【摘要】：綠道是城市綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成部分。因此,在城市化進(jìn)程加快的今天,綠道建設(shè)可以有效解決城市生態(tài)環(huán)境遭破壞,城市“攤大餅”發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)不均衡發(fā)展等問題。中國是人口大國,雖然自然和社會資源總量大,但人均占有量貧乏,無疑也降低了人們旅游的質(zhì)量,人們迫切希望能在平日里即可就近享受的可供休閑游憩的綠色環(huán)境,而不需去很遠(yuǎn)的旅游景點,這些,都對綠道的發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇。我國綠道建設(shè)源于廣東,近年來,全國各地都開始了綠道規(guī)劃工作,不難看出,國內(nèi)學(xué)者在綠道規(guī)劃方面已經(jīng)做了大量的工作,但是,由于綠道工作開展時間較短,對于綠道設(shè)計的研究相對缺乏,綠道設(shè)計相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)不足,對于綠道的理解不夠深入,因此,需要完善綠道設(shè)計領(lǐng)域。通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)濱水型綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論與案例的收集與分析,根據(jù)濱水型綠道的特點與問題,找出處理問題的途徑,理清綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計的思路和方法,構(gòu)建濱水型綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計的方法,提出以改善城市熱島效應(yīng)、雨洪管理、文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)、恢復(fù)地區(qū)生物多樣性為目標(biāo)的濱水型綠道設(shè)計脈絡(luò),創(chuàng)新濱水型綠道的設(shè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計原則,提出了濱水型綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計的生態(tài)性原則、水體保護(hù)原則、突出濱水景觀原則、安全性與以人為本原則、歷史文化保護(hù)原則、可達(dá)性原則、特色性原則等七大原則,并對濱水型綠道的六大系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究分析,形成了一套完整的濱水型綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論體系。通過對安慶市及環(huán)菱湖綠道的前期分析以及項目的總體定位的深入研究,根據(jù)所總結(jié)出的濱水型綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計目標(biāo),歸納出了安慶市環(huán)菱湖綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計的總體策略,涉及體現(xiàn)歷史文化元素、參與城市雨水管理、改善城市熱島效應(yīng)等多方面,并做出了詳細(xì)研究,確定了安慶市環(huán)菱湖綠道設(shè)計要素,最終確定了安慶市環(huán)菱湖綠道規(guī)劃設(shè)計方案,探討了此方法在項目規(guī)劃設(shè)計過程中的應(yīng)用,改善濱水區(qū)域人與自熱的關(guān)系,并對國內(nèi)的濱水型綠道的規(guī)劃設(shè)計研究提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:Green road is an important part of urban green infrastructure. Therefore, with the acceleration of urbanization, green road construction can effectively solve the urban ecological environment damage. China is a country with a large population, although the total amount of natural and social resources is large, but the per capita possession is poor, which undoubtedly reduces the quality of people's tourism. People are eager to enjoy the nearest green environment for leisure and recreation on weekdays, without having to go to far tourist attractions. Green Road construction in China originated in Guangdong Province, in recent years, all over the country began the green road planning work, it is not difficult to see. Domestic scholars have done a lot of work in the field of green road planning. However, due to the short time of green road work, the research on green road design is relatively lacking, and the relevant literature on green road design is insufficient. The understanding of green road is not deep enough, so it is necessary to perfect the field of green road design. Through the collection and analysis of the theory and case of planning and design of waterfront green road at home and abroad, according to the characteristics and problems of waterfront green road. Find out the way to deal with the problem, clear out the green road planning and design ideas and methods, the construction of waterfront green road planning and design methods, proposed to improve the urban heat island effect, rain flood management, cultural heritage protection. The design context of waterfront green road which is aimed at restoring regional biodiversity is innovated. The ecological principle and water protection principle of waterfront green road planning and design are put forward. Highlight waterfront landscape principle, safety and people-oriented principle, historical and cultural protection principle, accessibility principle, characteristic principle and so on seven principles, and the waterfront green road six systems are studied and analyzed in detail. Formed a complete waterfront green road planning and design theory system, through the Anqing City and the green road around the Ling Lake, the preliminary analysis and the overall positioning of the project in-depth study. According to the summed up of the waterfront green road planning and design objectives, summed up the overall strategy of planning and design of the Green Road around the Ling Lake in Anqing City, involving the embodiment of historical and cultural elements, participate in the management of the city Rain Water. Improve the urban heat island effect and other aspects, and made a detailed study, determined the design elements of the Green Road around the Ling Lake in Anqing City, and finally determined the planning and design scheme of the Green Road around the Ling Lake in Anqing City. This paper discusses the application of this method in the process of project planning and design, improves the relationship between people and self-heating in waterfront area, and provides some references for the study of the planning and design of waterfront green road in China.
