò)程中在避免盲目攀比、促進(jìn)平等觀念、便于學(xué)校管理、利于校園文化等方面產(chǎn)生積極影響,但也存在抑制學(xué)生多樣性、阻礙學(xué)生審美提升、學(xué)生缺乏青春活力、抑制學(xué)生創(chuàng)造美的消極影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者對(duì)校服教育功能發(fā)揮受限的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行原因分析,得出現(xiàn)階段中學(xué)生校服在發(fā)揮教育功能的過(guò)程中存在這幾方面因素的制約:對(duì)校服教育功能的認(rèn)識(shí)缺乏全面性、校服的實(shí)施制度存在弊端、校服文化傳承性和包容性不夠、中學(xué)審美教育存在缺陷�;趯�(duì)中學(xué)校服教育功能發(fā)揮受限的原因分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)前時(shí)代的教育觀念和學(xué)生群體特征,提出要深刻發(fā)掘校服的內(nèi)涵、積極組織學(xué)生參與設(shè)計(jì)、兼顧校服制式多樣性、改善校服的推行制度、融入民族文化特色、增強(qiáng)校服的標(biāo)識(shí)度、加強(qiáng)學(xué)生審美教育等方式來(lái)增強(qiáng)校服有效發(fā)揮教育功能的途徑,讓學(xué)生在學(xué)校這個(gè)特定場(chǎng)所,更加有歸屬感,使學(xué)生個(gè)體在思想、個(gè)性、行為、品格和精神等方面獲得更好的全面的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:School uniform is a special dress with educational significance. As a material carrier of campus culture, it not only has the special education function and cultural connotation that popular dress culture does not have. It also reflects the cultural characteristics of a school and the idea of running a school. The implementation of school uniforms is not only conducive to the unification and standardization of school management, but also to the moral cognition of students. Quality integration and aesthetic interest can not be ignored, but schools in the process of implementing uniforms, people habitually regard uniforms as a non-educational element. The neglect of uniforms leads to the increasingly serious problem of limited educational function. Therefore, the focus of the study is on uniforms, reaffirming the positive significance and value of the existence of uniforms, and focusing on its educational function. This paper takes some middle school teachers and students in Xi'an as the research object, adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and dialogue interview, to recognize the current school uniform and the cultural function of the school uniform of the middle school students. Through the analysis of the results of the investigation, it is found that the middle school uniform can avoid blind comparison, promote the concept of equality and facilitate school management in the process of exerting its educational function. In favor of campus culture and other aspects of the positive impact, but there are also inhibition of student diversity, hinder students aesthetic improvement, students lack of youthful vitality, inhibit students to create the negative impact of beauty on this basis. The author analyzes the reasons for the limited function of school uniform education. At this stage, the middle school uniforms in the process of exerting their educational functions are restricted by these factors: the lack of comprehensive understanding of the educational functions of school uniforms, and the shortcomings of the implementation system of school uniforms. School uniform culture inheritance and inclusiveness is not enough, secondary school aesthetic education has defects. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the limited function of secondary school uniform education, combined with the educational concept of the current era and student group characteristics. We should deeply explore the connotation of school uniforms, actively organize students to participate in the design, take into account the diversity of school uniforms, improve the implementation system of school uniforms, blend into national cultural characteristics, and enhance the marking degree of school uniforms. Strengthen students aesthetic education and other ways to enhance the school uniform to play an effective role in education, let students in this particular place, more sense of belonging, so that the individual students in thought, personality, behavior. Better overall development of character and spirit.
