【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移、農(nóng)民收入增加、城鄉(xiāng)一體化具有重要意義。本文主要通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱、案例分析和實(shí)地調(diào)研等研究方法,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論知識(shí),以新安縣懈寺村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃為例,對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行探討和研究,具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱了解休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)與分類以及規(guī)劃理論依據(jù),并發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的主要問題;選取洛陽(yáng)銀灘農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園、重慶南岸區(qū)長(zhǎng)生橋鎮(zhèn)云浮山生態(tài)園、上海奉賢生態(tài)農(nóng)莊、桂林中國(guó)銀杏博覽園和溧陽(yáng)玉枝農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)示范觀光園作為案例研究對(duì)象,從園區(qū)的發(fā)展概況、規(guī)劃布局、景觀效果、項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)設(shè)置和文化主題應(yīng)用等方面開展,得出其發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的可借鑒之處;通過(guò)對(duì)懈寺村進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,得知該村莊擁有自然資源、區(qū)位交通、社會(huì)整治和政策導(dǎo)向四大優(yōu)勢(shì),具備發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)條件,適合開展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)旅游活動(dòng)。鑒于此,提出“鄉(xiāng)村風(fēng)情濃郁、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理、功能配套完善、交通便捷暢通、生產(chǎn)生活便利、村容村貌整潔”的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)和“一心,兩軸,九區(qū),十景點(diǎn)”的總體布局,主要從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃、道路規(guī)劃、景觀提升改造和服務(wù)設(shè)施等方面開展,為懈寺村休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展給予指導(dǎo),對(duì)其它同類型的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃也提供參考。
[Abstract]:The development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the transfer of rural labor force, the increase of farmers' income and the integration of urban and rural areas. Case study, field investigation and other research methods, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, the planning of leisure agriculture in Xiansi Village, Xinan County, as an example, the planning of leisure agriculture is discussed and studied. The specific contents of the study are as follows: through literature review to understand the domestic and foreign development of leisure agriculture, characteristics and classification as well as planning theoretical basis, and found the main problems in the development of leisure agriculture in China; Select Luoyang Yintan Agricultural sightseeing Park, Chongqing Nanan Changsheng Bridge Town Yunfushan Ecological Park, Shanghai Fengxian Ecological Farm, Guilin China Ginkgo Expo Garden and Liyang Yuzhi Agroecological demonstration Tourism Park as the case study object. From the development situation, planning layout, landscape effect, project activity setting and cultural theme application and so on, we can draw lessons from the development of leisure agriculture. Through the investigation and analysis of the village, it is known that the village has four advantages: natural resources, regional transportation, social renovation and policy guidance, and has the basic conditions for the development of leisure agriculture. Suitable for the development of leisure agricultural tourism activities. In view of this, it is proposed that "the rural customs are rich, the industrial structure is reasonable, the function is perfect, the traffic is convenient and smooth, and the production and living is convenient." The overall layout of "one mind, two axes, nine districts and ten scenic spots" is mainly carried out from the aspects of industrial planning, road planning, landscape upgrading and service facilities. It also provides guidance for the development of leisure agriculture in Sangsi Village, and also provides reference for the planning of other leisure agricultural parks of the same type.
